I would like to note the good work of Laptop Accessory. Bought a laptop battery. All technical details were thoroughly clarified with me before delivery. Delivery, packaging - all excellent. The battery is included in the work, the capacity is excellent, the charge holds well.

One thing that surprised me is that, if you are in doubt or if you need help on choosing the cables you can wtite the name of your laptop and somebody from the site will help you by e mail.

After a 3 weeks delay I had asked PayPal to refund, but Laptop Accessory´s Joe contacted me to tell me that the battery was on its way and so it was! It arrived only 1 week later. So I paid of course and the battery arrived safely and worked properly. As the battery was a present for friends for their medion laptop, I am not able to show photos. I consider it good service despite the long procedure, as we all are suffering from the lockdown.

I bought three batteries from this website and one of them didn't work because of the tablet wasn't working properly, when I told them about the problem they refunded me with the money with no doubts, I would buy again from them definitely.

I had ordered the battery for my daughters laptop. I was not sure if I was ordering the right one as this is not a standard branded laptop. All I did was match the photo. The delivery was quick and the battery is of great quality.

My battery took a while to arrive, but during the COVID pandemic I cannot be really demanding.
Overall the customer service, the delivery and the battery were really good and met my expectations!

Shipment took somewhat longer than usual, but since it was during the pandemic i still think it was okay. The battery itself was well packed and was exactly as described. Upgraded my laptop from 56Wh to an 76Wh battery was a breeze!

I recommand the site because my model of battery was complicated to find and the price was good on the site so i recommand the site. Delivery was a few longer but for me the most important was find a good battery with good price and i had both.

I ordered a new battery for a Levono laptop. Because of a PayPal issue, it was sent to a wrong country. As soon as I realized that, I informed the provider. The issue was resolved immediately and I was offered a reimbursement or a re-delivery. I choose the re-delivery and got the battery in two days! Excellent service and policy. Thanks!
