Horrible customer service. I use to be a customer of theres and for about a year they were fine. Then when I needed to return a broken product that was in pieces when I got it, they first said that they would send another one, then said it was back ordered, then after 3 months they just stopped responding to my emails! I even tried different email address to contact them and they still wouldnt respond, they just totally ripped me off. On top of that they took of their "customer service" phone number online, so the only way to contact them is via email, and now they won't even respond back to customers, R U KIDDING ME naturally skintastic. Please try to find another website for showerfilters or vita c shower products. PLEASE stay away from theses jerkss... ughh they make me so maddd. 0 out of 5 Stars.
