Roma was a great help in explaining me the design but she did not follow through the sale even after I requested an email to send me the design. Piyush Bannerjee has been a great help in explaining me the products & following through. He is a keeper.
New Age is not only a complete scam, i don't thing there is really a company making these grills. You cannot buy any parts from them? I am left with speculating they are simply a jobber or something like that. There is no way to convert a brand new natural gas model to propane but they sell both. They claim the grill is manufactured as either natural or propane which is a outright lie. The only difference is the connection and orifices. Almost every other manufacter of grills have conversion kits which is the propane regulator and new ofifices. The grill i purchased( 13 MONTHS AGO) for over $5k is now a very large paper weight. The most distressing thing is I bought it from Costco which is being told what a scam New Age is. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM NEW AGE!
I wanted to make some modifications to my garage setup. A super helpful Newage employee named Vishakha T. Helped me redesign my setup so that it was more space efficient. Additionally, her redesign allowed me to purchase more complete sets - ultimately giving me more cabinets for the same money. I am super thankful for all her help!
I live in Canada and had experienced a lot of difficulty in purchasing the New Age vinyl product. The Canadian distributors were out of stock. I contacted New Age in the USA directly and was very quickly and ably assisted by Aziz who promptly took my info and processed my purchase request. There was no need to go through the Canadian distributors. I am so grateful to Aziz and the New Age company. It is very difficult to find a vinyl product that is 9.5mm thick which is necessary if you want to make a room warmer. Thank you very much Aziz and the New Age Company!

I called for assistance with design and a variety of questions. Vishakha was outstanding. She was efficient, knowledgable and was able to advise me on the best layout for my space. I would avoid this company. Once they discontinue a product you are no longer able to access needed parts to maintain your purchase. A lock on my locker broke and I can not open the locker any longer. The lock is no longer connected to the rod that secures which means the hinges have to be cut off to open the locker to complete the repair job however Newage no longer has access to the hinges to complete the repair. Additionally, the paint finish has started to rub off.

I purchase the aluminium Outdoor 3 piece cabinets 97" x 24" with stainless steel counter tops. On the website, this product is advertised as weather resistant - will withstand water, snow, wind, backyard debris. The stainless steel counter tops that came with kitchen cabinets started corroding in less than 2 months. Called their customer service and was told if there's the presence of salt or chlorine, it WILL CORRODE. My house is about 1/2 mile to the ocean, but no chlorine is present. The company FAIL TO DISCLOSE this fact to INFORM consumers that the stainless steel is NOT weather resistant. If salt is present in the air, such as for a house close to the ocean - this product will CORRODE! Consumers can order directly through there website newageproducts.com or thru Lowes, Homedepot, Walmart.
I paid $2400 plus additional shipping to Hawaii. This is NOT something I can return easily!

The cabinets are made in Canada. They use the metric system, so the plumbing connectors are not 100% fitting to plumbing in the US.

I was on the phone w/Rasmi a sales consultant. I ordered a lot of cabinets and she was very helpful. Actually was on the phone w/ her for about 30 minutes. She was patient w/ me, she was polite and did a good job on my order. I knew exactly what I wanted however out of stock on the 36in multi-in use locker had to settle for the 30in. Not the end of the world it will do. Looking forward to delivery. From reading reviews New Age packs these cabinets very well. Sure hope so. Nothing is more annoying then receiving a damaged product. I will hope for the best. Looking forward to writing another review after I receive them.

I love the NewAge products and have purchased them now for two different homes. I ordered a Pro Series 6 Piece Cabinet Set on August 27,2021. I received 5 of the pieces on September 18,2021 but did not receive the Pro Series 5-drawer Tool Cabinet in the set.
Receive an email on September 14,2021 that the Pro Series 5-drawer Tool Cabinet had shipped with estimated delivery date of Sep 08,2021 - Sep 24,2021.
I started contacting both NewAge and their shipper NDS on September 29,2021. For two weeks the only status I can get is it is "in transit" or we are looking into it and will have an answer in 24-48 hours. I finally got a reply that "NSD is unable to locate the shipment" and another please give us 24 hours.
I was planning on buying more cabinets to complete my garage make over but not willing to deal with these delays in receiving a order.
NewAge would not post this review on their Website.

I'm not a much for writing reviews but after owning this nearly $2000
Semi stainless piece of junk I have had one problem after the next with it. After less than a year the ignitor failed and no replacement parts available so now I get to light the grill with a long ended lighter. After two years all four valves developed leaks were they meet the supply tube and when ignited one day blew up. So nobody in the customer service really knew how the grill is assembled so they insist on photos of the problem and hire a licensed gas fitter to tell me the obvious, Ad if I haven't spent enough money on this piece of junk.
Long story short, DO NOT BUY THIS GRILL unless you plan on using it twice a year.

This company is very attentive to you as the client during the sales process. However, after that they will not help in any way possible. They are a frustrating company to deal with and would not even supply a receipt showing that the almost $5,000 order had been paid for by credit card. They also shipped products early and without out our knowledge at a time when we were away. Because the trucking company held it as long as they would, they were going to send it back or I had to pay storage. Very inefficient and unhelpful company. The cabinets are fine, but the company is not easy to work with.
UPDATE: You may have noticed the customer service department from New Age Products left a response to this review. There was an option to reply to them via private message. I did that and told them that I had contacted customer service without any success, and they NEVER even responded to my private message. Don't let their response fool you into believing they are willing to solve the issue. They are non-responsive in helping after the order is placed.
