I've had one for several years and love it. It's still as full as the day I got it. It's extremely comfortable and doesn't get hot.
This pillow gave me a poor night's sleep and I woke with a stiff neck and a headache. The foam was too stiff to be comfortable.
Crap, ordered California King, dosen't even come close to fitting. Fitted sheet is garbage. Sheet quality is cheap.
These are overpriced and very uncomfortable. The filler material bunches up and becomes uneven and lumpy. No support.

I haven't woke up with neck pain since I bought one. I think it's great. I plan on buying one for my boy friend also.
You pay all this money for a pillow then when you try to use you warranty they give all these instructions to do instead of replacing the pillow
He's on so much he irritates people like who would buy but so sick of hearing him over n over I don't buy, he's on way to much at night

Twice I ordered KING size sheets and you sent me Queen. I can not send them back. Very very disappointed. I like your sheets.
Do not buy this pillow, its is the worst, never had a good nights sleep. For the money do not waste it,,,,, a scam.
Their king size pillow is actually 4 inches shorter than a normal king size pillow so you can't use custom linens with their pillows.
My favorite pillow, politics aside, best pillow I've ever used, just wish there were no politics involved.
