So I only have ordered here once, and it was a pair of boots in the shoe cult collection. Luckily I got it for a good discount, cause when I got them in the mail I wasn't happy with the quality. It's not $200+ quality for sure. The boots I've gotten from H&M are the same quality (maybe better), and next to other shoes I've splurged on, they're really not that great.
On a separate occasions, I've found the same things from nastygal on other sites for much cheaper. There was a sheer white striped shirt this spring that was going for over $50 dollars, that I found at H&M for $10, and there's also a white collared dress (sheer on top) that is like $80 that I found for less than $20 on another clothing site.
I'd just be careful. I never checked online reviews on Nastygal but they have quite a few unhappy customers...
I bought a couple pair of glasses. I was scared to buy the items due to all of the negativity around this site lately, but they had a sale and I couldn't resist. The shipping did take a little while, but I wouldn't say that it was too bad. The shades and glasses do feel a bit cheap, but for the price I won't complain.
I was a LONGGG time customer of Nastygal and I just want to warn everyone-do not order from them anymore! The quality of the clothes has completely changed and gone downhill, to the point it seems like a scam.
They will also not issue your refund, unless you acquire proof (aka receipt) that you sent it back AND you'll have to hound them relentlessly.
Do yourself a favor, and just don't!
The link to unsubscribe does not work. I have written to them via email to inform Nasty Girl that the link does not work, and asking to unsubscribe me, and I recieved an email instructing me to use the unsubscribe link in promotional emails... the one that does not work! And they know it doesn't work because I told them it doesn't.
Do not order from them! Quality is soooo bad on some items and there's no way to get your money back. If you do send something back, KEEP THE POST OFFICE RECEIPT. They will not refund your money if you don't show proof. Some may call this a rookie mistake but by the looks of it, they screw you over purposefully. No way to get in contact, no phone, email responses are generic and not personalized. Just don't risk it
I returned $200 worth of clothes to NastyGal and I never received a refund. I also had $200 dollars in store credit. I went to log into my account and noticed that it had been deleted altogether so I lost the store credit and I lost proof of returning my order/checking the status of the return. They disconnected their phones and no one is replying to my emails so I've lost $400. Currently going through a dispute with Wellsfargo to get my money back. Such a hassle and really inconvenient!
THIS IS THE WORST WEBSITE EVER. They keep sending me emails telling me they will refund me and still have not! I never received any of the clothes I ordered and they told me it was because they were unable to deliver to my address... for sure. Do not order from here it is the worst site with the worst customer service ever. Shop at Revolve instead. They rock and have way better clothes.
I ordered something and put my delivery address as a PO Box. Since Nasty Gal delivers with FedEx they had to send it back because apparently FedEx doesn't deliver to PO Box. First it took FedEx a whole month to send the package back. Then, when I emailed Nasty Gal they said it's impossible to cancel the order or change my delivery address. Also sometimes (I had to contact them several times because of this issue) they wouldn't respond to my emails or What's Up messages. And when FedEx finally delivered the package back to the Nasty Gal warehouse and I didn't get my refund, customer service person told me that the package was delivered to me. Right now I'm in the process of explaining that the package was delivered back to the warehouse and not to me. It's been almost 2 months since I placed ordered my order. Still no refund or package.
I got a white pair of sneakers from Nasty Gal, super cute and comfortable but after my second time wearing them they snapped in half... here's a picture so you can see what I'm talking about.
This website is very unprofessional. I should have taken into consideration the previous reviews I read. I recently order a cream pullover shirt on the website. I bought it specifically for a performance this weekend. I ordered this top on February 2 and the standard shipping was 5-7 days giving me plenty of time for it to get here for the event. Surprisingly, on monday, February 9th, they sent me an email with an update for my order. BUT! To my surprise it was canceled. I did not receive any explanation to why it was canceled or did I receive an apology for my cancellation. This piece of clothing was for a large event this weekend, and luckily I ended up purchasing another top from a different company. I will never order from this site again.
So, when i ordered my clothes it said to ship to AUS It would take 5-7 business days... well here we are on day 15 and i have received nothing. Not to mention my package has been in transit for over a week but it doesn't specify where abouts it is in transit! The only thing i can confirm is that it hasn't even reach australia yet. I also ordered somethimg express shipping on there a couple days later (extra $30) which is meant to take 2-3 days? Apparently it hasnt even been sent yet. Ridiculous, i have spent $500 on this website in the past 3 weeks and gotten nothing. When they replied to my email they didnt tell me anything.
I placed an order on 19th Feb, received an email saying inendated with orders after sale which I can give leeway for. Then finally received a shipment notice 24th Feb. Tracking number is "no recognisable". One of the items I wanted for an event this weekend, have emailed their orders and customer service now 4 times and not one response. This is now the 3rd time I've purchased from them and they treat you like this. I have now cancelled my subscription emails, I want nothing to do with them. WORST customer service ever! Good luck with the business with all the new BAD reviews popping up about them.
I went on Nasty Gal bc they are running a promotion everything 50% off. I ordered shoes, a shirt and a dress. It shipped way faster than the expected ship time so that was a plus. The shoes and shirt fit great. The only issues I had was the dress was supposed to be black even said black on the tag but it was most definitely navy (which I don't actually mind I will still wear the dress) but just thought it was odd that the pictures online and the tags said black and clearly it was navy like a light navy. The material is a bit cheap. I wouldn't buy anything from here if it weren't on sale. Also, for everyone saying that the clothes are small of course they are going to be, they are in UK sizes and coming from the UK. I would always order a size larger than your American size. Also, it is way easier to shrink big clothes than get too small clothes and deal with the returns. Just a thought!
Absolutely ridiculous. I ordered on Sunday and paid £5.99 for next day delivery for a lot of items. One in particular I needed for Monday! - the item I needed was not there but another outfit in its place that I DID NOT ORDER!? I spoke to an advisor on the WhatsApp contact, and stated I will be returning the items but want the dress I originally ordered + the next day delivery fee refunded, probably more as a good Will gesture for NASTY GALS mess up! But they stated as the order arrived as planned they wouldn't? How ridiculous?! Now I'm out of pocket for the delivery cost and never got the item I needed for yesterday? I'm having to send the incorrect item back before I receive the correct one!
Poor customer service and unfair treatment of customers. They sent me completely wrong item(not even same colour) and treated me like it's my fault. Avoid at any cost!
Do NOT order from this website, I repeat do NOT order from this website. I have ordered 3 items from this website on 3 different occasions and each time, the objet is trashy and cheap. And oh, don't be alarmed if you're item comes without a tag, that just means that they "put tags on some items and not on others" and that you are not able to get you're money back from that item; only store credit. Save yourself the money and the hassle of dealing with their horrible costumer service and do not shop here.
I love Nasty Gal. I am so addicted to their products. I always buy Jeffrey Campbell shoes from here. I have purchased summer clothes as well and now I know how the sizing goes. Im a size small and the small fits well. Sometimes it depends on the manufacturer, clothes that are size small might fit a bit loose but can be fixed with alterations. I have purchased their shoe brand Shoe Cult. I love wearing the flatforms. The platform clogs are very cute though a bit unstable when walking. I prefer saw tooth threaded soles like UNIF and YRU bec its very comfortable to walk in all day in the office. They have great deals and sales. My outfits are so trendy that my friends and co workers always ask where I shop. I love the free shipping when you buy $75 or more. Shipping time is great. I receive my order within 1 week from the time it has been shipped. Great customer service. I always receive my response through facebook within 1hr or within 24hrs. Keep up the great work!
I live in the u.s. I've ordered from nasty gal 3x, each time in hope my order would be better. I love love love, the idea of their clothing, totally my taste. However, for the price I pay I guess I expected the quality to be a bit better. I feel like I could've received the same thing and pay a fraction of the price with aliexpress. It's always such a gamble with nasty gal. I also do not know where on earth they get their measurements from. It looks fine in the description but as soon as u actually receive the garment, it's way off. I ordered a must have dress before, an xxs, and they sent me a large! Customer service could return it and I couldn't reorder cuz it was sold out in my size. Wth nastygal? Step it up already
I ordered a bodysuit in a US size 2. They sent me a US size 6. When I told them it was wrong and I will be needing a size 2. They tried to tell me I ordered a UK size, when I didn't, and I had a confirmation email with proof. After I told them that they told me to try it on and see if it fit? Clearly it did not fit considering I ordered a size 2 not 6. I said I would ship them it and would be expecting them to pay for the shipping cost and send me the correct size. They said they couldn't do that but I could re order it online if I wanted. It was there mistake and they should have sent me the correct size and paid for the shipping for me to send my wrong size back. I'm FURIOUS.
I would give them 0 stars if I could. I sent back my item (GUS*******) almost immediately after receiving it because a. It was super cheap material & b. It was in boohoo packaging? On June 2 I emailed them asking where my refund was and they responded saying "As soon as your order is processed in our warehouse we will release your refund. The whole return process can take up to 28 days."
Now, I emailed them again exactly a month since I sent my package back and they tell me the package did not arrive at the warehouse and I need to show proof that I sent it back or else I do not get a refund? So they change their original story from not being processed to now lost. I have NEVER had a package lost with USPS until I shopped from Nasty Gal and this was my first and LAST time shopping with them. BUYER BEWARE!

Answer: I never ordered Anything from this company, they got my debt card # and just started to Take funds out of my acc. That is how they got caught, I would NEVER order anything from them! Be very careful if you do.
