Horrible pillow

This is the worst pillow I have ever had I get a better pillow for $5 at Walmart. The owner of this company should have to sleep on these for the rest of his life and feel how horrible they are. The new filling is absolutely absurd it's Lumpy doesn't conform to your head and if you sleep on your back or side it's absolutely atrocious. And forget about getting your money back.

Where's My Order?

August 25,2024, we placed an order towel wel set and kitchen towel set. That was 7 weeks ago, and no Shipping Confirmation has been received. Won't be buying online from them again. October 11,2024.

Last night was my first night with your product and I sleep like a baby and VERY comfortable no heat.

I been fighting cancer for two years now; you can imagine the side effects pain etc. plus the heat in my head.

Thanks to your technology or whatever, finally I was able to get your product and sleep PROPERLY.

On the other hand, I was not able to purchase your product before but with this economy, I only have money for the cancer treatment, and the basic needs and nothing left.

Would be very good for us people with head, brain or head cancer to design a special product at a convenient price a 45-degree pillow and other stuff we need.

Thanks again bet purchase ever made.

Amazing products!

I LOVE MyPillow! I've purchased multiple items over the years including several pillow, sheet sets, towels, bath mats and more. Their products are high quality and they last much longer than the competitors products. I used to have to buy pillows every 6 or so months but with MyPillow, I can easily wash them at home and they are as good as new! Seriously, if you haven't checked them out, they are worth the try. And if you need to do a return (I had to once) they also make this easy. I love the product, the company and the Founder and always try to shop here first before looking for household products other places.

Thank you Mike and the whole MyPillow Team for your outstanding products and customer service! Highly recommend!

No where near the quality expected.

The bath towel set was a great disappointment. Yes, the towels are OK-soft but very thin and cheap feeling. Out of the package handle like a towel that I've had for years. My COSTCO towels are two to three times as thick, fluffy and soft. As far as guarantee goes...no mention of "return processing fee" in advertisement! I paid paid ~$30.00 for the 6 towel set, the return processing fee was $10.00, so I netted $20.00. It cost me 30% to try a towel that was guaranteed. Not happy! Stay away from My Pillow. Over hyped advertising.

My Slippers

The slippers I bought were very comfortable. I wore them everyday. The slippers for my right foot fell apart. I called My Pillow to see if there was a warranty and the gentleman said it's a one year warranty. He looked up my purchase and found out I purchased them 1.5 years ago. I was just going to let it go because they lasted longer than any other slipper I've purchased in the past. He said he'd warranty them anyway! I was very surprised and pleased.
I will purchase again when I burn this pair up.
Great company and customer service!

What a joke with the slippers. They start falling apart with 4 months. I called to get a replacement and they said they were going to send me a new pair and never did and now say it's too late to report it. Do not buy these slippers. Poor quality.

I am EXTREMELY disappointed in my purchase of these slippers. Size 6 would have definitely been too small, but the size 7 I received is too big. Even when I put on a pair of thick 'cozy' socks, these slippers slide off my heel which I know will cause a blister. In addition, I am 70 yrs. Old and because of the way they fit, they are potentially dangerous. Very, Very disappointed! I consider them 'defective' because of the poor sizing. I have worn size 7 since I was 16 yrs. Old. I thought 'Mike' was a Christian. SHAME on him for selling wrongly sized items and then dismissing his customers when there is an issue.

UPDATE: After approximately one year, they sent me to their collection company because I disputed the charges with my bank. I filed a complaint with the Attorney General's office, and they resolved the issue. I turn the channel asap now when I see his commercials on TV.

I ordered my husband a pair of my slippers for Christmas. They got in in more than enough time before Christmas and three days before I gave them to my husband early. They were too large. I did a return through " my happy returns". They immediately sent out the right size and they arrived the day after Christmas! My husband loves them and I have never had a return go that smoothly or speedily! At no charge! As a bonus.I returned at a Petco location near me and recieved $10 off a $40 purchase!
