Ditto all the previous reviews! Technical glitches, being rerouted constantly, taken back to section already completed. NO customer service! Now blocked and told to re-register and pay fee again cuz supposedly didn't answer one of the numerous verification questions correctly, which is incorrect! And my insurance agent recommended this course! BIG FAIL!
Please don't wast time. They don't have any customer service at all. They have big time system error for Voice biometric checking system. In the middle of course they will lock you out and you never able to talk with them.

Ripoff?.you must fill out the survey to start the course.if you fail one of the modules you have to reregister again and pay a new registration fees.the course contains error your timer is off meaning if you are listening the recorder and it it done talking you have to wait few minutes for the timer to finish before you answer the question.you waist half your time listening to statistics vs learning.and most of the questions are about how many and how much vs education how to avoid accident and learn safety.I think the whole industries are about their pockets vs reduction of accidents or the safety of the people

I never even answered a question on the 1st quiz and they failed me and locked me out. I waited hours for a reponce on CHAT but never got one. I think this is a scam! I wish I could have rated 0 stars!
Stay away from this company, they don't answer the call, log you out. I couldn't log in for three days and after finally logging in on my phone, they opped a questions that I couldn't even read. I clicked on the wrong button and the blocked me out asking me to reregister. Shameful company. STAY AWAY, try "I drive Safely" company, same price much better services

I purchased this and caught COVID. I had 3 days left to complete my online course and I was only 4 chapters away from finishing… for them to lock me out of my account before my time was allotted? A SCAM. I had 3 days left to finish. I contacted customer service and that wasn't even helpful. This company is a SCAM. I got conned out of the time I had left. I refuse to repay for this crappy service.

I would use any other means to complete this course other than this site, kept crashing, stopping, timer was off, fast forwarded and slowed down. Not good! Stay away.
After paying for the course and midway through it - I failed 1 question 3 times and was told am blocked from course and have to pay for it AGAIN and take it all from beginning over AGAIN. This is a scam and their online reviews are totally FALSE on their site - AVOID this course - instead of saving money it is making me pay for course over and over again if you get any question wrong. Somehow the search algorithm keeps showing this course at the top - I wish this review would show with it to tell people that this course will just keep taking your money if you don't get all the questions right.

Customer service sucks they will make up excuses after excuses. I used there service back in February 2021 and I still have never received a hard copy to give my personal auto insurance company. I had to email the electronic one I got from these turds. I saw the add online, the price is really attractive, under $30 for the defensive driving class. I was about 70% done after 4 long hrs of watching the class and passing all the test. When I got to session 3, at the quiz I failed 3 times on the chapter test and I just got a message: "Sorry you fail, must register again and retake the entire program". IS that fair?. I thought the would let me retake just the chapter again...and not the entire class...and to repay on top of that! I THINK IT'S BECAUSE I DIDN'T TAKE THE PREMIUM PACKAGE, THAT INCLUDES EXTRA COSTS.
I have used this course for many years and it was always ok but i just had to re-due my defensive driving course and I paid for it with a Premier pass which is a guarantee passing kind of thing. I did it and was surprised when I got half way thru and got a few questions wrong and was locked out. I called and was on hold for 40 mins and then it happen again when i was at end of the course and i tried to call, write, email and nothing! Finally the chat person tells me i have to pay again because this happen. He didn't care or anything. I will NEVER EVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN. I don't know what happen to this company but I will never use them and I will continue to tell others to never use them again! I rather sit in a live class because I will for sure pass. This locking out stuff is a joke!

I took pre licensing course and was blocked for some wrong security answers.
I wasted 5-6 hours and now they are asking for reregistration. It is scam stay away.

Sub par site... use another one if you can. Very user unfriendly, site and customer service crashed midway through my test. Not willing to help. DO NOT USE THIS SITE!
I signed up for the course with AAA. But after trying to do the course by answering questions on my iPhone, I got locked out for answering questions wrong. All I did was hit the back button my browser and then forward. Complained and got a refund. Fine. Whatever. Not going to do that again.
Signed up for what I thought was a different program through the NY Safety Council and ended up BACK WITH THE SAME TEST WITH CERTUS. Turns out it's backend service by Certus with multiple front end entry points through reputable companies. And their program is not even mobile device compatible. Forget about trying to click the tiny arrows in their horrible UI on your phone.
They ask for way too much biometric info, customer support is rude af if you don't give them your DOB OVER CHAT, which is completely risky, THE DON'T NEED YOUR VOICE BIOMETRICS, and if you don't complete the course in 30 days, you've got to pay again. No refunds given.

I am deaf and I am unable to do voice authentication. I have issues with Live Chat with JEANETTE and RHONDA. I was on a live chat and that person ended the conversation when I was not done. I waited a long time and I didn't get what I need. My account is locked when I tried to do biometrics verification. It is IMPOSSIBLE to do this because I will need to use an interpreter service to unlock my account. The biometrics verification has a time limit and I was not able to complete the information to unlock my account. I explained to live chat that I didn't have an issue with logging in to my account and was able to waive the voice part because I CAN'T do the voice part.
I am EXTREMELY disappointed in this service. This is not a deaf-friendly service. This is against the ADA law for not being able to accommodate our needs.
I am only ONE module away from being able to complete the course and I've been trying to get in my account.
All of this, I spent was trying to get in the course more than learning the course.
I would NOT recommend this course to Deaf people.
