The main problem with netflix is that they don't know how to update all the tv shows! If they kept up with updating all the tv showing it would be so much better.
I've had Netflix on and off for 8 years. Nothing has changed except the way they present the shows. At one time you could look for something that caught your interest but now they present movies on a couple of selections you make when you sign up. If you happen to select a movie that is crap and stop watching because you can't stand the show or movie they then present you with selections based on what you watched, more crap. Most of the movies are second rated at best. Has been actors, subtitled, etc. After 8 years of a month or two of watching I notice they still have some of the shows to present that were available 8 years ago.
I only gave 1 star because it won't allow me to save with none. I cancelled my Netflix approximately a 1yr and 3 months ago. I noticed back in September they were still withdrawing about $10/month and I hadn't used it or thought about it in a year. Since the charge was only about $10/month I had overlooked it. But it had cost me about $120 total after adding it up. I called to cancel it again. The service rep was extremely rude and claimed they could tell if I had called before and that I had never called to cancel; however, he ended up telling me he for sure had it cancelled this time and would put a note on the acct to refund the $120 if I disputed it with my bank. Well my bank can only legally dispute back like 60 days. And come to find out they have continued to take out the fee each month since. I had to put in a stop payment with my bank and am out about $150 total for a service(that has not been returned to me) that I haven't used and was suppose to be cancelled twice now!
Not a fan... prices kept going up and unless your into the Netflix only shows, the movies available are just terrible.
I absolutely love Netflix a lot, i love binge watching shows. Binge watching house of cards that show is facinatingly evil. Anyway love netflix enjoy all the different series and love binge watching when i have time which is not a lot. But when i do its fun. Its awesome!
Netflix was my favorite place to watch old shows and new. They had a big selection of movies and that was great to me. For the past 3 years they have taken off Buffy, Angel, and a few other shows I loved binge watching. There isn't really much for me to watch on there anymore. Sure I like their originals, but a lot are lacking in entertainment. Not many movies to pick from unless you're ok with watching B movies. Other than enjoying their original shows (which are very little episodes and you have to wait a year to watch the next season!) there really isn't any reason for me to keep it. I'll be ending my subscription to Netflix today.
Tried the free month and it didn't take but 10 days to get rid of it, after seeing the kind of complete trash that Netflix is putting out there, i. E.(End of the F***ing World), their forceful movie suggestions, way too many foreign language films and now their latest Netflix ad that promotes degeneracy, at one point it took me almost 2 hours to find something to watch that didn't have an "F-Bomb" in it, makes me want to just get rid of any type of TV altogether!
If you don't have a Netflix account, get one. For less than $15 a month you get access to everything! Most every movie & every season of any tv show ever. The Netflix original series are better than the HBO series. It is fricKin awesome. Just get it, you'll be glad you did.
They have very cheesy movies on there and I can't find a television show, nor a movie to watch. They need to organize their movies better. I ordered basically for nothing. They need to work on having better shows. They even removed my favorite show! It made me very disappointed and upset.
We love netflix the only thing that I wish they would change is adding more shows more often. I definitely think that its worth the money. Thanks Netflix!

I enjoy about 90% of the Netflix original programming and find the site fairly easy to navigate on the various platforms I use (Apple TV, XBOX 360, Safari web browser on my MacBook Air, iPad Mini 4 and IPhone 7). I havent had too many instances when I needed to contact their customer service department but when I have, my issue has always been promptly & completely resolved.
Love netflix! Great shows, wonderful price, site is superb, customer service is amazing and quick. I gave it 4 stars only because I wish it had a little bit more of what I like to watch
Netflix might have a good selection of movies, series and shows... but it is very difficult to search. I cannot believe that nowadays Netflix cannot provide a better searching method.
We purchased our new pvr which has netflix installed in it olso a new samsung 4k tv which also has netflix easay to use great programs and very affordable every one should have a must. We love it so much great on you netflix
I like the large number of movies available for free viewing on Netflix but I get frustrated from time to time when those titles are taken down. I appreciate being able to download select titles for viewing offline on all of my viewing devices. I'd like to see that capability expanded.
We recently got rid of our cable because we spent more time enjoying Netflix. I love the variety and or kids love being able to watch some of the retro programs that I watched as a child.
It doesn't cost too much. You have your favourite tv shows and movies. And you can use your account worldwide so you dont have problems when you move somwhere else.
