I ordered a laptop battery there, which was shipped very quickly and "arrived" within 14 days. Unfortunately, the battery was lost at the German post and was never delivered, although it was noted in the tracking as delivered. Laptop Accessory responded quickly to mails and refunded me the entire amount, although they would not have had to do so.

I had a problem with the battery of my laptop. After some searching on the net i decided to try this site to buy a new battery. After a year of not using the battery I bought, it seemed to be dead, comprehensively, and so I complained, was offered a generous discount and ordered a new one. The fault was not the battery's as it turned out, the new one arrived fully charged and kept my tablet PC going for hours as the first had done, proving that it was the device's fault for no longer being able to recharge its batteries. I can only say thank you once more for an excellent service and the very friendly discount I got for the second battery, even if the first was perfectly OK, it would seem! Thanks a lot, Joe!

I ordered a laptop battery recently. Dispatch was prompt (3 days after order) and arrival was quick (from HK to TH), in 10 days. Packing was super safe, they did not safe on packing material. The battery works perfectly. Thank you.

They reconfirmed the correct choice of my laptop replacement battery (by asking for fotos of the old one) and informed about possible shipment delay due to Corona. All with minimum reaction time. The item arrived within the promised time line and was claimed correctly to pass through customs (shipping to Germany). I exchanged the battery (perfect fit), charged it and it provides a battery Life as good as new (if Not better). All thumbs up from me!

I ordered a power supply model DA-180C19 for an LG monitor in January 2022. It arrived after a week or 2. It worked properly and I was happy. However, after 8 months it stopped working. Testing with a voltage meter shows that it didn't provide power anymore. Also, inspection of the power supply revealed a sticker with the text "QC passed" covered by a black stripe. Underneath the stripe was a cross. So this was a unit that had failed quality control.

Afterservice was excellent: when I complained to the vendor, I received a full refund.

Needed replacement batterery for my Laptop. You will be asked if anything of your order is unclear (version number of old battery). The shipping and delivery was fast and without any problems with the German customs.
The new battery works as expected.

Just few days delay despite the virus closing, but arrived. With the compliant battery, I found in the box a medical mask. Very appriciated gift that make me think that on the oder side there are persons and not just workers.

Bought an internal battery for a T450s as mine died. After receiving the product (perfectly packed and shipped), the battery did not seem to be the issue as this one gave the same issues as the 1st one. After contact (very quick response!) with seller, a full refund was given immediately!

It was the first time for me to buy from this site. Was a bist skeptical in the first place as there are a lot of places out ther selling you accessories as originals and then you receive aminor product. This was not the case here. While shipping cost are bit on the expensive side, it was supper fast and the battery I got was exactly the one I want. So no worries at all.

Replacement part was easy to find and after receiving it, also easy to build in.
What's the however... I choose for a normal delivery, I got the time due the COVID 19 virus.
Normal it will take about two weeks, however not by the fault of the sender it took almost 4 weeks.
This is because the COVID 19 virus, but also the extra checks on lithium batteries.
So, if you need it within 2 weeks, dont use the normal delivery.
