Reading the reviews here I had written off the possibility of getting what I ordered (glow-in-the dark garden pebbles). But in all honesty they did arrive in a timely manner, and appear to be what I expected.

They have great service. My dealing with their customer service was to my satisfaction, despite what other reviews say. I usually like to ask a lot of questions before buying, and they were very patient with me.

This company must get audit by consumer relations for selling a very poor product! I purchased an LED outdoor light. It never worked from the day I've received it. Contacted them so many times. They asked my to send them a video and pictures wich I did twice. They never replied back and they never returned my money.
This company must be shut down as I discovered all the positive reviews about their product is fake!

My sequined rose gold top arrived and looks exactly as pictured and fits to size. I was worried after reading the reviews on Next Deal. However my parcel arrived exactly on time and in good shape. I would not hesitate to order from this site again.

Placed a second order with this company for an outdoor solar light. I never received a confirmation email and the light never arrived, but I was billed on my credit card. Contacted the company and they stated they could find no record of any order under my name or email address. I have repeatedly requested an address so I can send them a copy of my credit card bill and in my conversation with them it has been repeatedly ignored. I will NEVER order anything from them again

Received merchandise, no paperwork with merchandise. I have been trying to dispute the charge through paypal with no luck and can not get anyone on the phone. I would love to return this merchandise to the company, They said to send an email to nextdealshop.com which is not an email but a website. Merchandise is Car Back Seat Organizer that would fall apart if you put something in it.

I purchased a set of outdoor solar light strips at least 3 months ago, and I loved them. Then one night, they just stopped lighting. I contact NDS and explained my issue. I did not have a receipt. They asked for a photo and video of the product. I sent what was requested and was very surprised and EXTREMELY happy that they sent me another set, with absolutely no cost to me. The new lights are working perfectly and I could not be more satisfied.

We saw advertised a photo of 6 Solar Flame Lites, a price of $117.99 with a line through it and listed for $39.99 plus a small shipping charge. Processed our order and after almost 2 weeks came a box containing one(1) solar light. Queried Next Deal Shop and was told that the price was for only 1 lite. Amazon and others have them for, pending on supplier; two to four for the same price as what I thought they were advertising as "Black Friday" pricing. Now they won't reply as to how to return item for a credit. We now realize why we deal with Amazon instead of companies as this. Stay away from this company.

They advertise on Facebook many beautiful things that lure you in to their site. My advice... don't go there! I ordered solar powered string lights for my backyard deck. When fully charged the lights were so dim, it didnt even illuminate the steps enough to see there were steps! When I emailed the company and told them I want to return, they asked me to "video tape" the product.?! And they asked me to check for missing parts, and assured me they can help to make it better. I just wanted to return it because its a crappy product! Finally after 4 emails they agreed to let me return and gave me an address in CHINA!
So I have to ship these $25 string lights to CHINA for a refund?! Pretty sure the shipping would cost more than the product itself! Now Im stuck with a product that doesn't work and I'm out $25. What a rip off! Stay away from this company. You'll only be disappointed!

Everytime I contact this company with concern about my lost parcel, Next Deal, they only reply with the tracking number that I received when I originally placed my order.
Despite my informing them when the last posting was for that tracking number (6 weeks prior to firstcontact) they still repeat back to me my own words as if they're telling me something. They only respond withdrawing information. That's it. What is wrong with people like that? Devious crooks.

I ordered a grass trimmer May 8 2020. It is June 24th No trimmer. Tried to contact them and they gave me a pat answer from some kind of computer answer. I contacted PayPal and it's no help. I will never order from this company or any other company from China. They are all over the internet posing as US stores

In October, I ordered and received a miniature fountain to go in my bird bath. It never worked. I contacted them and was told to send a video of it not working! I thought that was weird. I have complied with everything they have asked of me but they keep asking me for proof that I have sent over and over again. I have had a lot of correspondence with them but I still have a product that doesn't work and they have my money. I am retired and live on a fixed income and cannot afford this. It is, honestly, the worst service I have ever had online. They are thieves. I'm not sure how this all works, but why would Amazon be associated with such a crooked company? Next Best Deal is made of up thieves... Chinese thieves!

They promote outdoor solar lights but they don't last. When I asked for replacement after only using it for less than 3 months, they said their warranty is only for 60 days and offered a 20% discount to buy another one (what a joke). Obviously they know their products are crap as they only expect it to last 60 days (but also takes about 30 days to get to you).

I ordered three strings of solar lights for Xmas for my outdoor trees. The lights arrived late, just two days before Xmas day, though I had purchased in the beginning of December. Though the company is posing as a US company the address on the box was Hong Hong.We immediately installed the lights which took two days to power up and then worked only for a night and then stopped working again. The would come on periodically and very weakly. I opened a case with PayPal which offered me to return them for my money back as long as I returned them in the same condition I received them. How was I supposed to do that when they were sitting outside on the threes? I dropped my case but promised NEVER to buy from this seller and to leave a fitting review.

I had a query recently and this was handled by a lady named Doris. I am not to clever on computers yet Doris helped me all the way. Following up issues I could not sort out. She was amazing and nothing was to much trouble for her. She is such an asset to your company. I will not hesitate to make further purchases from you with the back-up I received it made me feel most comfortable. Thank you so much and a big thank you to Doris, Kindest regards. Llew

I enjoy the products but it's not clear how long it takes to receive the products. Last time, I ordered something for an upcoming party. It said that the product would ship the following day so I figured it would take about a week to receive it. The party was over 6 weeks away and it arrived 2 days beforehand. I'd like this to be more clear

I am so happy with my order. Everything I order came and great quality, the delivery time was what I was told (2 weeks). I have ordered some of the same product from other companies and was totally disappointed. The description of the product on there site was exactly what you received.

Hi! I would like to let you know that the pebbles, I ordered 2 bags do not glow in the dark garden after two days under the sunlight. And I can't contact you. But I always count on your products and recently I ordered US *******2330 but I do not receive it yet because of covi 19.

I was so disappointed that the solar firecracker light I ordered didn't work. I emailed Next Deal Shop and they promptly responded and sent me a new light. It looks amazing in my garden! What a cool product. I only wish I could afford more of them.

Just got this today for our birdbath and it works beautifully. The fountain was shooting too high for the diameter of our birdbath (the breeze was blowing the water over the side before it landed back in the bowl), so I used a small nail to enlarge the holes in one of the wider nozzle caps which were included. The bigger holes keep the fountain spray at about a 4 - 5 inch height in full sun rather than 12-14 inches as it was the original cap.

I bought these thinking I would have them in 7 to 10 days but its been 7 days and the product still has not left their factory. They have billed me for the product even though it has not shipped. I'm thinking this company is a scam

The Solar Water Fountain works wonderfully well when the sun shines directly onto it. Once the sun goes behind a cloud, or on an overcast day - nothing.
The fountain arrived promptly and in good order.

I ordered some cute LED path lights from them based on other reviews. How wrong I was. The items did not work as expected, and the RMA required I ship them back to China not there US address. The lights total $110 and the shipping was $52. They do not reimburse for shipping. Tried to work it out with customer service- nope. Never. Ever again. Beware.
