I'm so happy with the wallet I ordered was from my daughter to her dad and he nearly broke down crying and was quick delivery as well and especially love how you can put your own message on the back of wallet
Not only did it take a whole month but the product is garbage! What I thought would be a beautiful sentimental gift turned into a embarrassment. The photo aged my daughter and I by like 15 years. When contacting their customer service they did nothing to rectify the situation. They kept explaining their equipment that manufacturers their product. Absolute waste of money! Don't waste your money because 2 out of 100 people got a good product!
Had an issue. The refused a refund. They did finally send us a new wallet but the picture wasn't much better than the original. Read these reviews. Some are by the company themselves!
I literally got the item a month after I ordered it, the item says "Glass art night light" but in reality its plastic and not as big as it looks in the photos. Never ordering from here again.
I ordered a wallet for my husband, it arrived within a two-week time frame, however, when I got the wallet the photo was off center and the photo looked horrible. Like the printer overdid it. I contacted My Photo Wallet and asked for a refund and all I received was automated responses stating how they don't do refunds. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DONT ORDER FROM HERE!

Their shipping says 4-7 business days, but it took almost 3 weeks for both items I bought. One of them arrived scratched, it was a handmade night light with a photo on it and a time stamp of a Spotify song. Sentimental gift, beautiful but arrived scratched more than likely from transit long distance.

I ordered a wallet for my father with a picture of him and my daughter. It arrived and looked nothing like all their advertised items. My father didn't look human and both of them were unrecognizable and distorted. I contacted the company to explain that the quality of work they did was nothing like how they advertise and I want my money back. They blamed their shoddy work on the quality of the photo! The photo was fine other than the hand in one spot was a little blurry. That was not the issue. The issue is they are fraudulent and the way they engrave lacks detail and does not resemble the photos you provide. (And by the way at no point do they provide you a preview of how it's going to look prior to the engraving or shipping. That is problematic and suspect right there.) They would not give me my money back and wanted me to have it redone and to pay additional shipping! LMAO contacted my credit card company and they thankfully have my back. To avoid this mess, do not give these scammers your business!

I love how the wallet turned out! I got it for my dads birthday. He likes Grateful Dead so I found a cool image from the band. I like the details and the design of the wallet!
I was very impressed with the quality, my only wish was that I increased the picture size. I also would've had a better quality photo not black and white.

It was absolutely amazing I almost cried a father's gift I'm proud of getting I ordered it on June 16th scared of it arriving late I paid the extra money I believe 22$ in shipping to get it here asap got it on June 18th and it's the most amazing gift photos are correct and writing is spelled fabulous!
