I was so happy with the customer service I sought out a review site to leave a review and I'm personally shocked at the negatives. I live in a small town with no usps service, so i have a po box. Myprotein uses a delivery service which goes to the door and I messed up using my po box as the address. Package was of course sent back. As soon as i contacted them, they had another package out that went right to my box. Not only do I love their products (literally the best non-creamy protein out there) but I am super happy with how they handed my problem!
I recently purchased a protein powder from Myprotein for over 4000 rupees and was excited to try it. Unfortunately, upon opening the packet, I was met with an unpleasant smell and taste that did not match my previous experiences with protein powders. After researching online, I discovered that many others have reported similar issues with this product. I reached out to Myprotein's customer service, but they insisted that the product is genuine and its taste and smell are authentic. They escalated my concern to their quality team, but no resolution was provided. When I attempted to initiate a chargeback, they refused to cooperate, leaving me frustrated and feeling unheard. I believe in quality and safety when it comes to supplements, and I cannot recommend Myprotein based on my experience. I urge potential buyers to be cautious before purchasing this product.

Their plastic bags that hold the protein's ziplock has gotten so cheap over the years that it barely closes anymore. Talk about non existant customer service when they LOSE YOUR PACKAGE.

I took an advantage of 50% off on subscription orders for whey protein drinks. I cancelled my subscription before MP was supposed to charge me for next order as I don't use them on daily basis and had plenty enough left (I ordered 4 of them). My order was made 24/05 with a subscription every month. I was charged on 6/07, that means I was clearly very randomly charged. I sent them an email right after charging me before dispatching (- live chat does not work, phone number that's provided, is not going through) to cancel my order. How naive! The order was sent. Alright, I went through my MP account to make a return and there is no mention about this order at all. Like it was never made, does not exist in my history. So again, another email sent about the whole mess and asking for return document (I cannot get it through their website as my order does not exist). They sent me the file to print and only option was Post Office. So I went there but they could not accept it as the label did not have any QR code to scan, only barcode, that means I'd have to pay for the package accordingly to its weight. With this huge box that I had to pay for while never asked for, I had to go to the post office and back home. :) Great, another email sent about my never ending experience and requiring to not pay anything for sending it back. They asked for a proof of payment and products I received. So I sent them. Now they sent me a totally different looking document for refund from the first one for only 1 product, not all four I received! I've chosen Evri courier company to pick it up this Wednesday as in no way I would go anywhere with it anymore. I still have to pay £3 for the refund. Who knows if Evri are going to even accept it as the label does not match the weight of the box. I do not care anymore, I just want to get rid of these unwanted items and my money back. I never had a problem with this company but I must admit I never had a subscription from them. It is a shame such a huge company is not capable to deal with such problems easily. If you are not able to have it sent back to you without giving me more troubles (I have my own life with other things to do than figuring out how to return you things I never asked for), just send me my money back same way you took it from me without my permission.
