“Close-minded leadership”

This place is being led by a close-minded leadership. The people in the administration are some of the most close-minded and rigid thinkers I've ever worked with throughout my whole career as a teacher.

They never take any suggestions and feedback. They want things to go the way they have been for a long time without any innovation or advancement.
