I want to thank you for your amazing delivery of my most recent order. Many vendors I've ordered from recently take days to weeks before it leaves their warehouse. I received the order I made on Tuesday, today (Friday). Keep up the amazing customer service. It matters.
BUYER BEWARE DO NOT PURCHASE Mypilotstore is an Absolute scam company, DO NOT PURCHASE 1. Items were not instock so I had to purchase from another company 2. I requested a cancellation and refund immediately 3. Chelsey Davis customer service playing games with me with timeframes about it being in transit they can't blah blah. I was out of town, and didn't even know it was delivered (I did not sign for it, it was delivered to my company building) almost a year later I find it and am like what? I requested a cancellation a year ago, followed up with the company sent email proof everything. They never followed up, never sent return authorization form, nothing. Had a convo on the phone, literally don't care about customers Also, they found my information by google searching a family member and asking to contact me? Who the hell does that? Some backyard BS excuse of an operation. I've been emailing you for days and you can't ask for my number via email? Going private investigator on me? Total disgrace of a company and customer service!
Don't do business with these liars... Ordered something, they said it was in stock and ship same day... It did'nt and no comminication whatsoever F them...
I ordered a new straight cord for my Bose A20 headset. They sent it to the wrong address. When I called they even admitted that they made the mistake and sent it to the wrong address, but wanted me to pay another $295 dollars if I wanted the cord set out again right away. My other choice was to wait until the cord that they sent to the wrong address was returned to their warehouse. They then would recheck the item back into the warehouse and send it to me at my correct address. I asked why would I have to wait (about 15 days as of now) for them to send me the new cord, since it was not my fault that they made a mistake and sent it to the wrong address. The customer service agent, Nicole McIntire was the the worst ever. She had no answers and refused to connect me with her boss or a manager. She even hung up on me. I was transferred several times to the same voice mail and got no return call back regarding the issue. As of now, they have my money and have not given me any idea when I will receive the item. Everyone I spoke with was clueless and highly incompetent. I will never order anything from this company again.

Starting to fly again. Ordered about $180 worth of stuff from MyPilotStore. Sectionals, fuel tester and all the things you need to startup again. After 10 days nothing arrived. I checked the website and the order status was something akin to not processed. I called asked for an explanation and the CSR said they didn't know, maybe it was a CC issue. Would I like to talk to a manger? Yes. Waited on hold for 10 mins and they came back and said he wasn't available but he would call me back. An hour later I called again, and was told they didn't know where the manager was... I wrote to them on their chat app, they said the manager would be in touch, at which time they charged my card and shipped my order. The CSRs were totally unhelpful, they didn't upgrade my shipping they didn't reply. I didn't want the order at this point, but since I thought someone was going to get in touch ie "well find out why it didn't go through, probably a CC issue" and deceptively processed the order. Don't by from them, turns out lots of people have had similar experiences
I ordered a Travelpro 22" pilot roller board through the internet on Monday morning before noon, their shipping cut off time. I had called first and they confirmed they had it in stock and it would ship out same day. So I ordered but i never received shipping confirmation. So I called Tuesday and they said I must have missed the shipping cut-off (I didn't.). In the mean time, I noticed another store sold the same bag for $25.00 less, so I asked them to match the price which they do have a price guarantee. At the end of Tuesday it still hadn't shipped. I called Wednesday and they said it was held up a day because "a different department had to do the price adjustment. They said it would ship by end of Wed. Wed night it still never shipped. I called Thursday and they said the same thing that they were still waiting for a different department but he'd escalate it and it would go out by end of Thursday. I called late Thursday and got the same runaround when it didn't ship. So I cancelled the order.
By the way, I ordered it Thurs night from the company that offered it for a lower price, and by Friday morning I had a shipping confirmation with a tracking number.
My feeling is once I asked for the price adjustment, they were probably just stalling until I cancelled so they didn't have to honor their low price guarantee. It wasn't until later that I looked up the company and saw they had very bad ratings from other people too. Now it all makes sense! Buyers beware.
