I placed an online order for MS Office 2021 and received a code quickly, but MS says it had already been redeemed and won't let me redeem it. I emailed Nerdused support 5 times over a week, messaged them on Facebook, and opened two support tickets and received absolutely ZERO response from this outfit.
After 2 weeks of trying and opening a dispute with my credit card company, I eventually tried waiting till business hours in the UK and then tried *phoning* through Facebook and eventually got someone's attention, after which I was able to communicate my problem via Messenger. The representative got back to me after a short time and told me they were cancelling my order and I would get a refund, which they did, indeed, do. They *NEVER* offered me a replacement code as I wanted and as they promise to do on their web site. The problem is that in the meantime the price had gone up to triple what I paid originally (Black Friday sale).
Gabe was able to find the error with the order with in minutes of the call and sent the software immediately. He also followed up with an email to offer further assistance if needed.
