Generally, quite a nice store to shop at! I bought a satin wrap dress and it was better than I expected! The quality was amazing, the material was really comfortable, and it fit my body perfectly. They do always have sales on their website, so its always good to look out for those.
DO NOT BUY FROM NASTY GAL! I paid for next day shipping almost 3 weeks later and my order hasn't arrive. Not to mention the tracker doesn't even exist. There is no number to call only a help chat virtual assistant and they keep telling me I have to wait 5 more days and it's being escalated. This is crazy! Now I can't reach a rep at all it says to co tact them on social media and they keep deleting my comments and won't respond to my messages.
If I could give negative stars, I would. I ordered a bathing suit from nasty gal. It ended up being to small so I returned it. I didn't hear anything from them for over a month. I emailed them. They said they haven't received the item in the warehouse yet but in the return policy, it says it only takes a few business days. When they emailed me back they said I needed to send them a picture of my return slip and receipt from the postal service. Good thing I kept both. After that, they said they would finally refund me but they only refunded me for the actual bathing suit and not the 10$ I paid for shipping. Plus I paid 3$ to send the bathing suit back even though their return policy says free returns. I'm still waiting for my refund after a week of them telling me they would refund me in a few days. I will NEVER order from nasty gal again. Money doesn't come easy for most so I basically should have cut up 13$ and put it in the trash. Waste of time, emails and most of all money. Thanks for nothing nasty gal.

So I ordered something for my birthday a week and 2 days in advance and paid extra for expedited shipping. Was tild would get it 4 days before my birthday, more than enough, then hear no updates, after 2 days of no updates, et a message saying it will arrive 4 days AFTER my birthday the night before, now I have to run to the store last minute to find something to wear! THank you! NASTY GAL JUST LOST A LOYAL CUSTOMER OF least 5-6 years. Never again. Probably has to do with all their new changes! And I guarantee if I try return I wont get my money back from reading all the comments below.

I've ordered from Nastygal twice now. I live in New Zealand so I've been careful with what I buy from them. The first time around I bought a dress and some jeans - the dress looked a lot different to the way it looked on the picture, and I didn't like it very much. The jeans were a weird cut, ran two sizes smaller than the size they were supposed to be but were otherwise ok-looking. I just ordered two cardigans and a pair of leggings which didn't take too long to arrive. None of them are made from particularly great quality material but are wearable. One of the cardigans is made with black and white pulled wool and has two big holes in the shoulders, and unevenly pulled wool. The leggings are ok but have an especially scratchy label tag seen into them - I can't really get rid of the tag without making it worse.
It would be great if I could return the faulty item, but we had such an awful time trying to return the last things I got that I dont know if I want to bother.
Sorry NG - your clothes are pretty to look at online but I think I'll pass next time:(
Edit: Also, you silly geese - it is NOT Nastygal's 'hidden charges' catching you out at customs! You should be aware of your own country's import taxes! It's not their responsibility, and they're not the ones charging you. That's not a scam, you can't just import hundreds of dollars' worth of goods willy-nilly and expect not to get a slap on the hand for it.

They had a deal for 40% off but they didn't have my size so I emailed them if the XS was different in length from the S… they emailed me a day later and said they will get back to me with measurements and when I asked if I could still use the discount since I emailed them during the promo they said no… it's literally been 10 hours since the promo and they can't honour that?

I ordered a crop top from them three weeks ago. I checked online for the status of the delivery which stated it was delivered to my apartment when I was home. I never received a package and so I reported a "missing package" at UPS. They told me that it takes 8 business days for them to "investigate". I then called Nasty Gal and told them that I never received a package from them and they assured me that it takes 8 business days and they will call afterwards. That was it. 11 days go by, no response. So once again I took it into my own hands and called Nasty Gal again. They reported that UPS said it was delivered and now there is nothing they can do about it. ARE YOU SERIOUS? IS THIS A JOKE? You're telling me that I just paid $50 to your horrible company for nothing? They scam you.
The shirt probably cost them $5 to make and you can't replace it? You have got to be kidding. Horrible service. Not worth it all at. And with that, I will never shop here again and I will defer everyone I know from shopping with this company.

I've ordered from here multiple times and every time there has never been an issue. Packages always on time, everything ordered was present and quality was amazing. However, i ordered a swimsuit and a bikini top in a size 6, which did not fit, but that was totally my fault for not realizing i put on weight. Ordered a different bikini top in a size 8 this time and it was a new bikini to their website. This time, the size 8, which was mentioned both on the top and the label attached, was definitely NOT a size 8. As im sure women can agree, its difficult to find something that fits perfectly (especially since im skinny with medium sized bust) but this was a joke. The bikini top was smaller than the previous size 6 bikini top i ordered. To make things worse, the straps were literally for a toddler. They were not adjustable and i couldnt even get the bikini to cover half of my chest. I dont know whether this was an honest mistake or a genuine product. Either way, love this site, but measure yourself and look extra carefully at the sizes.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!
I bought $50 worth of goods, and upon their arrival in my country I was charge $60 in duty taxes because they declared $300 on the parcel!
I refused the parcel, and it was sent back to them- but I never got my refund... They refuse to refund me when I call. AWFUL!

I really wish I had read all these reviews before deciding to pay.
I was sooo excited when I found this site because it's exactly my style.
Ordered quite a few items which came to over $500.
1 of the 4 dresses I bought actually LOOKED LIKE THE PHOTO.
The other three were TERRIBLY designed, badly cut, felt and LOOKED cheap and absolutely nothing like the photos. Incredibly disappointed.
Two crop tops I bought were a LOT more 'crop' than the photo portrayed despite buying them in a size above my normal size.
The only good item out of the lot was a mesh top but then again what can really go wrong there...
So so so disapointed.
And also a SILVER necklace I bought turned out to be gold.
STAY AWAY.

Let me start by saying I am a fan of Nasty Gal from way back in the days of eBay.
That said I have been becoming less and less of a fan. First of all I think I would have once been considered the target market yet no longer am.
I once admired the founder, I felt I could relate to her and her style. Not any more. Now the website looks like every other cheap clothing website out there. I just had a look at their latest arrivals and 95% of it was super tight, super short and super tacky. I see their vintage is becoming more and more less 'vintage', less original and super expensive. Which I get because I would be very surprised if any of her old 'vintage' customers shop here anymore as she is appealing to the mass of 15 year olds who want to look like everyone else.
That said I have purchased several times. Wasn't impressed. I was actually really surprised how cheap the quality of clothing was, especially of their own 'designs' under the Nasty Gal label. I am an international customer and a jacket I ordered turned up the wrong size, way too small and they had sold out so I wasn't able to get the correct size. That kind of did it for me.
I know the target market for this shop now is probably happy with the store, like I said its like all the other clothing stores online specializing in cheap disposable fashion. 15 year olds don't know it as the store us older fans do. And I doubt the founder cares as she's getting so much positive press and making a fortune. Good on her, but I can't help but feel disappointed.

The overall aesthetic is slut and whore, but nonetheless they sell some Cheap Monday items and some oversize tops/sweaters/jackets from time to time. I ordered an anorak and it was pretty bad quality. The front plackets did not lie flat, and the inside kept popping out because it was not lined or properly sewn to stay down. Impossible to iron.
Then I ordered a Cheap Monday bra and underwear. They charged me for both items but did not ship right away then I found out the bra was not available. They sent me the underwear but did not release the PayPal hold on the total amount on my account, which ended up costing me over an hour of time on the phone with PayPal to get back what I was charged for a non-existent bra that said it was available at the time of my order.
I also ordered a sweater which was supposed to be oversize. They had the model wearing an M/L but lied and said it was S/M. Also their models are always tugging and pulling at the clothes to hide their flaws. The sweater (Haven knit) had an oval shape in the front knitted in a different pitch from the rest that just protruded and looked horrible. The sweater smelled so I hand washed it, lay it flat and it smells even worse like a dirty animal - so gross.
I wrote to them and they did not write back.
This site sucks don't ever buy there.

Okay, so I just got home from holiday, and decided to treat myself to a mini shopping spree on Nasty Gal. I've purchased before and not had any problems with my packages coming to the door with little to no extra fees. BUT NOW (I forgot to mention, I'm in Canada) I've just got a shipping confirmation, and an email from Landmark Global via Nasty Gal saying:

You can pay the applicable duties, taxes, and COD fees that your government collects for shipments from the US here using the payment portal of our logistics partner Landmark Global.
Once you have completed the online payment for these fees, your order will be on the way to your doorstep. By completing this payment online you will get your package faster, and there is no need for you to be present at the time of delivery. Additionally, the COD fee will be much lower!"
It's still nearly $50 on an order for $150.00! EXTRA!?!? Has anyone done this through Landmark in advance - did you save any money?
Would love some help! REally disappointed in this new scam their doing. The must have changed couriers.

I have received a bill from UPS for £60.60 for the customs on the package that was sent over to me by NG recently (THE BILL ARRIVED AFTER I HAD ALREADY TAKEN DELIVERY AND THUS I HAD ALREADY MISSED THE OP TO REFUSE IT). This was not at any time discussed during the purchasing process and while paying for the specified P&P on the site. I have subsequently looked through the FAQ and found a paragraph on the subject. I am livid. Not only did I have to pay for my returns package myself (disgusting), that nearly came to the price of the returned item but now I am told that I have a bill for the original package that was sent to me on top of paying for the P&P already!? This is not on. CUSTOMERS BEWARE! This is not a good service and it is a real shame because the clothing is fab. The company are letting themselves down by doing this to their potentially loyal and loving audience.

What a horrible website, I've ordered handbag that was on sale, payed the shipping cost just to find out that I have to pay 19 euros on the pick up as some sort of tax ( bare in mind that's exactly what I have payed for the handbag itself!) and checking the UPS tracking history the package was sent from German hub... Since when we pay tax on goods inebetween Germany and the UK? Horrible horrible scam website! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

I had been a loyal Nasty Gal customer since 2015. I would order a lot of clothes from them and the shipping used to be so fast! And the clothes were really cute too. But last November I placed an order which should have arrived in 7 business days, and I didn't get the order for over an entire month! The tracking number did not work and the website said that it didn't even exist. I didn't get the order delivered to my house until JANUARY. Ridiculous. I found out they were bought out by Boohoo, which was probably why Nasty Gal is trash now. I ordered from Boohoo in September and my order from them ALSO took a month. Also, the quality of the clothing I got on Nasty Gal was now garbage. I got a sweater that was super itchy and pretty much falling apart... and a snap closure "high waist" belt that looked like it fit a size 24 inch waist model (I am a size 24 also) but when I tried it on it was not a high waist belt at ALL. Wtf. It probably would've fit someone with a size 40 waist!? I didn't even want to bother trying to get a refund because I probably would never get my money back. I used to get my order within less than a week on Nasty Gal and always got my refund super quick. Never again. Do yourself a favor and don't even bother purchasing from here

I had a $134 credit with Nasty Gal on my account! I logged in to use it and my account was gone! When I contacted Nasty Gal they said because it's under a new ownership my credit is completely gone and "There's nothing they can do about it."! What A RIP OFF I WAS TOLD THIS CREDIT WOULD NEVER EXPIRE! I'm so mad!

I've never written a nasty review in my life, not for a restaurant, salon, let alone a store. But my experience with NastyGal is worth a nasty review.
My advice: don't buy from here unless you're absolutely positive you won't be returning your items (which is difficult to do bc of the sheer poor quality of their clothing).
To begin, they don't have a customer service # to call, which is just a giveaway that they don't want to deal with any customer issues. If you have any issues, you either have to find your answer on their FAQ page, or contact them through their website email portal.
So for me, when I received the items ordered, due to poor quality I returned three of the six items I ordered.
They don't pay for return shipping, so I paid $10 to ship it back, which is annoying but whatever it's fine. They say to wait a certain number of days for them to receive your return, then reach out if you don't get refunded. So I shipped my return, never heard back, so I emailed them on their site. They seemed nice, said they would look into it. Never got back to me. I emailed them a second time, same thing. Seemed nice and would get back, then they just stopped responding to my emails in that chain. So for the third time, I went to their website and started a new email chain. FINALLY, today, after over two months of going back and forth, I got my refund with an automated apology and an offer for 10% off of a future purchase. Safe to say I will not be using it.

DO NOT BUY - "False Advertising"
Ever since new leadership at Nastygal, the service has quickly gone downhill.
I placed a $300 order, to only receive clothes that looked nothing like the photos that prompted me to put in a purchase.
When I went to make the return, I found out that I would need to pay for the shipping on the return, even though the language on the website kept implying the label they sent with the purchase would cover the returns. This "label" ended-up being fake.
The UPS help desk, which I was using when shipping these items out, let me in on a little insight. They had seen a lot of angry buyers making returns to this company.
After reading a few reviews on the internet of items being returned with no reimbursement given afterward, I decided to keep the clothes and try selling them online. Seemed like a better option, than paying more money to send back, and taking a full loss of the $300.
So far, after a few weeks, there have been no takers on the items I'm selling online, even though I'm selling them 1/3 of the price of what I bought them at (which mind you, I bought them on a 50% sale). No one wants to buy them because my posting of the clothes is actual images and not a fake photo posted by Nastygal.
Terrible service, terrible company that I hope ends up being accused of this fraudulent business model.

Customer service is down the hole and they have a bad habit of cancelling parts of your order and dispatching it without a word to you. This is the second time something like this has happened and they do absolutely nothing to try remedy the situation nor give you a choice in the matter.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED.
