Generally, quite a nice store to shop at! I bought a satin wrap dress and it was better than I expected! The quality was amazing, the material was really comfortable, and it fit my body perfectly. They do always have sales on their website, so its always good to look out for those.
DO NOT BUY FROM NASTY GAL! I paid for next day shipping almost 3 weeks later and my order hasn't arrive. Not to mention the tracker doesn't even exist. There is no number to call only a help chat virtual assistant and they keep telling me I have to wait 5 more days and it's being escalated. This is crazy! Now I can't reach a rep at all it says to co tact them on social media and they keep deleting my comments and won't respond to my messages.
I've been purchasing from nasty gal for so long. Yesterday I received my order and noticed I received two different boot styles in the box, both were for the right foot! Mistakes happen, but oh my goodness, to get customer service to help has been such a nightmare. They wanted me to pay for my return when it was their wrong doing, now I have to claim it's faulty but the label is already created for return, it's just a big mess and it takes hours to get a response since customer service is email only
Or a ridiculous bot in the website. Hopefully I get it resolved so i can move on and only purchase from asos from now on. No more nasty gal.

Wow. I remember when I used to shop at Nasty Gal in the states and it was so cute, the quality was great, pricier but worth it. I just got a couple of pant suits, a dress and a bathing suit - They all look like they're from the costume shop - cheap cheap cheap quality! Looks nothing like the photos on their website. So disappointing. I would classify Nasty Gal in the same category as Zaful. Will not be shopping here again.

I usually get my packages quickly and the customer service, unlike others I've read, is actually decent. However, their charts and sizes are misleading.
I bought a size SMALL pair of Serpentine Shorts from them and got a size small that was 30". The model was super fit and wearing a supposed "size small" which happen to fit her perfectly and also a size 24" just like me. I was so disappointed after I received my order to see that it was way too big.
They gave me in store credit, however which was ok but I now know that I won't be able to order shorts from them. I spoke to a customer service rep that told me just today that the sizing for the models were misleading.
I also bought a zipper dress that was really cute but didn't last but a few months since the zippers started crumbling apart after 2 washes and very little use. Instead of metal, they were made out of cheap plastic.
Pretty disappointed, Nasty Gal.

Overall, my experience was pretty okay. I had no issues with my order. The items arrived in the correct sizes and colors. The material of the sweater was surprisingly soft and the jeans fit true to size. I made a video review so you can decide for yourselves.

I received my order today. I was very afraid because of the comments I read here, but in my case, the shipping was very fast, the products high quality and beautiful, for the price, ( I bought them on sale) I cannot ask for more. I will order again, I hope they continue selling beautiful products. One thing only, just order one size bigger than yours. I am 6, and some clothes are sizes 2 to 4, and fit me perfectly. I think UK sizes are bigger than US.!

I've been happy with nasty gal until now. As a returning customer you'd think they would be more helpful. I ordered a product and does not look like the image on the website. To return it I have to pay for shipping costs. This is their error not mine. The product was not white what so ever.

STAY AWAY! Everywhere in the universe i am a size xs and it always fits me. I mean, my BMI is literally underweight. I ordered some things a size up (like a wool coat, for obvious reasons) and it STILL was too small. All body suits came, almost comically, up to my nipples and no further. The "size 10" boots (2 pairs) were too small. I mean... i can force myself into a 9 if i have to, so this is absolute BS. I spent $350+ dollars and the returns policy is so complex and full of crap i don't even want my money back at this point. I'm a student and i dont have big bucks, so this really sucks. They make you pay for the shipping to return items and they don't do exchanges. Reading these reviews - people still have not received their refund after paying return shipping and waiting one month or longer, so i'm definitely not returning this crap. The material is see through and cheap af! STAY AWAY! Especially if you're taller than 5 foot lol.

I Bought 6 items and 2 of them dirty and stained and two are very far from the look on the website specially the colour. Contact customer service that i want to return them and showed all that photos attached and they keep insisting that (they don't see any problem on the items) and they still want me to pay for the shipping even though it's not my fault that they're products are $#*! that's why i am sending it back. Poor customer service not gonna buy again on this nasty website! Anyone experienced the same thing?
Update: They Refund me 80% after i replied on one of the bad comments from their instagram account regarding on how bad their customer service and teaching them to message on fb page instead to get their attention (guess what they also deleted bad comments/Reviews) . TIP Emails and comments won't work so better message them on facebook!

Do not purchase from this company unless you quadruple check your order. Their customer is by far the most horrific I've experienced by any brand. Their site switched my billing and shipping address which I noticed immediately after the order was placed. They refused to change the address or cancel the order and offered no help and said it was my problem.

I’ll never use their site again. The fact that you can’t change or cancel your order even a minute after placing it, is wrong. Their site glitches and they don’t take any responsibility. If I could give zero stars, I would. I paid $10 for standard 5 day shipping; it's been over 2 weeks and my package seems to be bouncing around the country and who knows when I will get it. Their tracking portal is rarely updated as well, so you will spend a lot of time wondering where on earth your order is. They have no customer service email or phone number- you have to contact them on WhatsApp which is strange, shady, and unprofessional. On top of that, their discounts are completely fake. You'll notice that they markup their prices like crazy and then offer a "discount" of at least 50% everyday in order to lure people into buying. When you try to use a promo code during checkout, they will not take off as much money as they're supposed to. For example, if you use a 20% discount, they'll only take off about 5%. Stay far away.

This is the epitome of fast fashion - clothing that isn't always cheap but breaks within a few wears and crap quality. Package arrived ripped, kept getting updates on my 'Boohoo' order, I don't know if these brands are linked but if I knew they were connected would have never ordered from this company. Awful sizing, terrible fabrics. I've actually had better quality clothes from Primark. Yeah it's that bad

I loved the Nasty Gal store when it first opened and purchased several items. The they just got trashy and disrespectful. To sell anything that has "$#*! you", or "I don't give $#*!" on it shows a total lack of respect for their buyers as well as for those that may see these garments in public. Very poor taste!

If your items happen to not fit, you'd better find peace in giving them away. A return is not timely, and after waiting a month, I've received only one email stating they received my item (tracking number proof) but to keep waiting. I will be pursuing a claim with Paypal for principle more than financial, since they are just stealing money.

First there's no phone number to contact them. Second, their clothes are poorly made and customer service is terrible. It took a month to receive an order that was supposed to be a gift, and now they will not allow me to return some of the items because it has been too long.

You have to wonder why cheap-and-NastyGal even exists. Terrible quality, over priced, and actually pretty ugly, sorry. I ordered 9 items, only received 2. The straw clutch is not the same product shown on the website - whats the deal with that? See the photo I attached. Nasty Gal sells this bag for $40 and then sends you something different. How is that acceptable? Ordered a sequin top (valued $40, got it 50% off) tried it on once, there are now sequins all over the floor. I still can't believe I paid 20 whole dollars for it. Cant comment on the other 7 items that are missing. This company and its products are a mess, avoid! There are plenty of other cheap stores that offer cute clothes, stick with them.

I purchased some sandals, boots, and a pair of plaid flare pants. The sandals and boots were of lower quality than what was pictured on the website but still wearable. The pants, however, were a different story. Initially, they sent me the wrong item, which I shipped back at no cost, and the "correct" item was promptly shipped out to me. Once I received the pants (tag matches the product listing) it was very clear that they were not the same pants in the picture. The color, pattern, fixtures, and fabric all appear quite different - and of lower quality than the picture. I'm very disappointed and I will never shop here again. This is false advertising and even at 33 CAD it's far too expensive for something with lower quality than SHEIN.

Please shop somewhere that actually posts reviews of their products. This was a big red flag in hindsight.

2 out of the 5 items I ordered came broken and in busted up packaging. Their shoes are uncomfortable and poor quality. One of the broken items I received I later learned was an outdated, discontinued product by a third party company. Reached out to customer service and they were absolutely appalling. The system doesn't let you email large files like certain pictures and videos, which they demand you provide as proof of faultiness. The customer service reps are so unhelpful and you only have a chance of getting your refund if you nag them for hours on end. Be tenacious, or better yet, don't order in the first place.
