I was overjoyed to receive this little toy lighthouse. It is beautifully made end designed of iron. I was not prepared for the fantastic light show of this product. It flashes several different colors and is powered by 3 button batteries. I live a 140 feet up in a high-rise. And I put it on my garden bench on my balcony at night. Far below throughout the night, the local police force always pause to look at the show above. Indoors, it puts on a spectacular show in the darkness of a room. This was money well spent on a fantastic novelty item..
Beware of this company. I ordered sets of holiday lights from a USA address. When they finally arrived, they were sporting an Australian plug. I asked for an exchange or refund. Did not receive either. Their claim was that I chose an incompatible and plug—(why would I purposely do that?). They have no USA distribution center and returning the items cost more than the items. The customer service is cheerful and full of useless detail to the American customer while the concept of customer satisfaction to secure future orders eludes them. A previous order from them yielded two broken cork lights and very short usb charge time. All in all... poor quality goods and abysmally inadequate understanding of customer service.
I ordered 2 items through this company. One came is a good response time. The other order has never been received and communicating with Next Deal Shop is a joke. The response emails always say the same "Delivery may be delayed"; and this is after a 24 hour declared ship time. Currently the "Delivery may be delayed" is over 60 days. In fact, the item has never even been shipped.
I found it absolutely amazing that you never great a direct answer from their non-existent customer service department until you leave a negative review. They do list a phone number, but the problem with that is they do not answer the phone.
I just want my refund. I do not even trust the validity of this item at this time. I will say one thing, Next Deal Shop is sure fast to take your money and maybe you will get your shipment fast; all that is good. However, buyer beware is your shipment is not being delivered when they first indicated; good luck is all I can say.
I have learned my lesson. Never again will I use this company.
We've purchased so many solar lights from Next Deal Shop. This past Christmas, many of our lights were solar strings from Next Deal and it was so great not to have to oversee them, turn them on and off, and otherwise traipse the 6 acres of holiday decoration on our property to fiddle with them. We just purchase some beautiful lit twig branches to decorate our library. See Photos. This company is true to its advertising, ships fairly quickly, and delivers exactly what is promised. We are very pleased to buy from Next Deal, and anticipate doing so for years, HIGHLY RECCOMMEND NEXT DEAL!

It love the idea of this store. They were great in process My order. But I had no idea when it was going to arrive. A tracking number would be helpful. If there was one. I didn't see it.!
This company is horrible. You're immediately charged for merchandise and it never arrives.

The previous order i purchased for the Constellation light was unsatisfactory! I is a very late christmas gift to a family member. It took sometime to arrive for one thing and It doesn't work even with batteries. Please send me a new product that works. I never received a receipt and I think that is very unprofessional for a business purchase. Please email me back here and resolve this issue, I"m coming to the conclusion that Dresslily, NextDeal, any Products ordered from these lowlife kinda of companies will NEVER receive my business ever AGAIN! DON"T order anything from china! Stay in the USA. I will stick with what I know and what works. I ordered a self rotating projector lamp for I think between 20 and.or 40 dollars. It never came, received an email that said it got sent back because of the wrong address (it was the correct address,) emailed them, never got my product and got taken for the money, never go a refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY!

My package is in China since December 14TH, I placed my order on December 3rd! They won't give me a refund cause it was already shipped! However, they said they'll resend the product out again at no charge to me! SERIOUSLY!
The floating, remote control ad for THE AIR SHARK or NEMO is a scam! Three of my Grandsons didn't get a present from me and their company help site won't load, there is no one to get back to, to get my money back.
They send me a conformation email, with no tracking number, and when I tried to email them back, it was a bad address! THEY ARE CROOKS!
This quirky watch is so unique, I keep it in my handbag and put it on if I'm held up on my way to a lunch or meeting! Delivered quickly and exactly as described.
Really love my lights, just took a little long for delivery! I have jealous nieghbors right now... all are wondering where i purchase... thinking of getting more...

I LOVE THE WAY THEY LOOK. I HAD A PROBLEM WITH FIRST ONE AND THEY RESOLVED IT QUICKLY. BUT NOW I CAN'T SEEM TO KEEP THE NEW ONE ON MORE THAN 15 MIN. My order placed 12-19-17. Payment processed same day... no order completed. Now I can't even get a response as you evidently forgot your phone number. You don't answer emails. HOW DOES ANYONE GET ANY RESPONSE FROM YOU PEOPLE?! I am out over $40... not much to you, but a lot to me. What do I have to do to get a response?
