“SCAM...DON'T USE!”

Lynn W.

Ditto all the previous reviews! Technical glitches, being rerouted constantly, taken back to section already completed. NO customer service! Now blocked and told to re-register and pay fee again cuz supposedly didn't answer one of the numerous verification questions correctly, which is incorrect! And my insurance agent recommended this course! BIG FAIL!

They will lock you out of your course, refuse to help you, put you on hold for three hours then charge you again when your course expires. A scam.

Took my money and blocked me out after reading one passage. They should not be allowed to take money and not provide service. Next step BBB

NYS safety counsel site is VERY deceptive and rules are not clearly conveyed upon registration (unethical). My wife and I had to pay for two sessions each (@$25per) because we didn't select the Premium service for an addl't $2.95 fee. Premium service allows for unlimited log-on's and missed questions. We did not know that we could get locked out of the course either by exceeding the allowed log-in attempts (answering the TIMED security questions correctly or exceeding the allowed missed questions). The premium option does not state what it covers - you have to select the 'info' button next to the Premium option to see what the addl't charges include. This is very deceptive and they do this for good reason- so they can take advantage of the customer and force you to pay more $. When I chatted with a live representative to try an upgrade during the course, they said you could only do it upon registration - "the rules are the rules" is what I was told.

My wife and I both spent 5 to 5.5 hrs (of the 6hr allotment) completing the course to find out in the last hr that we our accounts were blocked and not only had to restart an entirely new course but to have to pay another $25 fee for course registration. What a joke and total ripoff! What makes it more unbelievable is you have to answer ~15 security questions and record 3 consecutive voice statements to even register - it's more questions to get into this course than I had to answer for my home mortgage or open my bank accounts. You would think that with this level of security that you should be allowed more than two opportunities during the course and/or be able to speak with a customer service representative to unlock your account using a combination of all the security questions you have to set initially. Buyer beware!
