I really like the Netflix original content. I was disappointed when they tried to split the DVD and streaming sides of their business and raised prices. But eventually got over it because they really provide a lot of value. I hate my cable provider (Time Warner) and spend way too much on it each month. Hopefully I'll have the courage to cut the cord soon with sites like Netflix out there!
Signed up for a free trial, they promptly took £8.99 from my account, I have been 26 days trying to get it back. Been in touch 7 times and get the same old flannel from whoever i speak to,"Yes your refund is on its way to you" rubbish, very disappointed. Have cancelled my account my card company have blocked Netflix in case they ignore the cancelled account, I will not use them again and do not recommend them to anyone. Very poor service and even worse for customer relations or satisfaction
Netflix still has the best, most intuitive streaming app with the least glitches and interruptions while watching. I like that they have new content displayed by most popular in the country while still offering suggestions of programs in other languages/countries. It's annoying that they've added a set number of watchers at any time from your account and you have to pay more to be able to watch something at the same time as someone else on your account
Only complaint I have with Netflix, is the lack of user friendliness in browsing videos, movies and etc. I've found Hulu to be much easier to browse and find stuff due to their format providing categories as well as actually Tv channels. I would like to see Netflix follow suite.
Not everything is about quantity!
New programs... one in 10 is okay. The rest are just awful and often painful to watch.
New programs are at the expense of streaming or even DVD programs that are high quality and high production values.
How many Marvel Comics are adults actually supposed to watch.
Boring and boorish!
Will now look for other streaming and DVD services.
BTW have been a customer since 1992!
Thank you for falling apart! (sarcasm)

Can I give Netflix more than the allotted amount of stars? We hardly watch regular telly anymore as there are better shows/movies available on Netflix for instant viewing and they're commercial free. Sure you can't always get the most recent releases right away, but for the price of service, you can't go wrong. On my list of things I can't live without, Netflix is in the top ten!
I have been with Netflix for approximately 6-8 months. I use their program of 8.99 a month, in order to have 2 devices used. This comes in handy for when a friend is visiting and we wish to watch different shows. I have it taken off my debit card monthly so it is all automatically done for me. I have never had any kind of problem or dispute with Netflix. The site is always up and running with such a large catalog of movies and TV shows. All ad free, which is a huge bonus with me. They add to their selection on a regular basis. If you have been unsure, I encourage you to not be. They are legit, you pay only the monthly fee and have access to what you want when you want it. So easy to use as all shows have categories to choose from. After watching one or more shows, they make recommendations for future shows based on your viewing history. Pretty sweet deal for the low and affordable price.
One of my favourite ways to spend evenings when I got no other plans to go out and just stay at home enjoying my favorite shows. Lots of shows always available and a great service that proved its greatness over the time!
I will never forgive their previous business tactics but they are crippling the tv giants which i love. I am very happy with whats provided and the layout is clean and helpful to navigate the an overwhelmingly large amount of content available.
Netflix lost over 200,000 subscribers last quarter. Not long after that news broke, Netflix charged me $19.99 for a subscription I did not order. I contacted them and they immediately reversed the charge with no explanation. I thought the timing was peculiar. Check your charge cards!
I have used the free trial period of this stream channel and now cannot imagine my evening without Netflix. Awesome service, who says that it is expensive, just forget that the price for similar stream services nearly similar or even higher. Love the opportunity to watch films in good quality and insert subtitles the opportunity which will be useful for those who want to study language and try this in the movies. Love that I can switch the subscription to more than one device.
Very often, I have to stop watching something because the screen freezes every couple of minutes. The freeze lasts for a couple of minutes, and the frustration is immense and infuriating. After struggling, trying everything, backing out and starting over, etc., we turn off the TV and do something else. This happens enough that I am considering dropping my subscription. Our provider is AT&T, and I have heard others fuss about this issue, as well.
Really a great service! I've been doing online vid rentals since before netflix bought the little company that was doing it. Netflix has great selection and function. In the old days you could actually download the movie to watch later but I guess that's too much to ask in these days. Totally recommend.
I've had Netflix longer than I can remember. Every now and then they throw some good movies on there. Also they have some classic shows you can binge watch during snowy or rainy days.
When you have a shared account, you can have different profiles for each person you share with. However, everyone has different tastes and the technology still isn't updated where each profile can have their own tastes. I know it's extra leg work and if someone really wants their own personalized Netflix then they should just have their own account. Or they can offer that feature at a slightly higher price for families that share accounts.
The streaming is the only option that I use on Netflix. I just can't trust myself to efficiently send DVDs back at a reasonable time.
Overall, more recently Netflix has stepped up their game with the addition of Friends and The Interview. If they continue to negotiate harder for better movies and shows, they can get to 5 stars.
Netflix isn't a great expense, so I think it's pretty decent considering the price, but very often I look for a film (obviously not super recent ones) on Netflix to find it isn't available... Many of the films on there are pretty rubbish. Perhaps better for series, like breaking bad, orange is the new black, etc.
I am cancelling my subscription because it is becoming obvious that Netflix has very little to offer their customer's. Enough with the Royals. Netflix seems to be fixated on the Royal family, especially Prince Harry and his horrible wife. I do not want one penny of what I pay to subscribe to go into either one of their pockets.
The movies description is turning me off. After reading it, i don't want to watch the movie any more. Examples: a video, a murder, destroy a family. Or a father, a daughter, a mother, so much about to go wrong. Theses A this A that, A A A, make me look for another movie. I spend more then an hour locking, and on the end I dont watch anything. And next day is the same thing. Also, same movies shows up in Action/thriller/drama/crime/sci-fi. You go in a loop.
I have separated parents and am not able to watch Netflix on my tv now because of the new dumb@$$ rule they added. My dad owns the account, but I live with my mom. Does that mean I can't watch Netflix anymore? FU
Ok I'm so mad. I love Netflix and always had a break time, they had great shows like the office and friends and now they are raising the prices every year. They keep getting rid of the good shows and now they do this 3 segment thing that is beyond frustrating. The whole point of have. Netflix it is be able to binge shows! Not possible when they drip 3 episodes a week, very upset and I'm one more price raise away from cancelling. 🤔
I do enjoy Netflix, but sometimes the reduced content on my country gets me mad. When I travel to another country there's plenty of series and movies, like 50% more, I wish the service here was better.
Answer: They do not, but he can listen to stand up shows I guess
Answer: Ohh finally someone thats having the same problem... Netflix always blames my Wi-Fi but, I know thats not the problem. Considering canceling.
The company has a mixed reputation, with some customers appreciating its extensive library of content and user-friendly interface, which enhances the viewing experience. However, numerous complaints highlight significant dissatisfaction with rising subscription costs, technical issues like slow loading times, and customer service inadequacies. Many users express frustration over billing problems and the perceived decline in content quality, particularly regarding Netflix originals. Overall, while the platform remains popular for its variety, the growing concerns about service reliability and customer support suggest a need for improvement to retain loyal customers.
