I was overjoyed to receive this little toy lighthouse. It is beautifully made end designed of iron. I was not prepared for the fantastic light show of this product. It flashes several different colors and is powered by 3 button batteries. I live a 140 feet up in a high-rise. And I put it on my garden bench on my balcony at night. Far below throughout the night, the local police force always pause to look at the show above. Indoors, it puts on a spectacular show in the darkness of a room. This was money well spent on a fantastic novelty item..
Beware of this company. I ordered sets of holiday lights from a USA address. When they finally arrived, they were sporting an Australian plug. I asked for an exchange or refund. Did not receive either. Their claim was that I chose an incompatible and plug—(why would I purposely do that?). They have no USA distribution center and returning the items cost more than the items. The customer service is cheerful and full of useless detail to the American customer while the concept of customer satisfaction to secure future orders eludes them. A previous order from them yielded two broken cork lights and very short usb charge time. All in all... poor quality goods and abysmally inadequate understanding of customer service.
The order arrived. Not quickly but within a reasonable amount of time. I am not confident that these are safe to have installed. These have to have wiring installed inside the walls. I don't know if the several hundred dollars for an electrician is going to be justified. Then I don't see a UL approval so I am not confident on the safety.
I will not buy from them again I ordered snow fall l e d lights and they sent me meteor l e d lights instead which are not what I asked for and reading some of the reviews it seems pointless even complaining to them as others have had no satisfaction when they have complained, Do not buy from this company
I have received several responses from Thomas B. I have replied providing the information he has requested, to no avail. I was asked to provide order number information. I copy pasted that information from my PayPal transactions and emailed it using the "contact us" button on the website for NextDeal Shop. Received a reply asking for my email information to look for my order. Then why ask for the order number. You should have my email information from the numerous emails I sent. Also, they most definitely have my email as I receive daily promotional emails from them. Still trying to get a refund.
You state that your orders ship within 24 hours, mine shipped 2-3 weeks after the order was placed and did not get a shipment notice until my CC company acted on my behalf after I emailed and called and left messages for your customer service. As far as the emails are concerned, I find it interesting that I am able to receive promotional emails, daily from your company, that never go to SPAM and yet I never received one email from you regarding my complaints. I also see that I am not the only person having trouble with your products not working. I do not want a discount on replacement lights, i want a full refund. I must go out and replace 7 lights so that they all match... this should not be my problem when you STAND behind your products. Thank you
Order 7 fence post lights. Never received a shipment notice. Contacted cc company to cancel order. Suddenly I received a shipment notice. Now 3 of the 7 lights are not working. Again tried to contact them, no response. Again, called cc company, still no response from Next Deal. Would never buy anything from them again. Terrible customer service and substandard products.
I ordered the glow in the dark pebbles and NextDealShop advertises they will ship your order in 24 hours. It took over a MONTH for me to get my order and then the pebbles did NOT even glow. When I contacted them, they simply said they are "sorry for my inconvenience" and refused to refund any of my cost due to such a long delivery time and poor qualilty. They offered a 20% discount on a FUTURE order which was an insult. Definitely not going to order from them again. They lost a customer.
This is a follow up to a bad review I gave them... Im correcting it, dont order if youre in a hurry cause it will take 30 days to get your item, and no response to your emails but the item did arrive just as it was pictured but I think the sizes run 1 size smaller so just go up one! I wouldve gave a five if I had been told 30 days
I wrote a review of this "company" back on Nov. 30th, 2016. At that point I had still not received my product, some icicle lights that I had ordered on September 23rd. Finally, on January 12th, I got them. Over 3 and a half months after ordering them, and after numerous emails to them. BTW, if you get a tracking number, make sure that you have the USPS send you notifications when the product has moved to different locations. I had pretty much given up ever getting it (and was planning on going through PayPal to get my money back) when I received a tracking message. The lights are decent, but could have gotten the same thing for a bit cheaper from Amazon or other retailer, and would have avoided all of the hassles.

I ordered 1 right, and also 1 left handed. Received 2 for same hand, I emailed and sent picture, they quickly responded and sent me the other glove. I was pleased with the company, but not as satisfied with the light itself. It does not light up as well as the demonstration shows. But I did appreciate their quick response and correction in itself, even if product wasn't as good as I expected. Thank you.
Ordered a present for my grandson December 17th 8 to 14 days for delivery still not here and it's January 4th their voicemail is bogus never picks up and when they do pick up the voicemail is so unprofessional they got me for $23.99 scamming b******. I ordered lights on November 30th and was given a tracking number but it still says that its pending shipment in China. They deducted the money from my account Kama I have email them at their info at nextdealshop.com still have not heard anything I did get one response back that said it would take 20 days that was December 10th still no lights I will never order from them again. I will be reporting them to the attorney general Better Business Bureau and I'm going to flood Facebook and everything else with a warning for people to stay away they are a joke.
Altho' a bit expensive due to the American exchange rates here in Canada, I was very pleased with the quaint Xmas gifts I ordered. Everything worked well, including the LED ice cubes. Really Fun Stuff!
Love my Elegant LED Crystal Candles. I ordered three for a centerpiece on my holiday table. They are lightweight and when lit offer a warm bright glow. When not on my table during the holidays I place them lit on the windowsills. Could not be happier with my purchases.

And when I complain about the delay, I get a form letter from customer service in broken English(patience should not be spelled patients) telling me about Covid. Orders do arrive most of the time from what I can find out. However I have ordered twice and what a nightmare. So why two time then? Yes I would ask that if I was reading this. The first time It was a gift and I did a paypal dispute after 18 days, but when I got home it was in my mail box. So I canceled the dispute and even send a email to the nextdealshop saying I was sorry for the dispute and had canceled it. On that order my wife had sent a email to them and they said they never got the order. That was why I did the dispute, But as I said the item did show up. The second time I ran across the item I wanted on facebook ads and it was a great price so I thought one more chance. Well that was on 12-16-16 and as of 01/13/17 they had not responded to any emails sent and the item had not arrived so I did another dispute with paypal. Then the item showed up on 1-14-17 so I again canceled the dispute. But That is the last time I will ever order from them.

I contacted customer service about receiving a replacement for the fairy lights I ordered. I received a response with a long list of things I should do to troubleshoot the problem with the lights that will not come on, including purchasing expensive rechargeable AA batteries. I have never been told to do so many things to a brand new item that SHOULD work right out of the box. In addition to basically inspecting the lights from top to bottom, I think it's ridiculous to have to purchase rechargeable batteries for ~$10 that may not even correct the issue. When I purchase something, I expect it to work the first time and not to have to put additional money into the item. I have replied to their long instruction list with another request for refund and have started the process of a PayPal dispute. Buyer BEWARE - order these lights from someone else. Even if you have to pay more, you'll have higher quality lights that don't arrive direct from China.
I ordered three of the same product and I liked that all three came in the same pkg, delivered at the same time.
It took a little longer than I expected. But I received my order unlike others I've ordered from.
I really wanted the product and the website says "ships within 2 days" or something like that, which is Very misleading. I placed the order in early April and finally received the product on May 26th. Even with the virus-related shipping issues around PPE, I feel that the website misled me into believing I would get it much sooner than I did.
We didnt have to wait long for our masks that we ordered from Next Deal, they ship pretty fast and they keep informed of whats new and whats coming next in my email.

If you buy here you would never get your package or your money back or any decent response... lost my money! Over a month now since i placed my order and still nothing. They keep sending me a stupid tracking number which they never update. And package seems to be stuck in china... DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE TO BUY!
Be aware: SCAM SCAM SCAM. The website was tracking all the way to China but it is stored on servers in US. The owner/s used anonymous service to hide their name and address which is the preferred method for SCAM websites. They would grab your credit card information. Check it out first.
I have ordered quite a few items and have been happy with items I have recieved. I am unable to put photos up, sorry! I have ordered the twig lights and the sea glass lights with the remote. I would definitely consider ordering items from the Next Deal Shop again. I am a very happy customer!

My parcel was never sent even though they gave me a tracking number all my emails from them were the same automated respose everytime I contacted them about delivery and where my parcel was. I finally contacted paypal and told them this and wow in 24hrs I had my refund. Buyer beware they are scammers

Last month, because of the pressure of work, I had serious insomnia. A few weeks ago, i bought the star light for my daughter as a birthday present. That night, my daughter couldn't wait to enjoy this gift. According to the instruction, I lighted up the lamp.The beautiful star sky made my daughter very excited. It also took me into the fantastic sky full of beautiful colorful stars, soothing my mood. I fell into sleep soon. The next day I felt very relaxed all day long. My daughter loves this lamp very much. So do i, haha
I ordered an item from them which was $70 and I never opened the package. I refused it because I had just lost my job so I couldn't afford it. I brought it back to the post office unopened and sent it back. It ended up at a post office in Secaucus NJ who I called and they said it went out with fedex which is how it came to them. I've been contacting nextdealshop through emails and they refuse to refund me my money because they claim they don't know where the package is and it was disposed of.
