I found this store online through a Google search for modest dresses. I ordered two dresses and some tees, among other things, from this store. The quality was good for the price on sale, as described, and the fabrics were super soft. I was in between sizes for one of the dresses and so emailed my measurements to customer service. They got back to me within a few hours with advice and the dress fits great. I learned later on Reddit that there are copycat companies based in China with unresponsive customer service and long shipping times that literally copy their website and make poor copies of their clothes, likely to steal your credit card info. Make sure you buy from the legit site, not through social media links!
Have and I would not recommend purchasing from them. I purchased sheets and pillowcases. Cheaply made, the pillowcases are too small and do not fit standard pillows. The colors did not look the same in person. The material had a chemical smell I could never get out. I tried baking soda, vinegar, specialty products to take odors out. Nothing worked. Also the material says it's cotton, but very scratchy, not soft. The stitching looks very unprofessional as well. I wonder where the fabric is being sourced from. I waited too long (over 30 days) to return. I don't think they will be in business long. I can't imagine wearing the clothes.
I bought 2 dresses from the web site based on the reviews on their web site, wish I looked at reviews outside of that. I wrote review for 2 dresses, which were hideous and way over sized, and they took them down the next day. They take down all the bad ones and only keep the good ones so they're controlling the reviews. I don't know if I believe any of the good ones. Total liers!

Totally not worth the stress this has caused me! I ordered a few items specifically for my niece for Christmas. When they arrived the XL T-shirt looked like a 3XL and the pajamas look even bigger. With no exchanges (which I was notified in an email after I placed the order) and no returns on sale items I am out $56! I got nothing but an auto reply email when I inquired. I should have known something wasn't right when there were so many items on SALE that couldn't be returned. With the sizes being way toooo big they have to sell it somehow. Not happy, not laughing, not kind!
The quality of the items are horrible. I ordered three items and each were low quality and weird sizing, very weird. One of the dresses that said BEST SELLER was cheap, smelled horribly and looked like a pajama dress - this place is a scam. And now I'm waiting almost 3 weeks and have not received a refund as of yet. Horrible Customer SERVICE! AND i wrote 2 reviews on their website which have suddenly disappeared. I knew something was up with this company and should of went with my gut feeling. STAY AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE. They did a great job on their website with the photos to make the items appear to be high quality cool boho looking but in fact they are the total opposite and the reviews are fake. If your not willing to include the good with the bad that that is false advertising and a scam in my book. STAY AWAY!
I bought these thinking they were ceramic, I mean they are $6 a piece! Wanted to add them to a House Warming Gift of a Yankee Candle. They are CARDBOARD, I thought the roof came up to retrieve a match. Very cute. But Very Disappointing.

Hi I placed an order on the 18th of January payment taken but not heard anything since no confirmation of order or delivery date can you please help
Ordered 2 dresses, and my daughter also ordered one. I'm 5''5" and she's 5'7", so were not super short, nor super tall. According yo what the length is supposed to be according to the description is a complete fallacy. Mine were supposed to be 47.25". One was 49 and the other 52! My daughter's should've been 45.25 and was 50! Quality issue much? We have hsd to pay $30 each to have them hemmed so they're wearable. Ridiculous. Also, just because one may need a bigger size due to a bigger bust size, doesn't mean they're 4" taller than someone who might wear a smaller size. Adding length to larger sizes makes zero sense. I'm the same height now as I was 50 years ago, just filled out a bit more. I loved the dresses, just not the insane length of what should be a midi. The one actually dragged on the floor. They're fone if you're at least 5'10".
I can't afford to order again and then dish out more money to shorten the length.
Then I ordered a sheet, and what I thought was a set of pillowcases. I guess it's my fault for not reading the fine print, bit make it clearer in the description. Who orders 1 pillowcase? I have never ever ordered what wasn't 2 pillowcases. Them I had to order another and pay more shipping.
I think I am done with Natural Life after 3 out of 3 negative experiences.

I ordered a quilt from Natural Life and also some sheet sets and and shams. The sheets were fine but the quilt shrank 6 inches tow weeks later when I washed it - on cold water and low temperature exactly like the website and directions specified. Consequently, the sheets hand below the quilt. The customer service representative said I could not return it because I had washed it. She said they could not guarantee it wouldn't shrink even if I had dry cleaned it. She finally agreed to give me 50% of the price back. I love the weight and the colors and design so I then bought a King size which is listed as 104 x 96 in. Thinking if it shrank 6 inches it would still hang below the sheets. I measured it out of the box and it is only 100 inches which means if it shrinks 6 inches on washing it will not hang below the sheets. Now I have to send it back. The customer service representative would not let me speak to a supervisor or the owner of the company. The owner of the company seems to have founded a charitable organization, but this is not a good way to run a company. They have great design and unique products, but sizing is such a problem, and when you are selling clothing and bed linens sizing is critical.

I fell in love with the site and all the cute items they have for young girls. It was Christmas so I'll splurge I ordered over $1000 worth of Christmas for my granddaughters, nieces and a couple of items for myself. Oh, I bought a multi colored sweater for my stylist. She loved it and it was $100. She still gets compliments on it. Luckily my clothes fit. But my granddaughters clothes, some fit some didn't. Yes, I read the description on all items. You must know these are boutique prices.
After Christmas some of the clothes I bought for my granddaughters needed returning/exchanging. Lesson learned. The only reason I will not be ordering from them is because of the cost per ITEM... not per ORDER... to return or exchange. Most companies as long as you exchange you don't have to pay to exchange the item. My granddaughters were very happy with the pillows, throws and small (tiny) trinkets. Everything is over priced but that's where the Boutique pricing comes in. I do like their totes they sell. I used them to put all their gifts in. The girls and mom's like them too! So order what you plan on keeping. Here's a tip...The kitchen towels are not towels their cut pieces of thin fabric. I kept them, put them in the girls bags and they hung them on their bedroom wall because of the cute sayings, lol.

Last year I bought my first Natural Life dress (the Rebecca) and I wear it all of the time getting many compliments. This year I added more pieces to my awesome collection of summer clothes.
Sometimes I have had to return an item for a different size (I am usually a Small but for 2 dresses I exchanged them for a M) but there isn't any problem, they exchange it and I do not pay for shipping in either direction. I now own a great sweater (they warned me that it would be oversized but I love it and continue to get so many compliments on it) and midi skirt (which doubles as a dress) also and have added some gift bags and terrific socks for myself and for gifts.
I am now looking forward to their Family and Friends Sale for some holiday gifts and a sweater that I have had my eye on.
All of these strange negative comments strike me as so odd...the customer service folks have been incredible, my clothings washes like a dream, I have zero complaints and love everything that I have bought for such reasonable prices.

I was looking at some stocking stuffers and saw that they had a Buy one Get one 40% discount on 2nd item. Also BIG BIG announcement saying FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ITEMS. Before I placed the order which is FOR EVERY OTHER VENDOR I put paypal and then NORMALLY it will give me the FINAL PRICE before I CONFIRM. I was so shocked when the order just went through and no confirmation. I disputed immediately and a rep (did not sound friendly) never mentioned I was put on AUTOPAY and the amount being charged was high because there was a shipping charge. She said minimum $100 which is not mentioned when they said FREE SHIPPING ON EVERYTHING. I asked her if I will get a confirmation letter of the order cancellation and she said within a couple of hours. Never got it so had to go directly to paypal. Natural Life, do you not believe in TRUTH IN ADVERTISING?.
I've ordered from them numerous times and have always received exactly what I ordered. Super comfy clothes too!

1st order ok, but had to return due to very poor fit. 2nd order, disappointed in size/quality (gifts, not clothing) of items. 3rd order, a dress that looked great on line. Decided to give this company yet another chance. I entered my card info to order, (a typo initially) my fault on the credit card. It said I put in the wrong security code. Ok fine, it was rejected. Went back in and rekeyed CORRECTED info with correct security code. Ok! Got an error again! Said my card was bad. Maybe (I am thinking) I have less in my account then I thought. Nope not the case, because my card was actually charged! Didn't receive an order confirmation, so called them and told them what happened. They said they didn't receive the order and they NEVER charge until the item ships. They advised me to call my bank. Food for thought; if the-order didn't go through, why call my bank? They asked me to send a screen shot PROVING my bank was charged. I did exactly that! ThenI called my bank who told me I was charged and debited from my account. Ok, so I call Natural Life back AGAIN, at which time a "manager" gets on the phone and tells me it's impossible that I had been charged and it's only a pending (not showing at my bank as pending, showing charged and verified when I called). In the meantime, the "manager" finds my order in abandoned order mailbox, and still tells me even though they found my order, with my address and everything, MY CARD WAS NOT CHARGED, BUT IF IT WAS IT WAS, ITS UP TO ME TO DISPUTE THE CHARGE! So after sending proof to them and after verifying with my bank this was a hard charge, And after staying calm with this so called manager I am pretty much done. I called my bank explained what happened. They are disputing the charge. In the meantime, I have this debit on my bank account that is MY RESPONSIBILITY, due to their system glitch.
This company lost a return customer due to $53.25, poor business ethics and the manager's inability to take responsibility for their error. I really did want to try the dress. Done now. See photo. Zero rating if I could.
