For almost a year now their billing system has gotten awful and worse. It is either wrong every single month or I never get a bill at all. Also, when I call customer service for any reason, 1) I can't understand them due to call center in South America and the language barrier (they promised was going to be better), 2) I am on a call trying to fix an issue for 30 minutes or more and one time over an hour, 3) They don't understand me or what I want and they think it's fixed and whatever issues I had worsens and something else goes wrong. Sometimes I come in to the office and things were working fine one month, and then the other month, inexplicably, nothing works they way it should have from initial setup. The setup is horrendous and all-in-all just terrible customer service across the board. Don't even come close if your life depended on it.
This company is terrible. Can never get help right away. We've been trying to add service for months and still can't get it installed. There is nobody "responsible" for anyone's account so you are starting over EVERY time you call. They clearly don't have access to each other's notes, or they don't look/care. Their solution, unplug and plug back in. NEVER works. Does anyone have any recommendations for better companies?
I've only used Nexogy twice and was not sure how to schedule or set up a "call in" line. Jay Gonzalez assisted me in the scheduling of a telephone conference and he was honestly amazing, friendly, patient and scheduled the telephone conference in less than five minutes. I am very satisfied with the service provided by both Jay and Nexogy. Will definitely be using them more often.
I have been a customer for over 4 years with nexogy. My office is using their hosted pbx service in ft lauderdale and two international locations and i have to say this is one of the most serious and responsible companies i've worked with. We have around 79 ip phones and of course we've had trouble one day or two, but their support and response time must be the envy of a much bigger at&t or verizon.

I have had nexogy for about 2 years now and I must say that their service has allowed my team and myself take advantage of every opportunity that comes are way due to their FLEXIBLE phone capabilities. They have helped increase my companies revenue. This by far has been a great experience. I understand that there are issues from time to time but nexogy does everything in their power to solve the issue right away. I would highly recommend their service to others.
Jay assisted us with training and setting up our new voice mails. Our phone system is very intricate and although easy after Jay's instructions, we felt more confident in handling it. Jay, thank you so much for your patience and wonderful training!
We could not be happier with nexogy. The quality of voice is great as well as the training for the system which was easier than expected. Customer service is above average. The auto attendant was a bit tough to setup myself but their support helped make the process easy!
I have only been with Nexogy for a few months, and so far so good. The one thing I have noticed is that their customer service far exceeds that of my previous phone company. I have been dealing with Marlene Cabrera, and I hope to continue having her as my point of contact since she has consistently handled any problems I may run into in a professional manner. Any problems I have encountered have been fixed immediately, and I receive phone calls right away from tech support letting me know what they are doing to solve my issue. After we switched to nexogy we could integrate all our team with the phone system, even if they were not in the office. Our team is spread out and usually not in office, everyone having their extension with them at all times improved our communication efficiencies. User portals provided are extremely useful for us to manage our own system. It takes some time to learn how to use it but after that you have complete control and no need for anyone else to do it for you. Extremely happy with the product.
Had a problem with one of our lines. Vanessa took my call, pleasantly, and offered a temporary work-around for immediate relief. Then went to task, handled the problem within a few minutes, followed up, confirmed all working as should. One step ahead of me the whole time, and ready, willing, and eager to help and PLEASE. Right on Vanessa... keep up the good work.
Vanessa is the true definition of a professional. She is always so efficient and goes above and beyond to assure customer satisfaction. She has helped me with a few issues with our account and I can honestly say she is my go to person at nexogy. I rather not talk to anyone else but her only because I know she will always have a solution! She is such a great asset to this company! Five stars all the way!

We were having problems as a real estate company with after hours and weekend calls delayed until our return on the next day or Monday morning. We felt we were losing possible clients. With Lexi's fantastic instruction, I was able to set up a phenomenal auto attendant that could prompt callers to agents direct cell lines when office staff were unavailable to answer the phone. It is all set up and each number verified, and our Agents and staff are much happier with this service and what it provides our customers. Since becoming a client I have only had to call in a few times but Erick and Jay are always very helpful and have always found a way to help me quickly and efficiently. Love that you can email technical support and they respond quickly. Generally, the few issues we have had over the years we have had service through Nexogy, they resolve the problem within 1-2 hours. We have had Nexogy going on 10 years; one of the reasons we've stayed with them has been their super responsive and very friendly technical and customer support staff -- on top of the great rates we get from them!
We’ve been with nexogy for quite some time now. The quality of the service is real good and we are very happy they now offer support here in the USA. Pricing lowered and we were immediately on the new plan, saving evermore month after month. My only recommendation to potential and/or existing customers is to have good quality bandwidth for all your internet needs including VoIP. We have WiMax service from nexogy but also a dedicated Switched Ethernet from AT&T that also nexogy offered us. Keep up the good work!

I called in regards to a hold button that was not working at times. I spoke with Vanessa originally who was very nice and she thought that we may need to purchase a new phone, after speaking with my manager I called back to find out the cost of a new phone and Jay was the one that received my call. He gave me directions on how to put a call on hold without the call button and it worked perfectly when he called so I could try it out.
