I love movies but often the movie does NOT live up to the hype. Sooooooo... as soon as it comes out I add the title to my Netflix Queue. See it within a few months of being in the theater. Now to the Streaming, some good months some bad months. But it does have a great selection of documentaries, foreign movies and canceled TV series... Mixed bag but still lots cheaper then other alternatives. But it does not offer as much as it once did. So if you are thinking of subscribing get a mix of streaming and DVD.

Still good

At my home we have clear pictuer, they offer movies for all preferences. The best for me are the new episodes of my favorite shows. I just seat and watch whole last season again and the episodes I had missed.

I am chock i have netflix for a decade an now i have no access to my account, endless hrs to contact support, no help, they dont understand what am taking of you are not in your area. POOR, paying for years and now codes to text or email. What are these geenius CEO are the €£€¥ doing

I cancelled

Netflix as they are extremely slow sending new releases and I was filling my queue with movies I wasn't particularly interested in. Waiting 4 months and more for new movies is unacceptable to me,, So I cancelled- I was still charged for the month... movies stopped coming... and like with other subscriptions( one-) that I cancelled I expected a refund for the weeks I wasn't served. Nope, plus my "Cancellation is Pending" What? This is my choice, not yours to pend.

Two days ago, while I was watching Netflix, I received a message asking if I wanted to switch my plan from basic to one with ads for $4.99. I decided to give it a try but then I returned to Bulgaria and found out that this plan is not available here. So, I decided to revert to my old plan, and to my surprise, oh wonder, that plan was no longer available, and if I wanted to continue watching, I now had to pay £11 instead of the £8 I used to pay! I contacted them through their chat, and their assistant told me that it was no longer possible to continue with the basic plan and if I hadn't changed my plan, there would have been no change! This feels a bit like a scam to me, making you switch to their new plan and then, if you don't like it due to their ads or in my case, if you travel to a country where it's not available, you end up having to pay them more. What's sad is that I was enjoying their programming, but after this misleading tactic from their side, and I would say a cunning way to make their customers pay more.

Nice to have

I think because I've cable too, I wish to have more content on netflix, but for the price worth, is nice to have because when I've nothing to see on TV, I always can count with a lot of titles that they have! ;)

Netlix is pretty neat, unlimited streaming on numerous devices. One thing I don't like: I closed my account because I couldn't afford it for a bit. When I opened my account back up, I was hit with tax. I'm thinking, can they do that? No one else I know pays a tax on streaming. What's worse, I'm paying more than my county and state tax rate. Florida state rate is 6%, my county is 6%. Netflix charged me 7.5%. First month I called, I was told I'd hear back in two weeks. A month goes by with no word, so I call back and I get to talk to a supervisor. They asked for the same info I gave them the first month about the tax rate. The supervisor said I'd hear back in 72 hours, this time it was true, I did hear back in 72 hours. Only to be told that I was being charged the correct rate of 7.5%. Thanks a lot Netlix, would've been nice if you discussed that with me before I signed up again.

Feel cheated

Netflix have really good shows but the big issue is Netflix do not continue the seasons. They have the customers waiting for season 2 and it never comes. I have watched so many international movie shows that have season 2 and Netflix did not fulfill this. I want Netflix to finish fhe tv movies in its entirety not just leave the viewers hanging and waiting for nothing. It really is disappointing. Like why would i pay for subscription when all the tv movie shows that have seasons to come dont get continued? Really i feel cheated by Netflix

VERY GOOD SERVICE.

I have been a member of Netflix for years and only have streaming plus one D. V. D. Out at a time. The problem I have with streaming is that there are not a lot to select from, as far as movies go. I still couldn't be without Netflix! I LOVE movies!

I love the netflix viewing experience. There are so many movies and shows to watch. Plus the reccommended picks are usually on par with what I want to watch. I rarely have trouble with streaming quality, and the subtitles are well done. May be something odd to look for, but it's important to have accurate captioning! Great site, definitely worth subscribing.

I'm sorry but I'm not happy I can't keep sharing my subscription with my brother. I don't think each household needs to pay for a service when I'm already paying for two TVs. Does it matter where I'm seeing my shows as long as its viewed on two Tvs. You still get paid. Same household or not I'm still paying for the same amount of tvs. I will probably be canceling my subscription. It may not be worth it any more. Honestly, Netflix doesn't have as great movies as it used to have. It maybe time for a change.

So much good stuff

Netflix has great series available (Mad Men, House of Cards, Blue Bloods, Archer, Criminal Minds, etc, etc.). They also have some documentaries that I've haven't seen available anywhere else. Our Netflix was out for 2 weeks due to a problem with our wireless internet service (NO FAULT of Netflix) and I had definite withdrawals. Thank goodness we're back online!

Lately every time I find a movie that I want to watch it is not in English, I cannot read the subtitles fast enough and it is frustrating. Tonight, I tried 5 movies and they were all in a different language and there is no way to know that until you start the movie. If I am paying for this service, I should be able to have movies in the language that I speak. I am thinking about canceling my service with Netflix for this reason.

The streaming service sucks s***. They come out with a good idea produce one season and then cancel it. Not even worth watching cuz every time you start a series it's f****** canceled. Guess what Netflix people aren't f****** stupid...They will go somewhere else... Hopefully Blockbuster kills your $#*!...

Why does time run out on things you show! If im paying for this service then I should be able to watch anything and it shouldn't leave. Don't you know people have old favs they turn to on rough days. So that docks you 1 star, however shows like fuller house, and the Santa Clarita diet get you 4 stars keep on hitting them out of the park and I will quit buying dish

Horrible service. Apparently they think they're the next dish with every channel? LOL. Since the password sharing isn't allowed anymore I've done my best to spread the word. I myself canceled, and talked 2 friends and my aunt into cancelling. Still trying to get more people to cancel. It's crazy, because Hulu is 10x better and they aren't even this greedy. Hope the 1 million plus users that quit within the first few months and millions more are worth that extra $7.99.

I'm astonished that Netflix "stars" Harry and Meaghan are running roughshod with the royal family and that Netflix is still supporting these two "wannabees"

The final straw is Meaghan in Uvalde TX making a PR appearance at the memorial of 21 murdered people, 19 of whom are children! How crass, stupid, unfeeling! What kind of person is this? If Netflix needs to recoup some of its money paid to these horrible people, then Netflix should cut them loose and do an expose revealing who they really are. Millions will watch it!

Netflix is not the channel it used to be. I will NOT be renewing as soon as my subscription runs out.
Perhaps many more additional thousands will unsubscribe, too.

I was a netflix subscriber for a number of years. I've always liked the service over having to go to blockbuster. However, I recently canceled because there are just better technology out now that it's for me its no longer worth the $15 a month.

I can get pretty much all the new releases on my FIOS. Yes they are $4.99 or $5.99 each, but they come out earlier and I rarely find more than 3 movies I'd want to watch a month anyways. I'm also impatient and got tired of waiting up to 3-5 days to get my dvds. When I'm in the mood for a movie, I want to see it right now!

Also, since losing their deal with Starz the streaming content has not been very good. The value in netflix I suppose is the "long tail" movies - indie movies that you won't really find anywhere else. I suppose if you are a movie junkie or don't have cable, it may still be worth it.

Pretty dam good fam

So, ya know everyone likes to Netflix and chill. Or nextflix and eat. Either way, y'all gone love this site. The only thing is they do not upload movies & tv services regularly. So whilst all ya friend have watch the newest season of PLL, you are still trying to find out who this A person is. Oh and the fact that removed jimmy neutron off Netflix, not impressed boi.

Little choice

Lots on there but rubbisht stuff, why do the Americans get so much more choice. Where is Dowton Abbey Doc Martin or any decent movies, classics or indeed any Canadian Web site to See listings. And while I am at it why is tedescriptipn in such minute letters need a. Magnifying glass to read it, and I have good. Eyesight
