Terrible. They advertise a $49 diagnostic charge then show up and tell you after the fact that the $49 is just a "visual inspection" and the diagnostic charge is actually $360 "if they have to use any kind of tools to sort things out." I was standing in a puddle of water. I already had the visual! Then came the shocker. They wanted over $6,000 just to swap out a tankless hot water heater and that was with me paying for the unit separately. $6K in labor for just a few screws and a couple of fittings. Complete lack of integrity. My Plumber is the worst of the worst. When a plumber shows up to fix a leak they shouldn't soak you again. My advise is STAY AWAY. Bills will be much larger than they appear in the mirror.
Terrible service. Got charged 350 Euro for half an hours work (not including cost of material) to replace toilet flushing. After they left found out that the pipe they installed (connecting flushing to toilet bowl) was leaking water. Called various times and they never contacted me back to fix it.
I was pleased with the booking process and also happy with the plumber and the work he did. I was not at all happy with the timeliness of the visit. They asked for someone to be home during the window of 4 to 6pm. At 6:20 they called to say that the technician was "on his way." This is very disrespectful of client time. The second issue I have with them is they have set pricing for jobs, which the technician cannot deviate from. I was not told this pricing until the technician was finally onsite and the tenant in my apartment had been waiting almost 3 hours. The price for what was a 20 min job was OUTRAGEOUSLY high. If I had sent the technician away at that point I would have had to pay the cost for a visit with no service. I felt that My Plumber had me trapped with deceptively high pricing. I will not use them again. One other note - the customer service rep did call me the following day due to my unhappiness. She spent a lot of time trying to convince me that their technicians are "masters" and therefore worth more $$. Not sure it's worth that kind of premium for a simple clogged drain.
