Roma was a great help in explaining me the design but she did not follow through the sale even after I requested an email to send me the design. Piyush Bannerjee has been a great help in explaining me the products & following through. He is a keeper.
New Age is not only a complete scam, i don't thing there is really a company making these grills. You cannot buy any parts from them? I am left with speculating they are simply a jobber or something like that. There is no way to convert a brand new natural gas model to propane but they sell both. They claim the grill is manufactured as either natural or propane which is a outright lie. The only difference is the connection and orifices. Almost every other manufacter of grills have conversion kits which is the propane regulator and new ofifices. The grill i purchased( 13 MONTHS AGO) for over $5k is now a very large paper weight. The most distressing thing is I bought it from Costco which is being told what a scam New Age is. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM NEW AGE!
My order was large and complicated. I did rough draft after rough draft until my design was what I thought would be optimal for my garage remodel. The website took a bit of getting use to but once understood, finding dimensions and product choices became easier. Actually ordering was somewhat daunting after being mentally exhausted from design fatigue. I had my products already lined up on the website and continued to add more but some items dropped off without me picking it up except for the "grand total" change. So all of this was a preamble as to why I needed and greatly appreciated the incredible help of your agent SHARVARI! She saved the day by her vigilance and attention to detail on the intricacies of my product list/desires and ensuring a perfect New Age Garage Cabinetry/Shelved/Slatwall and Accessories order. Thank you so very much for the help!

I haven't ordered any Newage products yet but this review it's for their customer care and especially their designer. I had scheduled an one on one virtual design workshop with Juilee Makhe. It was great experience having a 3D design made on the spot for my garage cabinets. She was very swift in 3D designing, extremely professional and courteous. She was very through in explaining me all the options, details and was able to price it out immediately. It was an extremely satisfying session. I would highly recommend.

Charan was great going over measurements and ideas for Laundry design and ideas and especially good at understanding my measurements and pictures provided. He went over details on the next steps and free 3D design and next will be a video phone interview for further questions and ideas.

I ordered $11k worth outdoor kitchen on 7/20/23. Designer said I should expect delivery the week of 8/11/23 and all items in stock. Upon calling the customer service today, I was shocked to hear 4 items are out of stock. They will arrive only on 11/30/23 and that my items will be shipped in December. Really? Is this a joke? Why are they not transparent with the customers? Why are the items not in stock? Are we still living in the Covid world with supply chain issues?How are the other companies delivering on time? What's the point of getting delivery in December when I placed the order in July? You also wasted 5 weeks of my time…

We are so pleased with our 14 piece Newage garage cabinets and slatwall. The product was ordered from Costco, where it arrived in less than 2 weeks. The products were well packed with no dents or scratches. The assembly was easy with the assembly guides installed along with all hardware. Our cabinet installers were also impressed with the construction of the cabinets. The cabinets are beautiful with ample room for storage. I also just placed an order for an additional power adapter for the second storage bench lite with Sagarika Design Consultant who was very knowledgeable and pleasant.

Vishakha was very patient and helped me tremendously find the best discounts for the configuration I was looking for. We were able to find a combination that had a bigger discount even with an upgrade to the bigger grill cabinet.

When converted to propane with the kit provided by Newage, the bbq heats up way too much. Newage do not have the technical support to fix the problem. The gas orifices provided by them are too big and I had to hire someone at my expense to fix the problem. The minimum temperature I was getting with the conversion kit was 410 degrees with burners set at minimum. Newage advised me it was normal and to use it with one one or two burner on. Ridiculous from them

The NewAge high-quality products go along with the best customer service. I've had an opportunity to reach out to NewAge customer service twice. First, I've requested that the delivery is completed before I go out of town. A customer service rep, Isha, expedited the delivery and I've received all the items today. Second, made a decision to order installation service. Called NewAge customer service today. Rashmi was very professional, quick, and thorough with putting together an installation quote. I haven't received the product yet, but I wanted to say a few words about my experience with Sales Rep Aziz S. I had a few questions on a couple of systems and I decided to use the online chat service. Aziz S was my Sales Rep. We worked through a series of questions and he was very helpful provding all the info I needed to come to a purchase decision. He generated a quote with all the product we discussed. I received an email with the quote within minutes and I was able to complete the transaction to my satisfaction. I'll write a follow up review about the product and delivery service once I receive. Went online and ordered the product within just a few days had my product in my garage had one item that was damaged contacted the company the very next day within two more days I had the damaged item replaced and setting in my garage unbelievable customer service if anyone is looking for this type product there's only one company to use New Age products!

I have been waiting 4 days for my product! I keep getting rescheduled for delivery with no notification or cancellation. I am done waiting and want what I purchased. The company I ordered from, Newage nor the delivery company (NSD, who Newage chose) is taking responsibility. I have cleared my schedule and sat at home waiting for a product that was promised to be delivered and never came. Unless you enjoy being lied to and wasting your time find a different company to work with.
