No future and no growth due to useless management

Employees here at nFocus Solutions don't get many opportunities for growth and advancement due to the company's leadership that doesn't do its job well. The management just does the bare minimum, which includes delegating tasks and providing instructions to the employees. But it doesn't provide opportunities for employees to grow and learn.
