A seguito di mio primo reclamo tramite email del 03/01/24, il venditore risponde inizialmente che il materiale è stato smarrito, ma da numerosissime recensioni su internet pare che questa sia una risposta di comodo, molto probabilmente non veritiera. Il venditore propone di procedere con nuovo ordine o rimborso e scelgo il nuovo ordine, ma non da più responso anche dopo ulteriori solleciti. Sto procedendo, pertanto, alla richiesta di restituzione del pagamento effettuato tramite PayPal. Mi riservo, inoltre, di procedere quanto in mio diritto per una richiesta di risarcimento danni, poiché la merce era destinata al regalo di compleanno e di Natale per mio figlio che, tutt'ora lo sta ancora aspettando, e valutare se ci siano i presupposti per truffa online.
