Wonderful experience with nexogy that
Took care of some problems I didn't think it was possible
Vanessa Echevarria really helped us out as we were in a bind. We had been trying since early in the afternoon to forward calls from our Tampa location to our Miami location. She stepped in and took control of the situation and got it done. I commend her highly for her effort and skill.
Whenever I have an issue with my fax or phone it is never a bother to contact Nexogy because they are always very kind and eager to solve your problems.
I have been very fortunate to get Jay more than once and I couldn't be happier!
He does a wonderful job and makes sure I am comfortable with what is happening.

It had been 2 years since I first recorded the outgoing greeting on our phones. Just recently, our firm name changed and I had to record a new greeting but had forgotten how to do so. I reached out to Vanessa Echevarria at Nexogy for help. I called and spoke to support Rep. Lexi who advised me what to do to resolve my phone from ringing random calls at all sort of hours. She called it "bot calls" and advised me to reboot the system and step-by-step on how to reboot the phone. Afterwards I had no more random calls and its back to normal for the past few days... Today I received a new Cisco IP phone and I called Nexogy to program it. First I was helped by Lexy and later by Jay Gonzalez. Both were very knowledgeable and patient, guiding me through the programming and resolving all my issues.
Answer: I agree with the previous poster. Their technical support is completely incompetent. You have to speak in their language and even then they don't understand what the problem is. It's a complete joke.
