After an easy ordering process with clear information presented upfront, the delivery was quite timely (swift really, considering) and the products were as expected if not better. I have chosen to now shop in this manner rather the way I always have. Difficult for me to change my ways (I still have audio and video cassettes), but I do so with gratitude to you. Thank you.

Placed order on Nov 27.
No tracking number given until Dec 14.
Order has supposedly been sitting in a facility in China since Dec 14.
Emails to company get no response.
Complaints on facebook are deleted, and now I sm blocked from commenting on their page.
Filed dispute with PayPal.

I wish I'd read the previous reviews before handing over my money! Two and a half weeks later, no order. The "tracking" continually says its waiting on feedback from their carrier... I emailed the company three times through their "contact us" site, regarding my concern, with no response.
I'm filing a claim against my credit card and hope to get my money returned. Stay away from this company!

My order of black wire connectors for adding a solar light to my black gazebo arrived very quickly.
There was no color choice, but after I emailed customer service they were able to send me the black ones. This dedication to their customers is much appreciated and I highly recommend this online store.
Unfortunately I didn't save the online receipt as proof of purchase, but I will the next time. I will check out this site the next time I need something hard to find. Thank you Next Deal Shop.

I had doubts when I bought my lights for my garden but was quickly surprised and at awe to see the beauty they display with alternate change of colors. I must also say that the customer service received was very professional. I will definitely order more for myself and a gifts. I recommend you use this company for your solar light display.

I bought a few items from them, including some light strings and brick lights for my mother's back yard. She received them last week and showed me her new set-up. I was very impressed! The lights put out just the right amount of light and they looked so lovely!

Love these Water fountain/bird baths have 2 constant source of enjoyment playing in my garden with the birds visiting & my plants are being watered by the constant spray & listening to the water trickling while i am working from home a very comforting sound. Good for the soul

I ordered 3 sets of Fairy Christmas Lights. One worked for one night, the second for a few hours, and the third for two days. Emailed the company because I wanted a replacement but didn't think I should bare the cost of shipping them back. They replied asking for a video, which I cannot provide since the lights went off during the night at different times. I send me numerous emails with pictures of the three sets at different time of evening /night. Never heard from them again. I wish I had read the reviews on this site before I placed my order with those crooks.

I made my order on dec 6, they told me 20 days I should receive my items. The tracking number they gave me was not updated at all and their excuse was sometimes the tracking company gets busy and doesn't update right away, BS, they scan items and the computer updates is automatically! They give fake shipping numbers! I tried contacting them via email and didn't get any replies back, so I went to their FB page. There were a lot of complaints there but they tend to delete all negative comments. They claimed they don't have a number to contact them at, and to email them, but they don't respond to email... after enough negative comments they finally contacted me back on fb... I paid through PayPal and was going to give it another week before I made a claim and sure enough Jan 10 I received my items. I don't know, maybe I can't count but that's seems it's a lot more than 20 days...

Let me add to the other one-star review. Products NEVER received. BUT people, just call your credit/debit card company and let them know this company is a scammer. They'll refund your money and eventually pull their merchant services contract and rights to accept credit cards.

I placed an order for a bird bath solar fountain. It took several weeks for the item to arrive. I followed all instructions for set up and use and read all of Next Deals' additional provisions of reasons they would not replace or refund the item. Upon proper set up, the fountain worked for approx. 20 minutes before it stopped functioning completely. Regretfully, I did not check review sites like this or Next Deals' site's return/refund policies; buyer must pay for return shipping in all original packaging and there is a 20% restocking fee for returns. Those costs would be approx. Half of the item cost. Given that and the reviews I have read here and on other sites, I will not be attempting the return process which is reported to be inadequate, frustrating and of no recourse. This is a definite buyer beware company.

Love the multi color light string. The remote is so convenient and the choice of beautiful, true to color lights are fantastic! Trying to think where I could put more around our house. My photo is my dining room table but doesn't do justice to the gorgeous color.

They won't answer any e-mails. All I want to do is exchange a top size and no one replies.
There are plenty of good sites, keep away in case you want to exchange something.
They never get back to you. I have been trying to reach someone for 3 weeks now.

I really liked this fountain accessory! It fits in any style of water ensemble; fountain, pool, bird bath or garden decoration. What I loved most about it is that no batteries or electricity is required. I am all for saving electricity and anything done with the sun's help, is just AWESOME.

Have ordered several items from this company and have had good experiences. Great products and customer service, will order more. The solar items look great in backyard, love them not having to use electricity or batteries

Bought these lights for Christmas so haven't used them yet however I tested them and the warm light colour is gorgeous. I just love that these are solar powered too and will be purchasing more.

I have bought several lights. For my dark path. The ones I bought are more fore lighting affects on tres and bushes. And two didn't work. Then I tried motion activated lights placed on my deck. They worked one day. All get sunlight to charge. I now have purchased two motion active lights to hopefully shine light on my dark path. Haven't set them up yet.Im a widow, 73. All were easy to install. Most of the flat circular disc's worked but two. The company are very friendly, and professional.

Bought an item as a gift for my daughter. She did not like the way it fit. (Headphones we're not at all comfortable!). When I requested to return the item, they would not pay for return shipping. It would have cost me more to return it to CHINA than the item cost me…. Plus the paperwork involved horrendous! Never shop here if you want good customer service!

I love everything I've purchased from Next Deal Shop. That's saying a lot. Fast delivery and all the merchandise I have received has exceeded my expectations. I buy more things here, than any other online shop, that's the truth! :)

I LOVE these Solar LED Flowers that fit in nicely in my garden in front of my house. They're even pretty during the day when not lit up! At night when they light up, the LED lights are so bright and vibrant! I hope they're long-lasting too. Highly recommend for a beautiful decorative garden.

I ordered an item from them months ago and never received the product. When I contacted them weeks later to tell them, they literally sent me 7 emails going back and forth asking for PROOF that I didn't receive the item, as they said it was delivered. Seriously? I would not be wasting my time going back and forth with you over a stupid $15 item if I received it! You need to trust your customers. You are the dishonest ones!

I ordered several snowfall lights from them at the beginning of December for my Christmas decoration. The lights are absolutely gorgeous! Delivery was okay. I accidentally deleted my tracking info and asked them to help. They responded very fast.

I received hanging butter flies, love, and I got a bird bath fountain, love that too. The only thing that had me worried was my order took longer then I thought. Can't send a picture don't now how, sorry
