My husband noticed them right away! He really likes them, and I think they look very nice-even when they are not lit up!
My only issue is that the battery packs are a bit cumbersome and have to be turned on and off on each separate battery case, so if you have 3 branch sets in one base you are picking all branches up to turn on six battery packs, dropping them back inside the vase and doing that again for turning off. It's unfortunate there's not a single remote that could be set to turn all lights on and off -would eliminate the hassle of finding each battery pack(some battery operated candle sets have remotes to facilitate turning many candles on and off at the same time).

I ordered 3 motion sensor lights. Two did not work. One worked briefly and then failed. Next deal sent me 2 replacements. Both were faulty.
I attempted to get my money back but a Doris claimed a warranty was 60 days. The company is awful and the products are complete junk. Beware of this company.

Same as everyone else. Ordered shark and fish November 30. Never came. Contacted through their website, just got automated response. Calling bank tomorrow and filing with better business. BOYCOTT CHINA!

I've been lied to about this company's location, ( not in the U.S. like they claimed), not given any explanation for why my order cannot be tracked and I do not recommend doing business with these people!'n

Purchased cardigan poor quality very badly finished.

No labels on the cardigan to indicate the material composition, nor washing instructions and definitely doesn't feel like lamb's wool

Customer service response was useless, suggesting I should call them with any questions.

They don't even deserve a one star. Cool looking gadgets when viewing online, they do not work in person. I stupidly bought the flying fish. Impossible to reach any customer support and my order was delivered one month after I ordered it. Totally unacceptable. Stick to Amazon.com for ordering online.

I bought 12-15 sets of the waterfall led lights which the company shows as outdoor lighting. Over the last 2 years half the sets have stopped work because the plugs are not water tight and moister leaks into the circuitry. They have refused to stand behind the product and continue to advertise them for outdoor use.

I placed an order on November 28 for fairy lights. I was supposed to receive in approx. 15 days. After 20 days, I emailed them several times but with no response. I found their FB page and made my complaint there. They finally responded but still no lights. Also, although Next Deal gave me a tracking number, I called the post office and this merchandise is ineligible for tracking. I have asked for a refund, but of course they are not responding. Any suggestions of how I can be refunded? Thank you.

Purchase arrived from UK but I was advised by the customer service the return had to be made to China@ my own expense which cost me £12.50! I also had paid for delivery for goods that were nothing like advertised! Disgusted with this Company! I would choose rating of minus 0 if possible!

Received my order really fast. In light of my past experience buying from other online stores, I was half expecting to receive it after a month, but the package was actually delivered in 10 days. The solar motion lights have been working great.

Bought white beachy dress... horrible horrible horrible... looks like a small back in the day negligee. I don't know why I still buy from these scam companies... I have learned my lesson this time. They keep selling with different names and cute pictures but they all sell crap.

Do not purchase any products from this company. I purchased three sets of Solar fairy lights from this firm.
One set failed after two weeks. They asked me to video the product so that they could ascertain what the fault was and send it to them. I suggested that videoing a sealed Black box would not be helpful. After informing them of my consumer rights they sent me a Return Merchandise Authorisation form with a cut out address label addressed to GuangDong in China. The return was to be at my expense. They know this will not happen for a £20 refund. Give Next Deal Shop a wide birth.

This place boast of 48 hour shipping with 24/7 customer service which both are false! I ordered 4 Solar-Powered Motion Sensor Lights Order date: Oct 3,2016 17:31:00 CDT. After many emails finally got a tracking # on 10/7. At this writing 10/20/16 and over 15 emails the tracking of these have not shown any movement and still no lights! I've asked many times for a refund which they will not address! The phone # they have listed thru PayPal is a non working #!

Initially I was happy with my first order. The lights worked perfectly (battery operated) so I ordered another 2 for an upcoming party. They take an absolute age to come. Finally arrived today but only one in the package. I think it will be a nightmare to resolve.
Think I'll stick to proper shops.

Where a couple reviews are 5 star perfection, many more are claiming shoddy products or not getting products at all. I was one such case where I revived nothing and though was communicated with attentively, was never given any sort off refund, only that I should reorder the item purchased. Do not give them your card information. They'll run with it.

I ordered two outdoor lights on Dec. 6. As of Jan. 14, they are not here. I have sent emails twice asking to cancel and refund my money. I have also complained through PayPal, that may do some good.
Their response to me is just like everyone else: It's stuck in a USPS in China. Is that even real? Here is their verbatim response:
"It seems that your orders tracking info has not been updated for an abnormally long time.
Your warranty does not cover such situation since we have properly prepared your order and transferred it to the post office for delivery. It is your couriers responsibility to transport your package and make sure it is shipped in a timely manner.
However, we do want you to have good shopping experience with us. Therefore I have gone ahead and created a new order for free to be sent out to you as soon as possible."
This is BS. They are responsible for picking a shipper that gets the packages to their customer.

In March I purchased a small solar light to hang over my house number. I sent it up on June first. It worked for three days and then it rained. Has not worked since. I sked for a replacement or refund and was told only had a 30 day warranty.
I could stop payment but not worth he hassle. Don't purchase from this site it does not stand behind products they sell nor do they believe in Customer Service.

I'm not sure why there are so many complaints, but I am going to give a positive review... I placed an order on 08/06/18, was immediately sent a confirmation, and within a few days had a tracking number. The item came from China and was in my mailbox yesterday, 08/15/18! I ordered an off the shoulder striped top, and I absolutely LOVE it! Good quality, fit, and SO darn cute! I will definitely purchase other items in the future... thanks #nextdealshop!

The cheapest crap from China is what you will find here. If you are lucky and it works for a while, once it breaks down, there is no warranty or any customer service to help you. 60 day return is all they offer. STAY AWAY!

First off the shipping from this company is horrendous. 16 days for a strand of lights to he delivered. Made several complaints to customer service with zero attempt to fix the horrible shipping times. Second the products are cheap and don't last for more than a few weeks tops. Ordered solar stand alone lights they worked a week then slowly all stopped working completely. So horrible shipping combined with bad products equals I would never purchase from this company again.

Purchased Snow Fall lights, not well designed at all. Cable from last light to plug is approx 1 metre, plug is also not waterproof even tho lights are!
Such a short cable means you have to wrap the plug into plastic bag or similar and you an extension cable.
Disappointed - expected more cable for ease of use. Obviously done to keep their profit margins!

They sell really $#*!ty products guys don't waste your money. I bought solar lights and they worked for 2 days and then they broke and stopped working. Cost me $170. They were literally $#*!. Please don't be fooled by their nice website. They purposely sell you the bottom of the barrel Chinese crap that nobody should ever put on the market

I shop online a lot. I've been fortunate to have had some really great experiences with who and where I buy from... Until now. Nextdealshop is literally an online shoppers nightmare. I have nothing good to say, I don't believe it's a real company. Absolute joke, $#*!s.
