I subscribed to their free trial, never received either product but was charged full amounts for each product after their "trial period". I have been trying to get a refund from these people since July 3,2016 when I was told my credit card would be credited within 3-5 business days. Today is August 26,2016 and I have just completed my 12th call to the customer care centre and have been promised my complaint will go to upper management to get me a refund as soon as possible. When pushed the answer was 3-5 business days. I'm not holding my breath! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, at best they are not reputable!
