I ordered $12,300 worth of Bold series cabinets for my new garage 8 ( months ago. In the mean time, I've received 0 (zero) explanations for the ongoing, rolling delays. OK, for Covid and supply chain issues I'll accept a 3 month delay. But 8+ months and counting? And NO communication? AVOID NEWAGE.

Informative, expert knowledge of the product offering. He asked me to take a photo of the area to be upgraded with new cabinets and promised to call back once he had the photo and promptly called as promised to set up a design consultation.

The design consultation was extremely helpful. Samantha's professionalism and expertise were evident throughout the process. All of my questions and concerns were addressed and I'm confident the order is accurate and the layout meets my needs. Thanks Samantha!

Piyush gave me great customer service in helping me select the products that I need. I am looking forward to getting my garage set up so that I can store my stuff and get my truck in the garage. I am getting the Bold Series 7 piece cabinet set and a bunch of wall mount shelving.

I ordered kitchen cabinets and Im really happy with the quality. They are beautiful. The NewAge website was really easy for me to order everything online and I had great customer service from Yaz who helped me to get the exact color code for the cabinet color we chose. Attempted to place an product order on line. After several attempts I contacted New Age Products customer service representative Juilee Makhe for assistance. My experience with Charan Poojary was excellent today. We are starting the design process and he was very helpful in identifying all of our needs and answered all questions fully. He is very knowledgeable of the New Image products. He was courteous and confirmed everything we discussed to make sure the design team has a very good understanding of our project. I have purchased New Image garage system a year agoand was very impressed with the product and the company so we are back to use them again for our bar cabinets.

I had the pleasure of working with Asmaa, who was simply outstanding. Responses to emails/call were very prompt, and she was very knowledgeable/patient with all my questions and a few changes. It's a leap of faith to order cabinets online without seeing them. My experience with Asmaa helped me feel confident in NewAge products and customer service. I haven't received my cabinets yet, will try to write more when I receive them.

For the life of me, I couldn't figure out how to arrange the cabinets I wanted in my new shed space. Fortunately I discovered the 3-D design service and Vishakha was fabulous. She helped me through several floorplan iterations, listened carefully to my feedback, and in a short time, was inspired to approach the design problem from a whole new angle that that I had never thought about, and one that works magnificently. Manoj and Manju, service and design are amazing human beings in addition to being great at what they do. I am a person with a million questions and not once were they impatient with me. At this stage I am waiting to receive the product but so far, I have been extremely happy, I will definitely refer others to NewAge Products.

I've been super happy with the design help with Saif and on first Project with Smrity. They were very easy to work with and didn't mind changes that I needed to make. The product has been installed and looks and works great. Getting ready for next project!

Spent over $4,000 on 3 36" Pro lockers and a 6' workbench. Amazingly well packed high quality products. My issue is that I ordered white glove delivery meaning the products would be removed from their packing and the packing removed from my property. It didn't happen and NewAge wasn't able to make it happen after being informed. Still waiting on a refund of my $292 premium paid for this service. I put everything together in a day (by myself) but found I was missing 1 front shelf (hanger) clip for the workbench shelf. I informed NewAge that I needed a replacement clip (Part # PB3-110.004A-01-XX). They replied that this clip was not available as a replacement part and to just go buy it at any hardware store, including Home Depot. They offered me $40 off for my trouble. This is not standard shelving hardware and this is turning into a major problem with zero support from NewAge customer service. All of this for a $0.25 piece that didn't ship with the order! Buyer BEWARE.

Harshala Moghe is an asset to any company. She was informed and knowledgable on the products as well as creative in her design. She took my requirements and configured a solution that will work perfectly for me. I hope her leadership team is carefully monitoring her stellar performance and keeping her in mind for future leadership opportunities. These types of employees do not come around very often and I hope New Age takes full advantage of her skillset.

I will update review when I actually get my grill. I purchased the main kitchen set and was told they had grill. After I order I was told they don't. Maybe a few weeks? Now I'm waiting months and it looks like it's a few more months? It's unacceptable. We are returning it untill we can get the entire setup. I read about this last year and it was spot on. Wait for parts is ridiculous long? So far I asked for a discount to keep my u it and nothing. I asked for discount on grill since I will miss the entire summer and nothing. Everyone has been nice but nobody has done anything but be polite. Still no grill.
