I was so happy with the customer service I sought out a review site to leave a review and I'm personally shocked at the negatives. I live in a small town with no usps service, so i have a po box. Myprotein uses a delivery service which goes to the door and I messed up using my po box as the address. Package was of course sent back. As soon as i contacted them, they had another package out that went right to my box. Not only do I love their products (literally the best non-creamy protein out there) but I am super happy with how they handed my problem!

I am utterly disappointed and frustrated with my experience ordering from this company. Despite placing my order well over a month ago, I have yet to receive my items. The lack of communication and accountability from their customer service team has been appalling.
After repeatedly reaching out to the company, I have been met with empty promises and illogical suggestions, such as waiting for the severely delayed delivery only to return the items for a refund. This level of incompetence and disregard for customer satisfaction is unacceptable.
The company's failure to fulfill their basic obligation of delivering products within a reasonable timeframe has left me questioning their reliability and professionalism. Their inability to provide a swift resolution or even a satisfactory explanation for the delay is a clear indication of their poor management and lack of concern for their customers.
I strongly advise potential customers to reconsider placing an order with this company. The stress, inconvenience, and frustration that I have experienced are not worth the risk. There are plenty of other reliable businesses that value their customers' time and satisfaction.
Until this company can demonstrate a significant improvement in their service, delivery times, and customer support, I cannot recommend them to anyone. Save yourself the trouble and take your business elsewhere.

I was a customer since February 2018. However, I recently ordered $200 worth of Impact Whey Isolate - 11lb - Unflavored, which was supposed to be delivered on January 17,2024. I never received it. I contacted the Customer Care Team every week since then, and they keep telling me to fill out the Attestation Form over and over, and/or wait for the results of the investigation. It has been over two months of waiting with no progress: no refund and no replacement product. They have $200 of my money, and I received nothing in return, and no date for when the matter will be resolved, if ever: they said they will contact me at THEIR earliest convenience.

The worst customer service I have experienced. I was a customer for many years and had spent £300 within 3 weeks with them. They had sent the wrong product to me (the correct sticker but the wrong product). Despite my efforts to rectify the situation by returning the item, I received no assistance after months of chasing them. It seems whoever is responsible for customer service doesn't care about losing high-paying customers.
Just hope you don't have any issues with your order. I received a product that was past its best before and also unsealed (a tub of protein powder, in which the seal had opened and contents and spilled out/congealed around the lid). It took me almost a week to get a refund, after the company demanded erroneous details about the product, which I am certain they would have access to. I've come to the conclusion that the constant back-and-fourth to grant a simple refund is designed in a way to exhaust the customer so that the request for a refund is surrendered. I would think twice before ordering from this company.
The nutritional information advertised on their website significantly deviates from what is printed on the actual product packaging. This discrepancy seems intentional, painting a more positive image of the product with lower protein, double the fat, and higher carbs per serving.
Despite reaching out to bring attention to these discrepancies, MYPROTEIN has not taken any corrective action, leaving me inclined to believe these misleading practices may be deliberate.
Moreover, the promised ease of returns and refunds, as stated on their website, appears to be impractical and challenging in reality, contradicting their customer-centric claims.

They are being unreasonable. After one day of place an order. They drop the price from $20 to $6, and sent me one that expired in 4 months. Refuse to provide a prepaid label, and refund the difference. I was loving their products but now I am tired to dealing with all this. Never purchase again.
8 weeks after ordering I still haven't received my items. First they told me Evri had lost the item, and they would organise a replacement, but then quickly changed their story, saying Evri has delivered the item, but are unable to provide any proof of delivery - no picture or signature. I assure you nothing was delivered. Plus Evri are notorious for being incompetent.
MyProtein are uninterested in finding a solution, and will only repeat the same response: 'Our courier says the item was delivered', and when I ask for proof I get fobbed off.
I suspect my £70 is down the drain.
Will keep making empty promises to solve the non-delivery of an item. Followed up for weeks and just got the same generic response - it's being treated with urgency and will be resolved in 48 hours. Eventually cancelled my order and had to fight with them just to have the cancellation processed, doubt I'll ever get the refund in my bank account.
One of the most pathetic shipping services I have ever seen. I got my order delivered 20 days late, and when I wanted to return it, they promised me a free return, but then when the product was received, they said no, and I had to pay for the return.

Despite FedEx's tracking data irrefutably showing my order winding up in the wrong city, Myprotein's customer service stubbornly clung to a carousel of redundant questions and requests for already-provided forms. The end result? A dance of frustration and wasted time that transforms buying directly from Myprotein into an agonizing ordeal of Kafkaesque proportions that I would not wish on my worst enemy.
Do not buy off this company! I ordered an advent calendar for my son on the 7th Nov, it's Dec 1st in two days and still no sign of it. Just daily annoying marketing emails and only 1 sorry it's delayed email. The phone lines are shut so not a person to talk to just the usual on line rubbish chat thing. They don't care, my son will :( They are still marketing the advent calendars but they can't fulfill their existing orders. Disgusting customer service. Don't order from them! If you search reviews you will find loads of bad ones and it's true. No product delivered, bad customer service, no refund offered. Don't fall in the same trap!

I've been a steady customer of theirs since 2016. Recently I tried their fruity cereal flavor, because who doesn't like fruity pebbles? I did not like it, as it had a metallic taste. Mind you, I have never complained to them about any other flavor or issue. I contacted support, who takes their sweet time to reply, and they wouldn't do a single thing for me. No return, no replacement, no nothing. This is how they treat loyal customers, so be aware. Basically they don't care if you don't like it, and refuse to take it exchange it. Now I'll never buy from them again. Shame on you Myprotein!
Do not use this company - they are beyond dodgy. I bought some sports bras that were too small & terrible quality and sent them back express post ( out of my pocket) they denied receiving them. I asked for either bigger sizes ( last resort) or full refund I was ignored for months by customer service. Pls save your $$ do not trust this company.

Purchased vitamins first order 7 bottles that would take me to 1/2023 however they all expire on 12/2022.
A week later they have a sale so I buy 7 more and specify the expiration on previous 7 bottles. When I get products they all expire on 12/22 which clearly is unethical. They agree to replace then 5 days later I contact and ask when will merchandise be sent? Their response they want me to send merchandise back saying I'm refusing the product of course with tracking # at my cost.
I have spent close to $500 since finding this site however if I ever spend a penny I will be the dumbest person.

The quality of their products isn't bad and they seem to always have a sale going on which is nice, but when A) my Order couldn't be delivered due reasons still unknown to me and B) won't refund me the full amount even though the issue was 100% on their end, it completely ruined the experience for me. I will not waste my money here anymore.
I have been buying form them for a long time, and I was very happy with their products. Suddenly I make my next order, using a very good promotional code of 42% which worked, the discount was reflected and I paid the oder. For no reason they cancelled my order and deleted my account. Without account there is no way to contact them, they just link you to their FAQ. Thinking it was a mistake, I registered again, ordered another order, using another promo code, this time for 80% discount. The same thing happened. Obviously will not be buying form them again. Shame really.

I made a purchase last year during the black friday sale.
And as the purchase was above 100 Euro I was supposed to receive a black friday box worth 44pounds.
Its now 2 months since the order was placed and I am yet to receive the same. When I contacted customer care the response I received is -
"I'm sorry that this hasn't been sent to you yet as this is currently out of stock and it doesn't look like we are getting anymore in stock.
I can offer your £5.00 credit onto your account as a gesture of good will".
This is too sloppy from MyProtein. At least I don't think I can trust this company going forward.
-Ordered 2 containers of clear whey protein. They sent me only a box of toothpaste. I do not want to be stealth marketed toothpaste, I want my products.
-Fail to provide satisfying services and fulfillment. They will say the order is dispatched but won't give you a shipping update for days. Their communication is not good, when you reach out to customer service, you are hit with the typical corporate runaround and unaccountability.
-They've missed shipping window estimates, outside of the holiday season.
***-One of the worst things they do is reply to reviews to attempt to diminish anything negative. They are artificially inflating their reviews.
-They are very concerned about people complaining about their issues, but aren't concerned with actually resolving them.

Since I moved to Ireland, I have been using Myprotein for a while.
Their cashew butter and soy protein is incredible, the most delicious I have ever tried and the prices are solid.
One thing: they use Yodel - a really unreliable delivery company. For my last 6 orders, 3 have been late, 2 have had items missing.

DO NOT buy from myprotein. I have had several correspondence with their customer service about an order I tried to cancel but their website was faulty and didn't let me. I contacted customer service immediately to notify them before it was dispatched. Received a delayed response and the order was dispatched aka too late. So I returned it and had to pay an additional $45! This fee was not covered. It was shipped from Missisauga, ON but I had to send it to their returns facility in Kentucky! They should cover the cost of shipment this is ridiculous. It's a shame since I have been buying from myprotein for years. They lost a customer.

By far the worst customer service and after sales support. Purchased an item 3 + weeks ago and never arrived. Customer service takes days to reply by live chat. Then can't help, won't allow me to leave a formal complaint. Been ongoing for weeks. Took my money never delivered the items. Theft. Worst customer service I have ever experienced all customer service staff unhelpful
I've placed two orders from myprotein so far and both orders arrived quickly.
There's always discounts going on so get a few pounds off orders.
My first order was the small shaker as I find the big size a little too big.
The second order was for whey protein as I usually have one at the gym but decided to buy my own to save some money.
Little did I know my gym is using myprotein shakes and as I liked the flavours they sell I decided to try a new flavour.
The orders arrived well packed and as they are tracked you can easily find out when it's due to be delivered.
I ordered protein shakes and diet supplements, and they are good quality. The items arrived well on time but I don't think I can buy from there again due to the fact that the shipping cost is way too pricey and I can't afford that every time. Would have to find another health supplement website with a lower shipping cost
