They will not allow you to post comments that is telling the truth about the company. If your willing to lie or post a good review it's approved but if you state how the company has issues they will send you a message rejecting your review. Then tell you it was an offense ive comment and they can't post it. My comment "I don't like the way this company handles their issues" nothing in this was obscene or held foul language according to the reason they rejected my reviews. So all you will get from there website is lies

Just found our massage business listed on this website that we've had no contact with. They have obviously scrapped pictures and reviews etc from Google but have failed to accurately show our consistent 5 star Google status; I looked them up and their publicity suggests they do research and carefully craft profiles: nonsense, they are web scrapping then getting some cheap resources to minimally edit stolen copy off Google. These resources obviously don't read the original content properly.

I've been ordering promotion services for my beauty salon on this website for 3 months now. Before that I had tried working with other websites, such as JD. So far everything suits me perfectly. We'll see what the future brings.

Incorrect listing extremely misleading and it just gets worse...

Nicelocal has placed an unauthorized listing of our business on their site and although they had used our photos (from google) they incorrectly listed our business as a clothing manufacturer when we sell civil supplies?

When asked to fix the listing they removed the photos (only thing that was correct) and wrote this garbled message: it to "Doing business is difficult and composite process that claims the highest possible involvement of entrepreneur in all aspects. Not to waste time,...

Can't be an error, its just too far fetched. I am assuming their reasoning is that you will finally give up and pay to update your listing yourself. After this - we will not be advertising with the company

Not a bad platform; the interface is simplicity itself. Sometimes I contact support if technical issues arise.

I always monitor reviews and competitor pricing. I like everything here. We purchased the Premium promotion, which expanded our potential to attract customers.

Easy search, good filters - it's awesome, in other words. Since I discovered it I've needed to spend much less time searching for the organizations etc I need. There's a lot of up-to-date information on the platform. Another cool thing is that you can read reviews on there and find all the up-to-date information.

I got an email from these guys thanking me for signing up but it didn't say what I apparently signed up for. I didn't remember ever giving them my email address and I could tell right away it was some kind of scam because all the email said was "congratulations for successfully for signing up with nicelocal. Ca" and then quoted my email address followed by "Best regards, the Nicelocal team". Any legit business would have more to say about their product or service and would probably give a link or something. I am not going to reply to them and hopefully they'll go away, I also marked it as spam with Google. I don't own a business and so I have no idea why they are bothering me.

I have discovered this website recently, there are reviews for some categories — and this is great, since I can find out the opinions of visitors in advance! I didn't find a way to set a route through it, but it's not a big deal.

The best thing about Nicelocal is that you can dispute complaints from clients. Needless to say, clients do sometimes leave unfounded negative reviews, which just brings the company's rating down. One of them stayed up, since it turned out to be justified - we really did make a mistake that time.

I found my store's Nicelocal card by accident. It listed us as the wrong kind of store - we sell pet supplies, but it said we also provide veterinary services. So I emailed customer support, and the information was corrected the next day.
