“I love NatGeo”

Dennis W.
6/24/18

National Geographic has always been a part of my life and will continue to be one. If you're looking for stunning photos or information about the world that is relatively unbiased, this is the site that will not disappoint. National Geographic's magazines are also a must-read. They're very informative and interesting. Every photo of theirs will make you feel awed.

Top Critical Review

“National Geographic violates the UN Charter”

Uliana I.
3/14/24

National Geographic violates the UN Charter in its maps. It produces false content that appears to be an attempt to normalize illegal occupation and annexation. In this day and age, it is utterly unacceptable to abuse the influence of a once reputable establishment for spreading false maps. International borders cannot be changed by force, and humanity has proven this in the second world war at an astronomical cost of life loss. Yet, here we are again!

The magazine (online and offline) is a great source of high-quality information about our world. I come here every day. I love National Geographic's photography projects: as an aspiring photographer, I always look up to featured photos and learn to see the world through the lens. Video content on the website is also very informative. Videos are useful for both grown-ups and adults.

I have been a NG subscriber for ever. My favorite magazine by far. Recently I wanted to gift a NG Kids subscription to my grand kid, so had a question about payment method. I sent several emails regarding that. All you get is an email back saying that your email has been received and customer service will respond to it soon. That doesn't happen ever. Another comment I have is the NG subscription rate has gone up tremendously. I am not sure if I will renew my subscription anymore.

National Geographic has been part of my life since an early age. My parents used to buy every issue. Nowadays, I continue with this family tradition. Buying each issue of this incredible magazine is worth it. It has beautiful photos that take your breath away and fantastic stories behind. Every time I read this magazine I learn something new!

I just love National Geo! They have some of the best documentaries and exploring series and movies I've ever seen.

As for the site, it's simply beautiful, and very easy to get around on. I love viewing all the amazing photos, and there's even a section for games! At first I didn't really get it, but it's the sort of games that test your knowledge on different that NG covered. It also serves as a great way to learn new stuff.

All in all - one of the websites totally worth bookmarking!

I absolutely love this magazine since I was in high school. NatGeo is one of these "old but gold" things. I definitely recommend everyone to make this magazine a part of your life, too. It is educational and entertaining at the same time.

Its great for research and a good starting point like a measuring glass for accurate material, statements, facts, all facets of science, photography and lots more, I watch a lot of doco's by them or that are affiliated with them, I probably like nat geo just as much as CNN but at the same time there entirely 2 different sites. A fascinating site, very well organised tidy but busy but easy to use.

If you've never been to NationalGeographic.com, you really must spend a little time there. It's a fascinating website, with all sorts of interesting products and video collections... far too many to list in this review.

The site is very well organized and just beautiful to tool around on. Their non-profit mission is to keep the planet in order. Keeping their left-leaning politics aside (they are huge propogandists for the climate change argument), they have been doing a great job for over a century. The site is a terrific tour of all sorts of exotic and interesting artifacts. It is also a terrific gift -purchase resource, especially if you're looking for something really unique. It's a must visit!

Great information for learning. There is even a teachers section. I used to love watching their videos, and high expectations for their video section. However, I found this area of their website disappointing.

I have been a National Geographic member for 55 years, from the age of 10. In the past several years I have found the magazine has lost focus to it's mission and is is now trying to compete with Vogue or the New Yorker. For most of the past year I have looked briefly through the magazine a have thrown them into the trash without reading a full article I will not renew the magazine and will not go on any trips organized by National Geographic.

I buy these magazines because of 2 reasons: their BEAUTIFUL pictures and great articles about stunning places around the world. This modern world gives us the opportunity to choose what we want to see or read, but I also like that an important entity like NATGEO shares/tells you about the amazing things our world has :)

Do not, for any reason, use National Geographic.

What happened to family values at national geographic? Your ads on your TV channel are satanic. Why don't you try to be a little more normal.
