I purchased a package to specifically watch one game. It didn't work and NFL.com refused to return my money. They are criminals

The NFL is backing by means of its overpaid members who back terrorist groups like ANTIFA and BLM. 99 percent of Blacks friction with police is because radical blacks do not feel they have to conform to authority. And could be because they do not have a father figure in there lives, because the donor leaves the mother to raise the child alone. Wouldn't it be a good idea for the NFL members instead of making it worse but doing what's financially helpful to help the mothers who get left carrying the load of both mother and father, and to speak to your race to conform instead of resisting the police who are doing there job the majority. 99 percent of stopped blacks already have arm length arrests and or pending warrants which puts the police in mode. The NFL including the Owners and players need to reassess there values, the Police should be receiving your support. I for one left watching years ago and have no desire to support a Radical NFL and all sports that oppose the safety of the people.

Why are you continuing to play with games that we as Patrons love? All about money, always blacking out games for regular TV. I don't like you.

I used to enjoy the NFL Network and NFL Plus but this year you can't even get connected on NFL Plus. They signed a deal with dazn which is probably the worst thing that they could have ever done. Very difficult to sign up to their site their customer service sucks. Now what I'm reading people are losing money and this company doesn't back your purchases it's nothing's working. As far as the NFL Network I went to watch a game tonight the Carolina Panthers are playing in New Jersey against the Giants it's not a home game for the Panthers but it's blacked out here. Why why would this game be blacked out? It's not a home game but I even thought that home games you could watch. I don't live right in Charlotte I live 100 miles away so I don't have their local TV stations has anybody figured out that this home area is a joke and liking people out of games when they can't even get it on TV or local channels. I would be able to watch it if I could have signed in but I noticed a lot of other people are having problems with the NFL Plus because the NFL signed a contract for 10 years with the worst company in the world d a z n.

I made the terrible mistake of signing up for "free" ten day trial of NFL+ assuming I could stream games the way the MLB TV app works. After paying, the channel wouldn't work. I then found out you can't stream any live games until long after they end! Who would pay for that? Within minutes of signing up for the "FREE" trial, I canceled it. In spite of this, my credit card was charged $10.97 a week later by NFL + for the 10 day FREE trial that I cancelled (proof below) literally minutes after signing up. With all of the money the NFL has, it's really disgusting that they would fraud folks out of such petty amounts. I am reporting fraud to the SEC, BBB and my bank and disputing this.

I am trying to get a full refund be processed as I canceled well within the deadline and the trial was supposed to be FREE and the channel never even worked. But there is literally ZERO customer service available. The website has an extremely frustrating AI Chat Bot that does not help and there is no phone or email you can reach out to. I now have to close my debit card and request a new one to avoid these a$$holes stealing from me every month.

Ever since kapernak took a knee I lost some respect for the NFL, from watching every jet game, every Monday night game, and some Thursday night games, I watched a total of 4 games (last year) This year after my and our president called out the players on kneeling and they not only kept kneeling and trashed my and our president. I completely stopped watching any NFL game. I am and will always boycott the games. These oppressed millionaire's are a joke. Only in this great country they and be cry babys and make millions. On another note if I paid for a game ticket to watch football these babys do not have a political platform not on my dime. They can drive there Rolls Royces to a local police station and protest. Let's call it what it is black America are questiined by police more that white America well maybe if they dress appropriately and stop wearing there pant below there $#*! and have some respect for our eyes and stop looking like thugs maybe things will change. Or how about when a police officer gives you an order, show respect and stop playing the race card. I mean we had a Black president so tell me how is America keeping them down... What more do you want, oh I know tear down the statues that makes all the sense, times were different back then if it weren't for the figures Black America would probably really be oppressed, we probably wouldn't have had a Black president. Edit: my review follows, but due to all the problems I had, and after reading stories here of NFL dot com stealing money from customers, I opted out of my free month of which I intended stay on and pay for the full season. After opting out l checked my account and though I was supposed to get 1 free month, my account showed they were going to start charging me after only a week. Glad the reviews here scared me off, and just in time to avoid being scammed by the NFL. Not positive if they haven't or arent going to charge me still, but did remove my credit card from my account, and will just have to hope for the best. I'll edit again if they do steal my money.

I am using them for the first time, and signed for a free month of nfl plus, withfull intention of paying for the season but could not figure out how to watch my game, or ask them a simple that likely would have solved problem. I did finally find a "watch option" but when clicked, it took me to a page to sign up for a service I already had. I was logged in and my services hows active in my account.

As if that isn't bad enough their AI is no help at all, and when I finally find an email option, the button took me back to the worthless AI, and there was no obvious way to email. I reckon they save money by not having to support potential paying customers via email, but they are fixing to lose my seasons payment due to my inability to use the service I'll be paying for. Save a buck by offering poor customer service on what is likely an easily solved problem, then lose a full seasons payment...makes very little business sense to me...wonder how that's working for them?

They give you millions of ways to sign up and take your money but either hide how to watch or block all attempts. I HATE THE NFL. Don't subscribe.

What kind a review of two teams playing speaks exclusively of one team? How flippin stupid! I wish I could give it a zero star rating.

NFL.com has some of the worst webmasters in the history of BILLION DOLLAR COMPANIES. Nearly everyone that uses it encounters some sort of technical issue. For instance, today it was a location services fail. I visited the Schedule page and immediately noticed that all games times were off by an hour.
For whatever reason, NFL.com thinks I live on the east coast even though my city state & zip are all entered correctly in my profile. But that's not the main problem with the site...

The main problem with NFL.com is poor web management. Instead of constantly evolving with new technology and incrementally adding new features, they'll wait 3-5 years until everyone is pissed off and then they'll completely overhaul the entire site, leaving everyone lost confused. If I had to guess, I'd say their IT department is run by some out of touch 50 year old executive.

By itself, their lack of social presence renders NFL.com a catastrophic fail of epic proportion. There's no discussion board, user blogs or fan interactivity. The website's entire community presence is powered by the Facebook comments plugin which is a whopping 2 lines of code that a 4th grader could easily install and this is a 10 BILLION dollar company! Ready for it? Here it is:

Alas, I could go on for hours about little things such as the mediocre navigation or the "in yo face" bombarding of ads, but what it really boils down to one thing: THEIR TEAM SUCKS. If websites had their own Coders Bowl, NFL.com wouldn't even make the payoffs. They seriously need to need to draft some new webmasters!

The refs in the seahawks game sucked. They were favoring the Washington football team.
