Nexogy Service Call

The system was dropping calls and it was sometimes hard to hear each party. I called and spoke w/Eric Nunez and explained the situation. He was extremely pleasant and asked me to email him some of the phone numbers and times of the calls so they could open a ticket. The system seems to be working much better and I was impressed that Eric sent me a personal follow-up email.

Top notch support

Javier Mendo has shown excellent attention to detail when providing support and he has been instrumental into getting some of our more complicated projects off the ground. Hold Button Issue
January 30, 2016

I called in regards to a hold button that was not working at times. I spoke with Vanessa originally who was very nice and she thought that we may need to purchase a new phone, after speaking with my manager I called back to find out the cost of a new phone and Jay was the one that received my call. Jay was excellent and suggested we try something before we went forward with a purchase - Jay saved the day! He gave me directions on how to put a call on hold without the call button and it worked perfectly when he called so I could try it out. Jay was extremely polite and helpful - he made my day and my managers day when we didn't have to purchase a new phone at this time. Thank you so much Jay!

My Nexogy phone system works almost without fail, and if there is any interruption, there is a notification and prompt resolution. The pricing seems fair enough. But since installation some years ago, my business has changed, my needs have changed, and no doubt technology has changed, and I have no idea if I have an Account Representative or who I am able to call to discuss my account. All of the communication from Nexogy is very automated and in one direction. I would love it if a live human with good English was able to come and spend a morning at my office to see what I have and what I might need and to assist with my phone system.

Horrible billing and customer service

Nexogy has ridiculously poor customer service. They have been duplicating charges on our account for almost 12 months and they have not given us a credit. I've been contacting them for 45 days via email and phone asking for our credit with no progress whatsoever. However, they are competent enough to charge cancellation fees.

I trust you are well, Transolve Global is a new client for Nexogy, and I have been blessed to having worked with Ms. Marlene Cabera over the last several days. Too many times, we miss out on the opportunity to commend someone, but some find the time to always complain about people, only focusing on the bad and never the good.

As mentioned, we miss out sometimes on taking the time, a short few minutes, to recognize outstanding performance in customer appreciation, service, follow up, and above all, patience with customer that is not the brightest bulb on the tree when it comes to new technology. Ms., Cabera is what every company needs, a valuable asset to both your organization and mine. The first voice that the customer hears when he/she calls in with issues, the calming voice as she walks you through what needs to be done, never condescending, always understanding that not everyone has the technical ability to set up the system and being operational.

After we switched to nexogy we could integrate all our team with the phone system, even if they were not in the office. Our team is spread out and usually not in office, everyone having their extension with them at all times improved our communication efficiencies. User portals provided are extremely useful for us to manage our own system. It takes some time to learn how to use it but after that you have complete control and no need for anyone else to do it for you. Extremely happy with the product.

We could not be happier with nexogy. The quality of voice is great as well as the training for the system which was easier than expected. Customer service is above average. The auto attendant was a bit tough to setup myself but their support helped make the process easy!

Best service experience!

We’ve been with nexogy for quite some time now. The quality of the service is real good and we are very happy they now offer support here in the USA. Pricing lowered and we were immediately on the new plan, saving evermore month after month. My only recommendation to potential and/or existing customers is to have good quality bandwidth for all your internet needs including VoIP. We have WiMax service from nexogy but also a dedicated Switched Ethernet from AT&T that also nexogy offered us. Keep up the good work!
