I bought a laptop battery for an older laptop. They checked prior to shipping to double check which battery I needed. Arrived well packed and in good shape. Easy install. I was having problems getting it to work and they took care of me.
I have not build in the battery but the service was excellent because they helped me find out which battery I would need exactly. The package came super fast. I expected multiple weeks but within one week I got the package to my address in Germany. It was well packaged. If the battery has the same quality as the service I am fully satisfied.
The battery in out tablet was going weak. I ordered a new battery pack for a very fair price. Delivery took a little bit longer than predicted. The replacement battery fitted and functions without problems. The invoice was lost but within 1 day after making a notice i received it bij mail. Great after service.

Ordered a battery for my laptop. Unfortunately it dead after 11 months. After I told them about the problem, they proposes a new battery at 50% off, or a refund of 50%. I did accept the refund and got my Paypal account credited the next day.
It's the second time I bought a battery for a laptop from the site. It arrived in a nice package, well protected. No issue with delivery delays (it arrived after 2 weeks for standard delivery) or customs/VAT. I will choose them again in the future.
Honestly the only place I could find my battery for this price. I was a bit sceptical at first since it was way cheaper than competitors. But it arrived and gave new life to my laptop. If i need a new battery in a few years. This will be the first place i will look.

The delivery took to long, and the received battery was not the correct. Nevertheles, None to blame, as laptop adapters is a jungle by itself. FIVE STARS for excellent support. Re-fund was quick and uncomplicated.

I recommend this site 100%, delivery is very fast (minimum 3 days of delivery), the products are varied, the site ensures in person by mail (no robot) that your product is the one ordered. And to finish the protection of the product is perfect, bubble wrap around and wide foam on each side of the product!

One day my laptop's battery stopped working. And this offered the cheapest price so I immediately ordered.
And in the end, I couldn't get the battery because of the shipping issue. I wasn't sure if I could get refunded since this website is not so big nor well known either. But when I wrote email to the website, the very nice and kind stuff provided me a quick and great support. When I asked them to refund, they were so quick to do so.
So even though I couldn't get the battery, I didn't have any negative experience in overall. I'm fully satisfied with their price and customer service.

I needed a second power adapter for my Gigabyte Aero v15 - and the original spare part costs 149 Euro - this is more than even Apple demands for their parts. So I started investigation on a part that is cheaper but not much bad than the original. I found it here and although it took a long time for delivery I am absolutely satisfied. The power adapter is a bit larger than the original but works perfect. Now I don't have to carry it to work and back all day:-)
Because the delivery took a bit long I wrote a mail and got feedback immediately. Everything is as it should be.

I had bad luck with the battery I ordered. The first problem raised with the connector I had to trick with to make it work. Then the loading process started to ill-function worst and worst.
Each time Joe find a me an appropriate solution with refunding a part of it the first time then to ask me to leave down the defect part and refunding me the balance.
