“GREAT customer service”

I was so happy with the customer service I sought out a review site to leave a review and I'm personally shocked at the negatives. I live in a small town with no usps service, so i have a po box. Myprotein uses a delivery service which goes to the door and I messed up using my po box as the address. Package was of course sent back. As soon as i contacted them, they had another package out that went right to my box. Not only do I love their products (literally the best non-creamy protein out there) but I am super happy with how they handed my problem!

“Disappointing Experience with Myprotein Powder”

I recently purchased a protein powder from Myprotein for over 4000 rupees and was excited to try it. Unfortunately, upon opening the packet, I was met with an unpleasant smell and taste that did not match my previous experiences with protein powders. After researching online, I discovered that many others have reported similar issues with this product. I reached out to Myprotein's customer service, but they insisted that the product is genuine and its taste and smell are authentic. They escalated my concern to their quality team, but no resolution was provided. When I attempted to initiate a chargeback, they refused to cooperate, leaving me frustrated and feeling unheard. I believe in quality and safety when it comes to supplements, and I cannot recommend Myprotein based on my experience. I urge potential buyers to be cautious before purchasing this product.

Ordered via my Son some gym clothes and protein pancake mix etc, nothing arrived. Then 3 bags of vanilla powder arrived, not ours, of course the usual picture taken from Evri. Funny when the clothes and all other protein things were "supposedly" sent to us, weeks later we receive no picture but they have been sent and assume delivered to wrong address, well show us a picture of the front door, they always do that here. My Son contacted them and we have to wait, now around 8 weeks. I asked him to order more clothes, bless him he paid for next day delivery and three days after they day they should have arrived we actually received this order, understand postal strikes but Evri is used!, still nothing of the other order and still trying to get my money back. Absolutely shocking service and would never want anything to do with this shambles company again once I get my money back. I will raise a dispute with the bank now and get this back, you rotters will not win. You are very disrespectful how you treat youngsters, discrimination! When I get into my Sons account look out! I'm no push over.I'm disgusted and would have given you NO STARS

Never buy if you will need to return! Terrible expierence with their costume service. And the price for returning was so high, almost half of order's price!

2nd dqy waiting. Courier who are crap evri. Says noone was in. While instructions were left to leave in porchand a note in letterbox
Customer services are like robots. I ask for compensation. Gota little 10 pounds and saying will deliver tomorow
Never again. So unproffessional

Package not delivered. Didn't receive order. Have refused to refund me and only give me credit despite their refund policy.

They said it wasn't there responsibility to successfully deliver my package to me.Verbatim

Spent one hour on their chat with "Nathan" who offered no solution, apology, and was quite rude and unprofessional.

No further contact information was given i.e. Emails, phone numbers because apparently they don't have them.

I pray you don't run into issues with your order because if you do, they don't seem to know how to conduct themselves and truly act like a shady/ small business.

Still looking forward to someone getting into contact with me.
But I am still truly shocked about this whole transaction and how they conducted themselves. Like no product - then refund. Truly mind boggling how some companies cannot hold themselves to simple standards of commercialism.

PLEASE CONTACT ME MYPROTEIN as Nathan discontinued and log off the chat with me and didn't provide any more contact information to customer service nor beyond.

My 1st and last order with them! I ordered back in Mai 2022 and was told an aprx delivery date June 3rd and we are now June 17th with NOTHING / they make it impossible to communicate and stil no proof of delivery! I've had it

Don't order from them. When their system wipes the discount coupon from your order and you try to cancel and reorder with the coupon, they'll duplicate your order and refuse to refund it unless you can ship it back to Poland. Shipping from NJ cost more than the order. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I Ordered 7.5 Kg Of Impact Whey Protein (2.5kg * 3) From Myprotein.Co.In On 12/03/2023 And Received Delivery On 15/03/2023.

To My Surprise All The 3 Packs Were Dated Manufactured 10/2021 And Expires 04/2023.
I Immediately Got In Touch With Myprotein Customer Support And Filed A Complaint As Protein Expires With In A Month.

I Was Asked To Wait For 3-5 Business Days To Hear Back From Their Investigation Team With A Proper Resolution.

However, It's Been 10 Days Now And Even Now Their Response Is Same, Asking Me To Wait For 5 More Days Without Any Resolution.

I Need A Replacement Of The Items Or Atleast Refund Of My Money.

I Had To Buy ON Nutrition Whey Protein From Amazon Cause I Can Trust Amazon For Sure.

I Made A Huge Mistake In Trusting Myprotein India.
I Want To Make Sure They Pay For Defrauding Me.

This is a review update improving from 1star to 3stars now. My previous review within quotation marks shows how I didn't get the package. Now, I finally received it.

"The courier they use in the USA is unknown and they do not provide tracking until it crosses the USA- Canada border where then Purolator takes over the delivery. Placed an order which showed up as dispatched on the same day. But now I've been waiting for the delivery for almost 3 weeks. It has been an additional week since the last day of the estimated delivery days. And My Protein does not know where the packages are and what happens to them when enquired. One customer representative responded to me to wait 3-5 working days JUST to get a response from their courier when the package was supposed to be delivered by then! And when I reach back to know where my package is, their response is that they have not heard from the courier yet!"

Yes, the courier was terrible. And, I contacted customer service back to back inquiring about the package. Anyhow, customer service responded each time even though responses from some customer service agents are not helpful at all. 3 stars for the availability of customer service, showing up that at least the company is still there and because I finally received the full package safely. The customer service must be having a tough time due to the courier service. Thus, they do deserve stars.

Not our first order with them.
Everything is fine as long as you are happy with the order, and everything is found. The problem starts when you need the customer service: a routine answer, like a robot, without a real attempt to solve the problem.
I wanted to cancel an order less than 20 minutes after the execution, during a conversation in the chat (due to the inefficiency, it took about half an hour and increased the frustration) I also sent a message. It was said that the order could not be canceled because it had already started. For two days I sent more requests and asked them to pass it on to the service manager. After they transferred it to the service manager, it took 3 days for him to answer, saying that until 3 days ago it was still possible to cancel the order, but now it is no longer possible. "Please accept my sincere apologies." I would like to receive a full refund for an order that I am not interested in and I was notified of this less than 20 minutes from the moment of payment.
In my opinion, it is a mistake to order food additives from a company that does not take responsibility for mistakes it has made.

Tip for consumers:
It is written that the refund is full, but to get it, you have to send the items back ( it takes time and shhiping). Only after it will be back it will take 10 days to get a refound.

Worse company I had to deal with ever and I don't usually do reviews but I have to on this occasion
Very bad service horrible staff you can not get your money back they lost the items in the post I just wanted the re sent it's been a week of talking to them saying I have to fill out forms with I sent 3 times and they still saying to me sorry unfortunately we can't do anything until we receive the form with a smiley face, by the way the form is in pdf they want you to edit it witch I managed to do too me a long time and I had to do it 3 times this is not okay, now they can keep there money and products it's not even worth the effort it's a full time job trying to get your things you have paid for. KEEP THE PRODUCT, YOU THEIFS

I was charged twice for one of my orders, and it took 8 messages between myself and Customer Service until they finally sent my enquiry to the Payments team. During the communication process, they had asked me for my order number twice (even though it was already included in my very first message), and they basically repeated themselves numerous times; it was almost as if I was talking to a robot. I have yet to hear back from them regarding my refund. Postage is to be paid by customers for returns and may end up costing more than the items you're trying to return (depending on your purchase amount, of course) because they wanted me to ship my return to Poland from Canada for whatever reason. Their clothing appears to be of decent quality, but the sizing is inconsistent–I got a XS t-shirt that fits like dress and a XS hoodie with a neck hole that fits a 13 y/o. It also appears that they only publish good reviews; I have submitted a few subpar reviews but none have been posted. Even their bestselling items only have ~50 reviews. I have received all my packages with no issue so far, so there's at least that. The whole experience with MP feels sketchy. I will gladly take my business elsewhere.

I order protein, vitamins and creatine two weeks ago and paid for 2 day delivery. Still have not received my order and apparently they say it is just sitting in the warehouse and wasn't properly dispatched.
So instead of just sending out the order that's JUST SITTING THERE. Ice had to deal with 8 different people who refuse to give me a phone call and continue to ask me to wait another 24-48 F<#;%*=< HOURS for someone else to respond asking me to do the same thing.
I have asked for a refund, I asked for a call and I finally just asked them to send out my dang order considering it is still in the warehouse and I am continously told that they are escalating the issue and someone will contact me. WELL... NO ONE HAS CALLED OR MESSAGED ME BACK IN ANY HELPFUL WAY. THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE AND THE BEAST SHOULD BE ASHAMED TO BE PARTNERED WITH IT. GIVE ME MY DAMN MONEY BACK.

Love their product, but they need an overhaul of their website so they don't charge sales tax when states don't charge tax! I go though this EVERY TIME I ORDER and I just completed an order where a representative gaslighted me that I wasn't charged sales tax when I clearly was. Unbelievable. If they need to make a little extra money, why not raise their rates instead of unethically collecting sales tax when my state doesn't collect sales tax?!

Ive was waiting about 2 months for my deilvery.
After several query about my delivery (all copy and paste answers.) i just decided to cancel my order.

Tip for consumers:
Do not order from the UK store when you live in germany, you might get trouble getting your products, at least refund worked fine.

I was buy a creatine and a protein on here, and I just order it, and today I can't login my account in Myprotein and when I ask the agent they just said my order has been cancelled and my account is been disable,and they said I can get refund on a email they give it to me and now it a week later I still didn't receive my refund, this is a terrible experience

Just got their whey isolate and terrible diarrhea. Chatted with them and they said their whey isolate contains LACTOSE.

They will not replace or refund purchase, so buyer beware!

I've ordered from Myprotein for more than 20 years and never happened nothing like this, I've been charged 3 TIMES for the same order.

After hundreds of calls to costumer service and nobody care, my last chance was thru message and I've spoken with: Sthabiso, Samkelisiwe and Callum no one help me to solve their mistake ( for me is a robbery) of charging the costumer 3 TIMES.

They demand to send them a print screen as proof of what I was saying, like the Bank institutions don't aloud to do print screens, I've to send them a bank statement. (wishing that nothing wrong happen with my personal details)
Just be aware of this company, after the pandemic looks like they have moved to the backyard.
My next order I'm going to thing seriously to go elsewhere.
