I've been buying from Jabong for few years now and have had great experience with the products, their competitive prices and hassle free return and refund service. There have been couple of incidents where the ordered item was not available or it took a very long time to come. But overall highly satisfied
My sister had sent one dress for my daughter through Myntra, Yesterday I received the parcel through e-kart. When we opened the parcel there was 1 Pillow cover, 1 pc socks, 1 Blouse and 1 T-shirt. All items were old used and torn. I immediately called the delivery man who asked me to call myntra. I called myntra and asked them to pick-up this immediately but they did not do this. It feels like someone has sent some thing for black magic purpose.
Is Flipkart strangling Myntra? Knowing that Myntra still is the more savvy one when it comes to wardrobe selection,. Or is Myntra allowing itself to be slowly strangled?
It's strange if not peculiarly ironic that "Myntra" the once very popular fashion web portal whose main goal was to make great fashion easily accessible to the masses at a good price has succumbed to the rather ill-informed app only cliché.

I had order for KETCH Women Grey Ethnic Motifs Printed Kurta but I received KETCH Women Pink Ethnic Motifs Printed Kurta. So I asked for exchange which was rejected. So I put another exchange which was rejected too. Finally, I went for return which was rejected saying that they have successful when through quality check, Which I am very doubtful. But however my product was picked up before it was rejected and the product was supposed to be redelivered so I could further my request for return, which still has not happened. My matter is in process for last two months.
I ordered a pair of shoes and by mistake, I ordered a size bigger. I realised this right after it arrived and so did not open the parcel. I opted for an exchange with a smaller size. They exchange was supposed to be after 2-3 weeks, first of all. Before the parcel could be returned for the smaller size, I got a notification that my exchange was cancelled as the product returned was damaged. No one came to take the product back so this notification was crap. I again, put a request for an exchange which will again take 2-3 more weeks. I tried contacting customer service, but there is absolutely no way you can reach and talk to a real person. There is no place you can chat online about it to any customer service representative. This puts me in such a fix. I am travelling out of India and was supposed to get those shoes with me. I would have let them go if they weren't so expensive. I am so frustrated about the fact that there is absolutely no customer service from this website or, even a legit response to requests, or if it is there it is so so so inaccessible that the customer would get irritated and would give up on the product. This was my first experience with myntra and I shopped a lot from it. I don't think I will be using mytra.com again.
I ordered through Myntra for 2 Belts (reversible), but they sent me the non-reversible belt. I contacted the customer service for replacement, and they instead refunded for 1 belt without consenting me and sent wrong once 3 times for the remaining belt. I called again and shouted, they committed they would be delivering it by Saturday 26th October no matter what happens and I did not receive it. I ordered it for the especially Diwali occasion, and they did not send me. This entire procedure took almost 20 days with no resolution or belt. I had to use the belt as no shops were opened on New Year for selling the belt. I contacted them again via email for an update, and they kept asking for to have a label attached to the belt which I threw away because they never reached me for it. Lastly, I had to abuse them in the email as they didn't do anything. I opened a dispute in PayPal as well; however; I missed to escalate to PayPal and it went to buyers favour. It's not about the 300 rupees but its also about the fake product that they sell. I purchased a Roaster watch worth rupees 1200, and few of the functions were like toys, they never function, as a kind of showpiece. The same happened earlier as well. Since the service and the products are worse, I am lodging a case in Consumer court as thieves like Myntra should be shut down.
I placed an order on the date 22/11/18 the money went through which was Rs. 3243. But I didn't get order confirmation. I thought the money was stuck in the portal so waited for more than 7days for the return of my money but I didn't get any message. So I contact the bank and ask them about the transaction. The concerned bank said the money have been accepted by the merchant and money have been debited from my account. I repeatedly emailed jabong and gave my bank statement as well in PDF format like they have asked. After 4 days I got a reply from them that the complain have been closed cuz there was a failed transaction and I have to talk to my bank. These guys are fraud and God forbids no one should face the same as me. I'm just a regular person and I don't have the proper knowledge to fight these. All I have to do is complain and I hope someone will hear my voice. It's been 22 days and no sign of refund. In case the money was stuck somewhere in the gateway it would have arrived by now. But my bank have clearly stated that the "merchant" have received the money so jabong is a big fat lier and fraud ripping money out of common people.

I was out of the country when Jabong delivered my order. So basically, the delivery person at Jabong just chose a random person from my hostel to deliver the items. This was extremely irresponsible to begin with. Therer was no guarantee that I would receive the products at all.
The point to note is that I was not the one who received the orders but somebody else. In my absence, Jabong should have simply taken the order back.
When I came back, I found all the three orders were of extremely inferior quality, not at all as I was led to believe in the pictures. I wanted to return the items but Jabong refused because the return period(of 15 days) was over. Technically that was never delivered to me Jabong at all. Jabong just gave it to a random person and hoped for the best.
I do not have the time to pursue this matter for 2000 bucks only but I find this behavior of Jabong extremely dishonest and irresponsible.
It, of course, does not matter for such a large ecosystem but I am not going to buy anything from Jabong anymore. And frankly, considering how the quality of their products has degraded even as the costs skyrocket, it is hardly any loss to me.
My first order has turned to be a horrific experience.

Fraud and cheater people
I ordered 2 items from jabong and both return to origin.
I received a used product from myntra which reeked of sweat and had a foundation stain. They are conning their customers.
Ordered from Jabong, more than 10 items on their sale on Dec 13th, I suddenly got an sms saying package delivered 4 days later when nothing had been delivered. I called, raised a complaint and all through they said it has been delivered and to check with neighbors, guards etc. Finally when I called so many times cos I had pre-paid and was by now worried, they followed up with their logistics team and the manager called a few days later and said that the package had been wrongly delivered to someone else. He delivered it the next day, a tampered and hastily taped package with clothes crumpled and smelly inside it and when I did an inventory, there were two tops missing. Sent email with pics of the tampered packaging before opening it, to their customer care, someone called Bhavika. Guess what jabongs reaction was, it was dispached from their end so I've lost my money regardless of the delivery mix-up and the thievery of the other person.
And the Head of customer care, is an incompetent idiot, if he exists at all that is, who just sends auto replies like we'll look into the concern and dispatch your order.
I basically paid for 2 tops stolen from the package by god knows who.
And their customer escalation team headed by some Bhavika, is a joke. They say they'll update you, and just closed the complaint, its been one month and they dont give a rats $#*! to be honest. Never pre-pay for your orders on Jabong. You'll just lose your money.
Delivery was too quick. Almost on the next day, I received my goods in good shape. Very pleasant experience so far for the last two orders I made.
I have ordered two products. Refund request is to be requested on mytra account. And it is already updated in there previous data. But again they refund it in my myntra wallet. There delivery boy mr Sagar also communicated the same that you will get it in the account. For that you will get an mail and you have to farward your account details. After this communication there is no such mail and they created the amount in the wallet for one product. The story was not over yet. They only credit the amount for one product and when I call again then a lady ( I don't remember the name) told me that we can change it and she has no sense to talk with customer. Once it escalated to dipsy, she said for the second product we can not change the refund request. I don't know such a huge brand retain there customers like this what would happen in future. It really ashamed me. And for the next I do not even dare to order from myntra. Guys you all also please be aware of such things. I troubled by myntra but I don't want that they can trouble you also. Worthless, pitty, miscommunicated chain... service. Hope myntra seniors feel ashamed and contact me for refund.

Mnytra is a cheater, fraud and a liar. There customer service agents, supervisor and manager are the biggest liars and stupid fellows in this online Corporate services. Myntra took multiple payments from me and even after providing bank statements as a proof failed to resolve my concern. After multiple follow ups, even after the estimate resolution given by myntra they failed not only to resolve my concern also to acknowledge me that they couldn't resolve my issue in the given time nor any kind of apology was send to me by them after reporting. Since I was taking continues follow ups with them they forcefully closed my complain saying that their delivery agent known as stylist agent return my money back. Which is a complete lie and false statement given by them. I asked a proof in document or a receipt where it shows I have accepted my money or a conference call with the delivery agent, Myntra's agents, supervisors and the managers all were helpless to proof me wrong. They just ask 24 hours to answer my concern every time I spoke to the higher mangers. When I denied after waiting multiple times there floor manager just disconnected the call as no answer or instant resolution was there being a Senior most manager in Mytra.
I will file a complaint to consumers Court for this. People please be aware of this as the agents and the senior managers of myntra givesa pointless and useless answers to customers queries.
