Generally, quite a nice store to shop at! I bought a satin wrap dress and it was better than I expected! The quality was amazing, the material was really comfortable, and it fit my body perfectly. They do always have sales on their website, so its always good to look out for those.
DO NOT BUY FROM NASTY GAL! I paid for next day shipping almost 3 weeks later and my order hasn't arrive. Not to mention the tracker doesn't even exist. There is no number to call only a help chat virtual assistant and they keep telling me I have to wait 5 more days and it's being escalated. This is crazy! Now I can't reach a rep at all it says to co tact them on social media and they keep deleting my comments and won't respond to my messages.
I ordered from them during their going out of business sale and was missing an item. I got many emails assuring us that the shipping was delayed and if items were out of stock we would be refunded. Never got a refund never got my item. Their customer service says they cant do anything but I should contact old management. I have been emailing the person they told me to contact and have never gotten a response 2 months later. They are thieves, this is fraud.

I am extremely disappointed with Nasty Gal. My order was supposed to arrive on 12/4. When it still hadn't arrived by 12/10 I contacted customer support. The support person emailed back with a link to the tracking info and said it would arrive 12/11, however the link showed 12/13. It arrived on 12/13,9 days late. When it arrived, the package was ripped up with the clothes hanging out of the bag. There was also a shoe box in the package that was completely destroyed. I took pictures and sent these to customer service again asking for compensation. I got an auto response saying that the inbox was too full and my message could not be delivered. Unbelievable. I will never order anything from Nasty Gal again.

I used to shop Nasty Gal literally every day like a dope fiend. My closet it littered with clothes I purchased from the old Nasty Gal. It was one of my favorite internet boutiques. I still check the site out of habit but after the acquisition and new ownership the merchandise just isn't the same. It's no longer stylish and trendy. There is nothing I would buy. So sad!

Ive been loyal to this $#*! for years! Even though her clothes are over priced AF. I ordered from them. Long story short $500 buck down the drain. My order never came. And the ones that showed up were not what I ordered.

I order from them and had a lots of problem with the delivery system. This was not directly their fault but anyways they didn't seem helpful at all telling me to pick it up from a postal office when I had payed for the delivery. Bad service and response. Never got my order and the refund is still in process.

I wish i would've looked into this before i placed an order. The items on Nasty Gal are all Boohoo item, they own the company now. Boohoo uses sweatshops to source their clothing. And it's very obvious by the quality of these items. Its comparable to the extremely cheap clothing you can buy on ebay from china. I am certain a great deal of this stuff is made by children in sweatshops. Do not support this company! Next time i buy anything online i will do my research first.

I rarely go online and write these reviews but I believe that it was necessary. The quality of the items I received were horrible. Returns took over a month to "receive." Customer service does not answer your questions. Please avoid. Do not waste your money with this site. Items are just about the quality of Forever 21 if not worse.

I bought some accessories and dresses from nasty gal the accessories are cute but the dresses run smaller despite myself sizing up to a medium from a small to be on the safe side. The one dress I ordered ripped around the seams in multiple areas in the first two hours of wearing it obviously was not double stitched or sewed well I will be returning the other dress hopefully for a full refund. Dont buy the clothes its not worth it. Its clearly very cheaply made.

Clothes are extremely poor quality and don't look like the images on the website. I bought 4 dresses all the same size, yet only 2 were true to size, another one was so huge it was like wearing a bin bag and the other one was so tiny it could barely fit a child. One of the dresses is supposed to be red, white and black but the material is so grubby that the white is actually more of a grey colour. I'm also pretty sure 1 of the dresses had already been worn as well.
When you have a problem and try to talk to their Twitter team about it you get no response. Tried messaging them a few times and they've blanked me every time!
They're quick to take your money but don't expect any sort of contact from them after that!

I placed two orders right after Christmas during the huge sale. I found tons of great jewelry pieces, an amazing hat, several cute blouses, and other items all for under $200 - some of them were in the new section as well! I read through these reviews after I had placed my order and was very nervous - the stories of late/no delivery/hidden fees sounded like a real nightmare!
However, I was delightfully surprised. My packages arrived two days before they were supposed to with everything in there. Every single item fits great and were true to the sizing chart. I live in the US and was able to take advantage of the free shipping and I also noticed they didn't charge me any tax - however, I placed the order when I was in NYC (I don't know if that makes a difference... there's no sales tax for clothes there, but there is in NC).
Great deals, great styles, great experience.

They don't refund shipping so be prepared to waste money on this stupid website because you surely won't get your items you purchased or your full money back! They ruined my daughter's Christmas! She ever got her order/presents. They charged my card $190. Never sent the items and will not give me a refund. I have contacted them through virtual assistant, Facebook Messenger and email. It's been over 2 months. They have no phone number to call. I am so sad for my daughter, I can't replace her gifts until they refund me!

How can a website not even have a phone number? I bought some of their clothes and paid for next day delivery. Of course it didn't come the next day and I'm still waiting. I enquired about this and all they could do is direct me the the delivery service. They said that they couldn't refund me for the extra fees I paid because they already attempted to deliver it which makes no $#*!ing sense. All in all just don't waste your money, time and effort on this site because even if your items come eventually there will either be some bits missing or wrong clothing (clothes which you didn't order)

I wish I could give them zero. It coming on a month and I have not received my order. I paid for express shipping. They keep sending the same form letter to me. They offered me nothing for my inconvenience other for me to wait. I'm still waiting…. I'm call my credit card company today and pulling the plug on the order that never arrived. Do not order from this site!

I ordered a dress and two cropped tops from the website and I spent £73 pounds plus shipping. After my order had gone through, the next day they email me asking me to pay tax and duty fees. What type of bull$#*! is that? When I was placing my order, there was no where on their website that mentioned anything about duty fees... I am so pissed off. NEVER AGAIN!

From reading some of the other reviews, I was initially wary of ordering from Canada. 4 orders later, I can honestly say that Nasty Gal's Customer Service is top notch. All duties were included in the pricing and I was not charged extra. If you encounter an issue, don't hesitate to email them right away. Oh, and check out Nasty Gal's Shanghai dresses - I now own three of them!

I bought an item that has a completely different color as the one seen in the image. I contacted the company and they don't even care about the customers. Don't bother with these guys! Go to Fashion Nova if you want something inexpensive and nice.

Just give up on the name. Every time I look at this site, the clothes look so incredibly cheap. If I want to shop BOOHOO, I would shop there. What a mess. They keep giving out discounts because nothing is selling.

One of the items came faulty and the rest are all bad quality. They asked me to pay for the shipping for the return. Plus, their customer service is unbelievably bad. A new person will get back to my message in the thread every time I reply in the same email thread without reading the previous messages and have to ask the same questions again.
There must be a reason they're now bankrupt.

The lack of quality from this brand is outrageous with what they charge for their products. The sizing is also very off. I ordered two pairs of shoes in my usual size and both fit like they were two sizes larger.
What else is mind-boggling is the fact that they charge $13 for shipping to the US and yet charge shipping for returns as well. It also doesn't state what the fee is until you physically go to make the return. With how much they are profiting, I'm baffled by how cheap they are to not even cover the return cost.
Will truly never be purchasing from here again, nor will I recommend it to anyone.

My shirt i ordered and then later received ( a long time after it was supposed to be delivered) is total crap. I spent $82 aus dollars on a black DENIM shirt and i got a crap cotton thing that will fall apart in one ware. It was supposed to have 2 pockets and different stitching but no. 1 pocket and crap stitching. They won't tell me how to return it and i am so bloody pissed off. Is every After party let her rip shirt crap or was i just super unlucky
