Received a damaged tree and after 3 telephone calls (on 3rd I was assured a higher level supervisor would call me within 24 hrs. 5 days later, no call. Been asked to take photos along with my description of damage. Have done that and an exact response followed asking for photos. Kind of a closed loop of no service.

My 1975 Ann magnolia fell over just the other day. Was a sad day til I found this Ann magnolia with this nursery. Great price so I bought one. Can really fast like next day or so. Box was delivered upside down but no problem. The box they use is a great constructed box. Hold plant in place. But they should make box this side up or something. Opened up to one healthy lookin plant. Pot was wrap in plastic bag to hold moisture in and keep soil moist. Custom service was good responded to my question within two days. Answered my question about QR codes on receipt. Now just hope it like it here at My home in southeastern Pennsylvania. Just like my old one that was a good 10 foot tall.

NatureHills.com Do not by from these horrible cheaters. I tried to cancel one of the items on my order just minutes after I placed the order and they would not cancel it. I paid $150.00 on 3 Hydrangeas which arrived late and dead. This program will only let me download 1 of the 3 pseudo plants. Those with 2 or 3 were too large. All three looked the same. $150.00 I feel like such a sucker. You can't leave a review on their site.

I have never ordered plants or trees online so I didn't know what to expect. My trees arrived in 4 days and were beautiful (although my dogs ate one of my trees). I will definitely be purchasing more items from them.

We received the tree s few days later due to the pandemic and FedEx delivery delays. We opened the incredibly well package and found a very happy, healthy tree! It went into the ground the next morning and looks to be on its way to living happily ever after! We're thrilled with the tree! Thank you so much!

Came as described. When you buy from a nursery, they come as large starts. If you're expecting something the size you'd buy from Lowes, it's not. The weeping willow tree was about 18in tall. Has leaves on it. I'm excited to watch it grow.

We ordered two plants which arrived well-packed and healthy. The only reason we aren't giving 5 stars is that we would have liked a little more fuller foliage, but they were not sparse. Both plants are doing well and we anticipate beautiful plants in spring. Pleasant buying experience.

This was my first time to order any type of plant, shrub, or tree online and my experience with Nature Hills was very positive. I picked NH due to the larger size Blacklace Sambucco (blacklace nigra Eve) they offered. They kept me informed when the plant shipped. Upon receipt, I was pleasantly surprised regarding the packaging and how healthy the plant appeared. I set the pot out for 48 hours before planting. The attached picture was taken two months since planting and it is very healthy. I'm very pleased with the quality and service and will definitely order from them again.

Very dissatisfied. I emailed a few times and they said I got what I ordered. I sent a picture of what I ordered with the name, and they sent me the name but wrong clematis. I had to reserve it and waited to see this beautiful flower that I ordered, and it's not it at all. Customer Service is lacking. I would find another company if you're thinking about making a purchase.

My plants came totally secured in their boxes and were perfect for my project. I decided to redo my elderly neighbors front property and it came out beautifully. The red cut-leaf maple and the day lily I purchased were a wonderful addition to the landscaping. Thank you so much! You made my neighbors very happy. I can't wait to place a new order! First time ordering a landscape plants online. Arrived in good condition and I planted them in the spring. Kept them well watered throughout the summer and they seemed to do fairly well. I will see how they come back in the coming spring to have a better idea of success.

Last year I ordered a hydrangea and a red rose. They were not inexpensive. I was new to gardening so had not done enough research.
The delivery was delayed by 8 days and the plants arrived in a sad state. I could also see a pink rose instead of red. I reported. I was told to plant it anyway and wait for spring. There was no acknowledgement of the mistake. My money was not refunded. I waited. Spring came.The single rose that blossomed is still pink.one email was acknowledged. I can not send more emails as they keep coming back as undeliverable.
The plants were poor quality, I was overcharged( I bought three roses for what I paid for one and have had blossoms galore) and they are still refusing to refund my money.
I would recommend caution when dealing with this nursery!

Having lived in rural areas for years, I normally shop at online nurseries and have shopped at numerous different ones over the years. I recently discovered Nature Hills and since the ratings were good, decided to try it. These are by far the best online plants and trees I have ever purchased! Every single one I bought arrived packed well and healthy and every single one has thrived beautifully. I am over the moon for Nature Hills. The purchases were worth every penny that I spent! I highly recommend this company!

I ordered two young trees, and planted this summer. Both arrived on time and in excellent shape. The sycamore tree has already put on height, and the eastern pine (much smaller) is established and thriving. I will shop here again.

I placed an order for Cranesbill Geraniums on May 1. I wanted a low growing plant that would give me color from spring into winter and the description of this plant matched what I was looking for. They arrived May 7th., well packaged and very healthy looking when removed from packaging. They have been growing and blooming now for 6 weeks. They are in an irrigated landscape bed. I live in Knoxville, TN and they are coping with the heat wave. The pictures show the plant right after planting and on June 15th.

They emailed me a code for $10 off and it didn't work. I Tried it again on second purchase [spent almost $800 so certainly met their $100 minimum] and it still didn't work. I notified them via email, they asked for proof and I sent multiple screen shots showing the attempts and the rejection [in red print]. Their [rude] reply was 'it worked for them' and if I read their terms and conditions I would see they don't offer refunds. [!] In addition they pointed out that I didn't click the button for free shipping [on either purchase] so they charged me each time for that also. They went further and told me they verified my IP address [!] and since I didn't click the button - in essence too bad. I wasn't asking for a refund, I was asking that they charge me the corrected amount. They were increasingly aggressive and snotty with each communication. Terrible customer service.

I purchased 2 nectarine trees, the came very quickly and were in great shape looking very healthy! I planted them the next day and so far so good. The trees were packed with care and very secure in the box. After the great service i received I ordered 2 Italian prune trees, great experience with that order as well! Overall very happy with Nature Hills Nursery!

I ordered a replacement rose bush for one I've had for 20+ years. It came on time and was a plant and not a root ball. That made me very happy. I planted it as the included instructions said, happy instructions were included, and it grew all summer, and produced a few fragrant roses. My hope is that it will bloom even more as the years pass like the first one I bought did.

I bought a raspberry shortcake plant from Nature Hills Nursery and followed the directions to soak 'til bubbles formed. It was delivered in such good shape that it was still moist and had no air bubbles. It's growing strong in a 25-gallon air pot! It seems to like these sunny, hot days here in Escondido (San Diego), CA.

I looked for a 3 to 4 foot pencil holly everywhere and came up empty. A buddy of mine told me about nature, hills nursery, and I went on the website. They had a 4 foot pencil holly, and it came quickly and was very healthy. I will definitely be ordering more of my plants from here. I would definitely recommend shopping here if you're looking for healthy plants.

I have ordered a few different plants from natures hill and have always received a great product each time. Any questions I had were answered promptly and that goes a long way. Legitimate site, will order from them again.

I unfortunately placed my order online, hoping that I would be able to receive my plants within 10 days, in time for an event at my home. I should have placed the order by phone because the online order did not specify delivery date. Within one minute I called to check the delivery date, thinking I would cancel the order if it would not be delivered on time. I found out the plants would take 7-10 days just to leave the nursery, never mind to be delivered. I was told the grower will not expedite orders I asked to cancel the order and was told there would be a 10 percent charge and my refund would not process for weeks. TERRIBLE customer service.

My experience is different than most. The quality was good for all trees. The problem is the height.
I bought the largest pot size of multiple varieties and most came absurdly short, but in the correct pot size... The height did not align with the stated heights on the site and in their video. For example they sent me an 18" magnolia for over $100. Borderline scam site. They must just put young trees in big pots to sell them by the pot size.
I give 2 stars because two of the trees were a good height, and as I said the quality was good.
