I have placed and order the beginning of June of 2011 and have been getting excuses and reasons why I haven't received my products. Don' by from them there are reviews on other sites as well just type in napsgear.net ripoff and you will see there are 100's of people that have been ripoff since March of this year

I will forever order from NAPS!

On my most recent order my product was seized, I immediately contact NAPS customer service team as described per their website. After providing the proper documentation I was informed that a replacement order would be shipped. As usual this order came in a timely matter and was exactly what I ordered.

Quality is superb! This is always dependent on what brand you chose. I have ordered both Geneza and Dragon, both are good choices. Also the description of the products are accurate both in what is does AND the gear you will receive.

My experiences with NAPS and shipping have always been positive, and by positive I mean fast. Once your order is processed you should expect it closer to the two week time frame.

With its excellent customer services, fast shipping and quality gear NAPS has a truly has a customer forever.

I have used exclusively the Geneza line they carry and have been happy with the products for each order. I've ordered from them once before and am satisfied and am looking to order again with them. I'm going to try out their alpha pharma products as i've heard good reviews on them. Their orals and oils are accurately dosed and if the package gets seized by customs they will be more than happy to reship if you show the appropriate paperwork! They're g2g

I ordered some products from napsgear and it was so easy from them to be ordered and shipped. The gear was great! Very effective, got great results. The shipping was very fast and they made sure to tell me where the product was (tracking). I will definitely be back for more.

I have now had 3 orders from napsgear, all 3 arrived in good time and discreetly packaged. I had a query on my last order where I messed up the payment, but I spoke with customer services who sorted it no problem, so all good on that front. I was sceptical about online ordering - before naps I spent a fortune on other gear but I couldn't beat naps for price so I gave them a try. For the first order I went for the budget brands but still got results, but then on recommendation from a friend I switched to the alpha pharma products (Test Enanthate) and its top stuff. It's well packaged with verification checks on the boxes but most importantly I'm getting good gains from it and without the amount of acne I had pre-naps. Highly recommend.

I purchased some products from their website. They said that the products are shipped but I did not received anything. When I asked them where my package is they told me they are shipping from China with a fake name and address, my package is lost and they are not giving my money back. If you do not want to throw your money away, do not buy and products from them. They are scammers and they steal your money. The products they sell are from China and fake as they are. First time customer with napsgear placed a small order got a great price on geneza anavar on sale for 50% off and it is legit isn number checks out also ordered some generic viagra that are very good received order in two parts within 3 weeks will order from again very satisfied!

I've recently cycled geneza winstrol and it was very effective in cutting and great endurance for long work outs. No question naps is for real. Customer service was outstanding, quick response to questions on the live chat. Shipping was discrete and fast. Great job naps you got long term customer in me.

I ordered in June, they received my payment June 24th- to be exact and I still have a status showing "NOT YET SHIPPED". I contact customer service. They reply- however with bogus information. I want my money back or just ship my package. Is that not fair enough? My first experience and sure will be my last. Too bad- as I have many friends THAT WHERE interested. Oh well.

BAD BUSINESS! If you order from this site, submit the money order immediately after you place the order, cause even though you "placed" the order they'll jack the prices up. I ordered and sent the money later that day to find out they jacked up the price, so I canceled my order and retrieved my money. Customer service was no help. Company doesn't have good business practices.

I was concerned with all the b****** mixed reviews about napsgear but after ordering and receiving my products as promised I can say they are 100% legit and any review claiming they are scammers is just that, b*******. I ordered Nolvadex from naps and they delievered within the givin time frame and I was able to track the entire way. The package was in great shape and discrete.

I have been a long time customer of Naps and they always treat me good, anytime i contact them and have any issues they respond promptly and resolve the issue quickly. Shipping is always on target, even when i did get my package seized they resend it without a problem. All the gear from Naps is legit from Geneza to Gen Shi. The value and specials they offer cannot be compared to anyother source. I am a lifetime customer of Naps.

I been with naps for 5 years never had a problem until now my package got either zeise or stolen because it never show up at my house and the tracking number said the package lost so I contact it them and they said they couldn't pay me or even give me the same price to buy the same stuff again the it was my problem but o well that's how they treat their costumers

I placed another small order on their site. My two previous orders had been great so I had no reason to change.
My small order consisted of 2 x dragon pharma sustanon 350 and 1 x hcg 5000iu.
I really didn't need the gear but this was part of the deal of the week and it was one I like, so I wanted to try an order. It was a great deal at 50% off. The order was easy and quick. I payed via money gram which was simple to do. They received my payment the next day. The order was shipped separately three and four days later. I received the product two weeks later. I have received product quicker from them but I'm not complaining as it was still under the states time and during a holiday.
I plan on continuing to use this site. I'm not writing this review positively to receive a discount (because discounts aren't given on deals of the week and that is what I will be purchasing in my next few), but simply to recommend this site.

I did a lot of research of where to buy my gear. A friend who is a power lifter referred me to Naps. I read a lot of reviews and most were positive. So I ordered.

That was two years ago. Since then I have placed three orders and I am getting ready for my fourth. I was happy with all the products I order. Some seemed more effective than others. I have ordered all types of Test, Tren, Mast, and Win. Also some ED meds. I had the most effectiveness with water based Win stacked with Test and Tren. Most of the products where GP or Biomex.

Like everyone, I was worried to order, lose money and get fake gear. None of that happened. In fact I always received everything within a couple of weeks, unless I expressed orders... then I received it in a week. I used their online support a couple of times to clarify questions or to make changes... always good results.

It's nice to have confidence when I order that I will get what I need for a good price

Im a member of Naps gear! All i have to say is best option to send payment is through western union. When i finally got the payment through it said it would take around 21 days. It ended up being 3 days for me because sometimes its extreamly quick! Just started using my clen and t3 today. Seems legit SOPhar. :D ITakeRoids

Napsgear has the best service I've ever encountered, I've ordered from them a dozen of times and have never been upset. All products are potent and will deliver honest results. I will never make a switch, this company has done great bungs for me I plan on competing in April and I will make naps proud! I've ordered anavar, test e, sus 250, clomid, letro, eq, and many other products all are very strong and legit. If you don't order from naps your not making the right decision, no one comes close. Prices are great, delivery is discrete and amazing, products ship very quickly, and I've never had a bad experience 10/10 all day.

I purchased the beginners bulk stack from Napsgear and my over all experience was great. The customer service that I got from them was top notch. They answered all of my questions and helped me find what was right for my first stack. The pre designed stack came with 2 x GP Test Cyp 250,2 x GP Methan10, and 2 x GP Anastrozole. I could feel the Dbol kick in within the first few day and I started getting massive pumps and my muscles felt harder than normal. The Test C kicked in and that was when I got massive gains. I went from 165 to 190 and am now at 185 after PCT. The product was very smooth with little to no sides. napsgear.net has been a website I been using for over the past year to purchase my steroids and pct drugs. Their process for making orders and following shipments, using their great online customer service, has been very easy to do. Also every product I purchased from Test, Tren, Clomy, Deca, among many more, were of the upmost highest qualities I could wish for, and I received great results using these products along with a great diet and workout regiment. Their online selection is vast and their promotional "product of the week" program has saved me tons. This is where you vote on the product you want to be 50% off. Come on! I mean Test Enanthate 10 ml 250 for 21.50 US. How can you go wrong with this site. As well as having speedy delivery, it would be silly for me to try to go anywhere else but napsgear.net

Alright the site has everything. I ordered three products and have only received one of course it's the one that was the cheapest. So I contacted them they answered me until I asked for help to find the other two now they just ignore me. So I'm hoping it will still show up but I don't like how they just ignore me I would not buy from them again it's been a hassle sense the time of trying to pay them now Im out 700$ and no products do not buy hear it's not a for sure thing if you want to try good luck cuz there's no returns either really bad site. I've been trying to get my payment processed now for 15 days. Initially submitted via MoneyGram - turns out the recipient they provided is flagged in their system as "do not do business with" so my funds were froze. I was informed to then cancel, create a new order and submit payment this time using Western Union. Next notification stated that my order was cancelled because the funds weren't available for pickup. In verifying with Western Union they confirmed pickup by the designated recipient and even provided backup confirming the completed transaction. After submitting a ticket notifying their billing department I've been asked to wait for another 1-4 business days for feedback, if none is received then I need to revert. I don't understand why it's been so difficult! I've done everything requested and yet still might possibly never get my products or even refund at this point. Extremely frustrating experience this far, this is after hearing nothing but positive feedback on the company.
