Generally, quite a nice store to shop at! I bought a satin wrap dress and it was better than I expected! The quality was amazing, the material was really comfortable, and it fit my body perfectly. They do always have sales on their website, so its always good to look out for those.

DO NOT BUY FROM NASTY GAL! I paid for next day shipping almost 3 weeks later and my order hasn't arrive. Not to mention the tracker doesn't even exist. There is no number to call only a help chat virtual assistant and they keep telling me I have to wait 5 more days and it's being escalated. This is crazy! Now I can't reach a rep at all it says to co tact them on social media and they keep deleting my comments and won't respond to my messages.

I don't know why this site has such terrible reviews!
I've ordered off here at least 15 times and nothing has ever gone wrong. Most of the items I purchase are on sale, (very cheap), but I've never ever been unsatisfied with the quality of their clothing. It fits great, looks great and I always get the most compliments when I wear clothes purchased from Nasty Gal. I'm addicted.
Their return policy is also great. The one time an order didn't fit, I used the return slips they enclosed in the parcel and sent it back. They were friendly to deal with and quick to respond to my queries. I highly recommend it.

So this might be the worst online shopping experience I've ever had in my whole life, and I shop a lot, a lot. Paid extra for shipping which reads "allows 7 business days", shipment did not arrive after 10 days. I checked with customer service, and they asked me to wait extra 5 days to check back in with them. But when I did, they said to wait another 20 days before they could take any action. Customer service was also rude and impatient, quoting "I know it is not ideal Michelle, but you have to wait."

So why am I still waiting? Just give me a $#*!ing refund

I have been a loyal nasty gal customer for years. Recently my orders have been going to an old address and when asked about it nastygal refunds my money. However no explanation... they even wanted me to update the address in the usps website yet the tracking number they gave me didn't work.

Even when I had proof of their mistake they still didn't try to rectify the problem.

Nastygal used to be a great company. Now that they've sold out... two thumbs down!

Try fashion nova! Much better, not as expensive and you get your items faster!

I bought about 10 items from them and one dress was damaged. They did not want to replace it because they said that it is "final sale." The customer contact care associate kept saying the exact same thing over and over like he/she cannot explain anything else. Customer looses, nasty gal takes all profit. Never buying from them again.

Nasty Gal used to be an amazing site where you could find not only beautiful but quality clothing. Today, the clothes are cheap, overpriced, and there is absolutely no customer service available. The phone number they have listed is out of order and the email they provide is also fake. Shipping also says it will take at the most 14 days but is actually closer to a month, if they even said it to the correct address. Do not waste your time on this site.

Nasty Gal has poor customer service - Do not offer exchanges and will not honor sales price on returns. So it better fit, or you are out of luck. What quality business do not honor their prices within 30 days? Think twice before you purchase an item!

I don't know why this site requires a signature for a package to be delivered! They are attempting to deliver during working hours everyday so I will likely never see the package. Do not order unless someone is home all day or you have a doorman.

I was apprehensive to buy from them after reading these reviews along with similar websites. However, I will say, I am not unimpressed with my purchases!

Although I do agree on the front that the pictures are slightly misleading, for being fast fashion, I would say the clothing is pretty high quality for the price you are paying. The only problem I had was that I bought a pair of platform shoes and then ended up being way taller/ more goth looking than I anticipated.

The customer service reps are extremely kind and helpful, and I will definitely be doing business with them again :)

I really wish they would accept accountability for sending incorrect items and then not assisting customers in canceling or modifying those incorrect orders. The chaos of talking with their customer service mixed with the complete lack of integrity or quality of product all leads to me spending too much money and time on this crappy company. Do not recommend or respect.

Buyers be aware! DO NOT purchase from this website! They do not care about their customers & they do not refund money even though the promotion says so! Absolutely disgusted with this site, customer service are lousy/lazy terrible people! I am from Canada & they charged me 52 dollars extra at my door when it was supposed to be free shipping. DON'T waste your time nor money!

I ordered a pair of creepers for £45 with shipping to the UK for £9. When they finally came the man on the door said they'd been through Germany so wanted another £20 for postage, when I said no I'm not paying that he sped off without leaving any details of where to pick them up etc. I never saw them again or got my money back. I was extremely pissed off to put it lightly.

Ordered three items. Two came in dirty looking bags that had clearly been used. Of the three items, one was huge and ridiculous looking, the other was poor quality but kind of cute, and the third I thought would be nice with some alterations. I decided to return the first, but Nasty Gal wants me to pay for shipping with a credit card, rather than deduct from my return? I don't think so. That's not a policy I can get behind. I'll be shopping elsewhere from now on.

I had two items I returned, I got an email saying my money will be back in original payment within 7 days. It's been 2 months and still nothing! I keep contacting them and all they say is they have initial a refund that's it!

I don't know what other people are saying. I've never experienced any problem with shipping, although that's probably because I live in the US. But anyway, the quality isn't the best in the world (depending on the brand), and the products can be a little overpriced however, they have cute clothes that you sometimes can't find at other stores. I always get my order on time. The only thing that bothers me is there isn't free returns, they don't reimburse you for the shipping prices. I did get the rest of the money back though, and in the time frame that was posted on their website.

$#*!ty customer service. Bought two pairs of shoes online when they had the 40% off everything. I purchased on 14 February never received anything as of yet every time I email them I get a generic email saying they can't do anything about it when I try to log into my account it's pretty much nonexistent so. They literally stole my money. But I will be getting my money back. I work too hard for it to just be token from me.

I bought some shoes off this store about $50 and some accessories, thinking they were good quality for the price. When the package arrived it was covered in dirt and grime! On the inside! I also found the an address sticker for someone else, I'm guessing that person returned the item and they sent it to me, yuck.
I didn't want to go to the hassle of dealing with the filthy item, I just ending it up throwing it away.
You're really living up your name Nasty.
** I never got a refund since I threw it away, this is just an honest review on my experience with the company.

This is the worst company ever! DO NOT waste your time or money here. I purchased clothing, and nothing fit. I sent it all back over a month ago, and they still have not returned my money. They are frauds. I spent $263 and spent $15 to return. I am and will continue to tell anyone who asks and everyone who will listen what an awful company this is, and that no one should spend a penny of their money here. Seriously, BEWARE. I'm still waiting for my money, and I will take legal action if necessary. I encourage everyone else to look into it as well, as this is unacceptable and quite frankly, predatory behavior.

I bought two items, bodysuit and a dress, I have never seen such a poor made pieces of clothing. But, the dress is an absolute disaster, it has no fit, and looks really ugly. I felt bad that I have let myself fall for Nasty Gal's sale. I used to order clothes from them all the time about 4 years ago, and it was great, I mean one of the best. Now, its an absolute worst. From a quality of fabric to a customer service to a delivery - everything struggles. I hope they will stop selling soon, as producing such a garbage is not good for customers nor for the environment. Avoid Nasty Gal, I know the sale price looks attractive, but its not worth it.

I sent back two returns in July and still haven't received a refund. They have no internal tracking system and the responsibility on me to provide photos of the labels (lol). Luckily, I had tracking numbers (I paid for return shipping) showing receipt. Oh, and the merchandise is inferior!
Stay far away!

I ordered from this site because pictures posted were gorgeous dresses for amazing price, they excepted pay pal, so I thought all was well... Until I received half of the order. Items were made from thin T-shirt material, unevenly sawed with sleeves that are uneven. Some items are so tight that you can not even put them on. The use of size did not help, since chart is incorrect. If you do not have money to waste do not order from this company that is located in China.

Wonderful experience
I do not understand why are so many bad reviews. I bought two beautiful dresses, certainly both were M but one fit small and the other runs large so that I returned the big one without any problems. The delivery was super fast as the refund to my pay pal account. The clothes are amazing and great quality! Love this online store, as a mom of two kids is difficult and impossible to go shopping so to be able to have the opportunity to buy original and different clothes without having to leave the house is really wonderful.

Horrible! Ordered boots from them. They came and when I put my foot in them, there were two nails sticking straight up. Luckily I did not apply pressure or I would have punctured my foot pretty bad. They refunded my money after I threatened to contact my credit card company and I was told I was lucky because they usually did not refund shipping charges for faulty items! OMG really?! I also was told since I got a refund they would not ship me out new boots or any compensation for a dangerous, negligent mistake. BUYER BEWARE!

I use to love Nasty Gal. However, the last few items I ordered from them was complete garbage. There was a necklace which was too small to even fit around my neck (and I'm fairly small - A size M in clothing). I also ordered hats and when they arrived they had glue exposed and they were falling apart. I'm pretty sure all of their pieces are being manufactured at a cheap factory in China which is extremely disappointing.

I ordered 90 dollars worth of stuff. From cyber monday. Had to pay 30 dollars in duty fees. Stuff came nothing like what it looked like in photos. I am not kidding there clothes looking nothing like there photos. I read all the reviews online and was like okay maybe people are being over dramatic. They are not trust me do not buy from this site. The colors are different the shirts dont even fit its terrible im so beyond pissed off

After reading the reviews on this website I was quite iffy about ordering, but since they were offering free international shipping for a limited time I decided to go through with it, and boy am I happy that I did! I live in Canada, my order arrived within a week! I didn't think it would especially because its the holidays, a very busy time for customs, post offices. I am VERY satisfied with my purchase, its exactly as pictured and great quality. I did have to pay a small customs fee but that was expected. Even if I bought that hat here in Canada I would still have had to pay the extra 20 in taxes. I paid no extra on the website so it was fine by me. Im a VERY happy customer! :)
