I had over $100 in credit at NastyGal, and they always treated me well as a customer. Apparently Sophia whatsherface sold the company--I think due to bankruptc--and let these CROOKS take over. I couldn't log into my account so I sent numerous emails with multiple idiotic women telling me to get in touch with my bank for the refund. Here is what one idiot replied to me when I told her my bank will not just hand me money that NastyGal decided to steal from me..."Thanks for getting in touch with us, we really appreciate your email.

Nasty gal is HORRENDOUS, for anyone who is ordering over from another country, they fail to expand on the true charges of the fees and taxes leading me to add on another 40pounds on to the 25pounds delivery charge which said it will be there in "5-6days" WHICH OFCOURSE DIDN'T. The package did not arrive within that time period... 2weeks later and i am still waiting, but to my surprise i have just been informed by the tracker that it is being held in depot until i pay this unknown charge. Its really not worth all the hassle, i have been a victim of this companies false advertisement. I am kindly warning you all not from america, do NOT DO IT find another shop that you can trust

I ordered from this company during a 2021 Black Friday event and 2 weeks after I finally got my package of 8 items I purchased through their website. The bag was delivered ripped open, they had shoved 8 items including a coat, sweaters and sweatshirts into a small flimsy bag. My items were all over my porch when I got home. Also I only received 3 items out of the 8 things I ordered and this was the only package shipped to me, meaning 5 of my items are floating around unmarked somewhere because the packaging was not secure. Soon after I discovered my package I reached out to their customer service which is only available via Facebook Messenger and WhatsApp. I reached out to NastyGal on BOTH platforms and I haven't heard a word back. Also I thought I should mentioned that the 3 items I did get out of the ripped up bag are TERRIBLE quality. I spend over $200 on 8 items and I can tell you even with the discount on Black Friday I well overspent on the clothing. I'm extremely upset with this company and feel like I was completely robbed blind and during a holiday season right after Covid? Not cool. Definitely do not shop here unless you have $$ to THROW AWAY.

For this being the first time ordering from Nasty Gal, let me just say my experience has been horrible. I placed an order sometime after midnight and realized I should have ordered a size down. So I called the minute they opened that following morning to make the change as quickly as possible. I was told my order had already shipped? Okay well that was fast but my fault from the beginning for not ordering the right size. Whatever, I was okay with that and waited for my package. I never got a notification that it shipped until the following day though, so I definitely felt I was lied to due to most company's notifying you the day of. I received my package, and yes I needed the size down so I promptly sent back my item. My tracking number told me it got to the location within only 2 days. However after waiting a week and receiving no notification of my return I was worried and called. They told me they have been very busy and it was probably just sitting at their warehouse with a bunch of other returns and it might take 2 weeks instead of 1 week to process this. Um okay. So finally 12 days after my item had been received at Nasty Gal, they sent me an e-mail saying it was returned. But the wait doesn't stop there. Their website states the return will be refunded with in 2-3 business day (as our banks may take that long to post them). Well it's been over 5 days, my bank has not posted this nor knows anything about this refund coming through, and so I call Nasty Gal and I was told that they are unsure as to why I received this e-mail because, in fact, my item is still "processing" and has not even been returned yet! Are you kidding me? As of now I am still waiting to receive my money back from this purchase due to the many faults of Nasty Gal. Oh and the customer service reps take forever to get a hold of - I had to leave messages and was told I'd be called back due to their "overwhelming" returns. No one called me back though, I called about 5-6 times until I could finally speak with someone. Not surprised at all that so many people are returning their stuff. This site sucks and it's a shame that even though their clothes are cute I will not be going through this process again. I will shop elsewhere.

As of now NastyGal is complete scam to me! Every time I contacted customer service I was told to wait for the item linger and longer, because of the system, because of the investigation or some other BS. On the website they promise shipping to US under 8 days, guess what? It's been a month and they are copy/pasting 'oh, sorry, it's not ideal, wait longer'. I paid the money, they have failed to deliver it. I told them about it, suggested other solutions, those were declined and the situation wasn't handled properly. Now they are not on a rush to give my money back.
No direct phone number, they don't give contacts of managers or whoever can handle this properly.
Placed an order with mast gal in mid July and I have yet to receive over half if the order. I bought these clothes for my child for school and now school is starting and she has yet to receive the clothes or a refund. My family was hit hard Financially by this Covid pandemic.We do not have the money to buy other clothes for her, this has been very upsetting to my middle school daughter. I have searched for a customer service phone number and there does not seem to be one. I tried to chat with the company and I was asked to pay for the Correspondence. I have emailed them and the only response I received was that I must have given the wrong address, the other half of the same order was delivered to my front door. This is just unbelievable that companies that are as well know as this are able to get away with stealing from their customers. Half of the order we received was so see through she isn't able to wear it So now my daughter as one pair of shorts, one shirt, and one dress for the school year that are wearable. Please save yourself the trouble and DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM NASTY GAL!
Have waited 5 weeks for a pair of glasses I. Could have bought in top shop for half the price - when they finally arrive I am asked to pay a further €22! Why I ask, because of extra shipping fees - I refused to accept the package and contacted them immediately to be told - it's nothing to do with us, your government are charging that on import duties! Really, but the parcel arrived from Düsseldorf in Germany I said, and last time I checked that was part of the EU so no duties apply! Lying bunch of scammers - I contacted UPL who confirmed that the extra money was requested by 'Nasty gal' ( should of taken heed of the name) and had nothing to do with govt duties since they did not apply from goods shipped from Germany!
This website is targeted at young teenage girls, who probably don't have a great deal of disposable income, I think it is disgusting that web sites that make a habit of this kind of behaviour go unchallenged by any governing bodies - if I had read some of the previous comments on this site I wouldn't have touched them with a barge pole - I will make it my mission to let as many people as possible know how rubbish this company are to deal with and hope fully stop others from being defrauded by their antics.

Coming from a US resident and a frequent nastygal shopper:
Pros:
-Cute styles
-Generally fast shipping (to the US).
-Awesome sales 1-2 times a year.
Cons:
-NastyGal/Shoe Cult brands are very cheaply made. (Wouldn't recommend buying anything they made themselves.)
-Expensive
-Customer service is questionable.
So here are a couple things that have annoyed me from previous purchases:
1) I bought a dress made by NastyGal and the strap was sewn on backwards. I got the dress on super sale for like 12 bucks (from $50~). I still returned it because I didn't want to fix it myself and the quality was so incredibly cheap. I want to include this policy:
"Returns for store credit will be processed free of charge, while returns for a refund to your original payment method (i. E. credit card, Paypal) will require a handling & processing fee of $5.99, which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to you."
I wanted my money back in full because it is not my fault that sent me a bad item. Right? But they refused to give me all my money back. I find that so very irresponsible.
2) Almost every single item I bought from them that is made from them is unwearable. They either fit really awkwardly or are so cheaply made that I wouldn't be caught dead wearing them.
**I almost always shop in the sale section. Everything else not made by NastyGal usually comes in looking great.**

Answer: I never ordered Anything from this company, they got my debt card # and just started to Take funds out of my acc. That is how they got caught, I would NEVER order anything from them! Be very careful if you do.
