I bought five my pillows on one order.i should have sent them back.i put them in dryer like they sead.they fluffed up nice.i used them and after one night they flatten down you have too fluff them up every time you use the pillow
I'm telling every body to not waste your money on my pillow. You will just be wasting your money
I should have sent back all five pillows but I didn't I'm stupid I just didn't want to go thru trouble of sending them back
But I will never buy them again.if they were great pillows I would not be weighting this review.

Poor shipping practices
February 1, 2020

Bought products through walmart but they are shipped from the my pillow wearhouse. They listed the entire order under 1 tracking # and only sent 1 small box containing 1 item. Their customer service rep wouldn't even try to help, acted as if i was annoying her. Poor customer service got no where. Checked them out on Better Business and they have multipul complaints about their poor shipping and customer service. What a shame, this is why we can't keep manufaturing in our country... poor service makes you shop else where.

Must Read
Pillows are not made in the us, some foreign country that has the cheapest labor rate 45 cents per hour. Cost to make each pillow materials and labor is 1.85. Mike inflation of what he charges for profit ratio is 500,000 to 1 unheard of. These cleaply made pillows are way over price. He could sell each pillow for 5.00 each and still be very profiable. Better business bureau gives mike a F rating. Rating are not good. There are some good, but think about this, if you owned a company with bad ratings, what can you do about it. Answer is obvious, stage the review by your self useing fake names or have your friends give fake comments. Bottom line My Pillow is not even close to the best. Don't be fooled by his foreign parts of the world take that know one has even heard of. Wow it sounds great but it's just a ear full of nothing

The items that I have purchased from My Pillow are AMAZINGLY constructed. I am about to order another mattress pad. These items are way to good to carry in big box stores. Mike Lindell is a man of God's ARMY and I will continue to support him. I can't wait to just keep ordering more! My dog absolutely loves her bed that I ordered her also. He has poured his passion into his products. I would be honored to sell his products in my retail store

I ordered my pillow greater than 2 weeks ago. They got my $ and almost $10 to ship it. I still have not received it. No word about when I will. Can not find a phone number to call them to cancel order. This is not good customer service. Plus that Mike fella just keeps sending emails multiple times a day pushing his book. I also have a story buteven though the movie industry offerred to make a movie, my husband who is a mental health counselor says most people having gone thru my life would be dead from suicide. I do not want his book! I ordered a pillow. Where is it Mike?

I bought a dog pillow and it was made from burlap that would make my dog with sensitive skin sleep on sandpaper. Who makes a dog bed out of this material? I returned it and I am waiting for my refund. I had to pay postage both ways so I had to pay for NOTHING.

I've had a mypillow over a year now, got them last year for a bday gift after I fell in love with my moms. They have different "thickness " or levels I guess. I had bought one eagerly at the store and it wasn't as good as my moms. And my mom had 2 different levels. Apparently I'm a Yellow. Besides the people with issues with a defect that's different every company is going to have some issues with manufacturing especially at a time like this... but really I've tried 3 different levels now and yes if you have the one that isn't meant for the way you sleep and your body type... its not comfortable. I literally CANT sleep with out my mypillow! I have a bad back and since the day I got this pillow I sleep a lot better!

The 2.0 pillow is crap. It flattened out and it isn't cooling. The slippers are crap too. When trying to exchange for a small size they said no returns. They must be made in China. Sizes are not accurate. So much for the crap Mike Lindell spews out of tv. Stop the commercials.

The cs rep hung up on me when I kindiysuggested that mike needs to get someone else to do his advertizinhg commerical. Everyone I know is sick and tired of seeing him, hearing him on tv. He and his commercials are old and boring. Come on man, get with the program. You suck.

Life changing
May 27, 2021

I had c7 disk fusion and the disk 5 replacement. My pillow was the first plowing 10 years where I woke up without subscapular and neck pain. It has single handedly changed my life. Getting a goods nights rest. Amazing pillow!

We purchased two pillows, one firm one regular. We love both. The firm one really helps with my fiancé's snoring. It keeps him elevated and really reduced snoring, which gave us both a great night sleep. Very well made product. Will be looking at other products.

I have found the pillows are of great function. If you like the percale weave sheets, they have it in 100% cotton (Egyptian too), rare, as most are a cotton polyester blend. I usually purchase sateen 100% Egyptian cotton or sateen 100% cotton. Company expresses knowledge in design and functionality. What is an amazing grace problem?; seems irrational.

I ordered My pillow back in 2013. I loved the pillow. I decided to order the queen, I had the standard before. The pillow has less fill than the original. They refuse to except return without me paying for shipping. I feel if they are selling the same product as before, the quality should have not changed. I would suggest you order the green pillow, however, the size is the same as standard, even though they say queen. VERY DISSAPPOINTED

Snail pace delivery
February 26, 2021

I ordered two sets of sheet on Feb 20th 2021. Unless you are willing to pay $29.99 for expedited delivery get ready for this. They want your money right away but Mr. Braunworth customer service informed me that it takes 3 to 4 weeks to ship and then 10 to 14 days AFTER shipping to get your order. This is unacceptable. I might get my order in 6 to 7 weeks. Mike Lindell needs to pay more attention to what is happening in his company.

Uncomfortable

I'm sorry I bought it. At first I liked it but over time it became lumpy and out of shape. I wake up many times during the night having to reshape it but it never really gets comfortable again
I wouldn't recommend buying it.

Dog bed FAULTY zippers
October 29, 2022

I purchased a dog bed for my dog, it was expensive, but it seem to work well for her. We adopted another dog so I bought one for him. He is an older dog, so he is not rambunctious or anything like that. He does not jump around or bite on the bed. I noticed that the zipper wasn't zipped, I went to check it out and it was broken. It looks like the weight of the dog just wasn't enough to keep the zipper zipped. No help from customer service. I do not recommend purchasing any of these dog beds. It's hit and miss if you're going to get a good one.

We ordered men's size 13 slippers Dec. 4th 2021. We never received them. We got emails saying they shipped with a ups # with 0 activity on it. We called, we were told they did not have that size in that color. Have called many many times since always get the runarou d. They refuse to rufund our money or replace with a different product. We have been scammed
Will dispute with our bank and the Attorney Generals office and Federal Trade Commission. I will never stop. I have lots more time than they do. Kevin Godwin

Mattress topper

The mattress topper is very good but the 2 free standard pillows are flat as a pancake and considerably less filled than the 2 standard pillows I purchased from them earlier. Complained and was told because because they were "free" they weren't covered by their customer satisfaction warranty. WTF. Ask anyone who spent the several hundred dollars for the mattress topper if they felt the pillows were "free"

Was not very comfortable
November 29, 2015

I had to fluff the pillow every time I turned just like with other pillows. I have a bad neck and it made me neck worse and had a bad headache troughout the night. I especially did not like how clumpy it felt inder your head like the stuffing was in pieces.
