New Age is not only a complete scam, i don't thing there is really a company making these grills. You cannot buy any parts from them? I am left with speculating they are simply a jobber or something like that. There is no way to convert a brand new natural gas model to propane but they sell both. They claim the grill is manufactured as either natural or propane which is a outright lie. The only difference is the connection and orifices. Almost every other manufacter of grills have conversion kits which is the propane regulator and new ofifices. The grill i purchased( 13 MONTHS AGO) for over $5k is now a very large paper weight. The most distressing thing is I bought it from Costco which is being told what a scam New Age is. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM NEW AGE!

I ordered garage cabinets (Newage Tracking:*******) I paid for white glove service meaning the carrier would take everything out of the boxes and take both the boxes and pallet with them. When the product arrived the carrier laughed and said we don't do that. I called Newage after waiting an hour the representative could not answer why the carrier did that or if the installers (that I also paid for) would take the boxes and pallets with them. However after waiting on hold again as he tried to contact the installing department he came back with, he still didn't know but someone from the installing department would contact me within 24 hours to confirm an appointment to install and take the boxes and pallet out of my garage. That was 72 hours ago and nobody has called me and of course the wait time was another hour to talk to a representative. I had to follow up 10 times just to get a rep to tell me when the product would be delivered as they stated it would be delivered in 2-4 weeks and it ended up being 8 weeks by time a carrier contacted me (not Newage) Very disappointing customer service and I can't even say the product is good yet since it's still in boxes in my garage.

After order $4,000+ of garage cabinets, ect., I was immediately asked to provide a review of NewAge's customer service. Because I wanted to provide a review after receiving the merchandise, I declined.
Not providing an initial review proved smart, because once receiving my purchased items, I discovered a significant defect in the manufacturing. That is, one of the tall cabinets did not lock because the hole wear the pin is to slide through was not punched or cut out.
I called NewAge and they never called back. I emailed new age and they sent me a generic response to items damaged in shipping as opposed to a manufacturing defect. As of this writing, NewAge has failed to respond to my telephone call and has not provided a relevant response to mail email inquiry seeking warranty service for a manufacturing defect.
Based upon my experience, NewAge does not have any meaningful customer service, As a consequence, save yourself the hassle and annoyances of a company that simply does not respond to issues surround manufacturing defects.
In sort, look elsewhere. That is, unless you are willing to gamble on customer service and manufacturing defects.
Tip for consumers:
It is a risk that you will not receive any warranty service at all, even after making a claim. NewAge simply does not respond!

I purchased a complete outdoor kitchen, including 33" grill and platinum side burner. I ordered both the rill and side burner to be propane. Many of the pieces arrived dented, which was the fault of the shipping company (though packing from NewAge was perhaps a bit sketchy). NewAge did credit me $300 for the damaged items. I ordered the items in September 2021, but they did not arrive till late November, which I was ok with due to the chaos of COVID. That said, due to rain, snow, and cold I did start assembling the kitchen till spring and it wasn't too bad, though the system for connecting cabinets is not great. I also discovered that they had sent the grill and side burners with hose hookups for natural gas--recall that I ordered propane. They did send one propane hose conversion, so I didn't think too much of it and swapped it out. I had to call them and order another propane hose converter, but again, I thought no big deal. Then I tried to use the grill. Notting but a huge orange flame no matter what setting I used. That's when it hit me that they sent me a natural gas stove--NOT PROPANE AS I HAD ORDERED. I have spent the last 3 or 4 months trying to get them to resolve their screw-up, but they refuse to do it.
About NewAge - great looking products that are of decent quality--again, my issue is not the quality of the products, it's their unwillingness to acknowledge that I ordered propane appliances, but they sent me natural gas appliances that require a professional--and I'm no gas professional--to convert (at my expense).

After reviewing NewAge's site and seeing the grill island cabinets, I ordered the two cabinet set along with the black granite top; both cabinets and the granite top were packaged very well and secure on pallets. Since I opted for the white-glove service, two men carefully unpacked all parts and carried them to our patio and made sure I was happy with the quality received. The cabinets came with a plastic material over all exposed sides to prevent scratching and there was none! After setting up and adjusting to the same height of my grill, I caulked the top of the cabinets and placed the granite on top to secure the granite at the exact same height of my grill cabinet. I could not be happier with the service, the price, the construction, and the quality of all the parts received. If your looking to create an outdoor grill island, you owe it to yourself to check these cabinets out! I plan on ordering the side burner cabinet next when back in stock to complete my outdoor kitchen and be the envy of the neighborhood!

The design service was very helpful in laying out what looks to be a terrific layout for the garage. The problem is the "back order" and delivery. Items were initially supposed to ship in December, then it was backordered until January and now is backordered until February. They are so polite with their explanations and apologies but put you on hold for 30 minutes while they "check with their team" to see what they can do, then tell you they cannot ship the items that are in stock until the whole order is in. This is a $10,000 order and my client wanted to order a New Age outdoor kitchen next but likely we will not be ordering that. Mehzabeen from customer service was polite and apologetic as she towed the "company line" that she would need 48 hours to confer with the order team who manages shipping from the warehouse. When I asked to speak to the person who would be making the decision regarding shipping the items in stock, she refused to give me a name. When I asked to speak to her manager, she said it was Sohail Viriani but then offered I could speak with Rohan Puppla from the resolution team. Again, another 30 minutes on hold. It's a shame. I work for a construction company and would be happy to recommend their products to our clients but that won't be happening. Notice there are a bunch of positive reviews (likely employees or paid reviews) and then a bunch of 1-star reviews. It's telling.
Tip for consumers:
Buy any New Age products you want from Costco but not directly from the New Age. Unfortunately, this limits you to what is sold at Costco and you can't get some of the more specialized items like a sink cabinet.

Damaged, Missing Parts, delays, missing refunds, hour phone waits, 10 months so far and still not made whole. This has been a nightmare. I ordered a huge setup... Over $7500 after discounts in April 2020 with an estimated delivery date of first week of May. It came and went. I called and told it now mid July and everyone is suffering so I just need to be understanding (OK, but damn!). July comes and I get 1/4 of my order. Socket tray was heavily damaged and missing sockets, damage to 2 of tge 4 cabinets. 2 weeks later I get all but 2 racks and a slatwall. Both lockers were damaged. Hinges were out of wack on lower cabinets and not adjustable. MANY calls later they sent me new hinges (backorder till November). Replacement for lower cabinet (backorder till October). Locker doors (I'm on my 4TH SET! THEY KEEP COMING DENTED TO ALL HELL! A Replacement cabinet worktop... DENTED! 3 socket sets sent... All missing sockets! I finally have 1 full set by mix matching. I was offered $100 refund over a month ago and still haven't received it. I ordered this in freaking April... It is February! ALMOST A $#*!ING YEAR!
