Recently shopped here and I am experiencing was very bad the product is totally wasted never recommend that store
I never recommend this store to anyone

My package has been sitting at a port for over a months and the company refuses to anything about it. Sad considering I have purchased from them before. Apparently, if your package gets lost on the mail you are on your own to dispute with your credit card company. What a dishonest and disgraceful company to deal with.

Loved my purchases they ship right away once complete you always get your order. Everything nicely packaged and so beautiful. They Respond back when asked anything thru WhatsApp never had no issues. I have done like 6-8 purchases from Nihaojewelry love there jewelry

The merchandise is pretty high quality especially based on the price points. We have ordered several times, checking quality and availability of handbags, accessories, hair items, etc., and we are pleased. I am especially always impressed with the packaging. Who ever they have packaging, wrapping, and preparing the package for shipping does an amazing job. I could not do better myself. My customer service contacts have also been very good at answering our many questions as well.

Im not gonna lie, I was skeptical at first about this company and the quality of the items. If you're feeling the same, let me tell you, DONT BE! I absolutely love everything! I have made about 5 big orders now and I am very happy with them. And their customer service is an A +++. Granted, there will be some delays because we're in different time zones, but they'll get back to you as soon as they are in business hours. I love this company!

I have had several orders from this company and generally am very happy with the product we have received. The only issue I have is their after sales service if you fine you have received a faulty item. It becomes so hard to communicate with the person who is supposed to handle your claim that I imagine most people give up. I have never received a full refund for faulty items which is not good business and considering the cost of shipping does tend to leave me feeling I don't know how much longer I will continue to shop with them.

I was super hesitant at first ordering from this site but ended up taking a risk. I can now say this site is awesome, products come in like they are pictured. I revived my packages within 2 weeks! Definitely recommend!

I am happy with my order. All of the items came in great condition. Nothing was damaged. I only give 4 stars because I paid for faster shipping and I didn't get my order within the time I paid for. They ended up using UPS instead of DHL due to the facility being too full( this is what was told to me). I did not receive a credit or money back from the shipping change & delay but overall the customer service was good, thank you Jane for keeping in contact with me through this process!

I am very satisfied with my first purchase. Everything arrived super well packed, the correct pieces and just what I asked for. The only part that I did not like very much was that it took a little time due to the change of out of stock products and the price of shipments is a bit high. But in general I highly recommend the page, it has excellent prices and good quality.

Navigating the site is very simple, it is arranged by categories. When you buy, you send your receipt and wait for it to be prepared. Once it reaches the destination city it is very fast, the things come in perfect condition and look better than the pictures. I am delighted with my orders that I have made so far.

Most items came in very good condition got everything except for 1 necklace no big deal
And the female bracelet I couldn't sell cause the leather i think it's made of started to peel away other than that every thing was good

Ordered over 100+ items and almost all of these are in perfect condition and quality. A few had stain issues but these are very minor, we immediately raised it to customer service and in less than 48 hrs, our concern was addressed and given due refund. We will order again. They have amazing products, really pretty with awesome quality.

Excellent customer service and prompt delivery! I purchased sunglasses and received them in about a week. The item is also of excellent quality. Everything is so unique and interesting, and the costs are so low that you don't have to purchase large numbers. I'll visit their website to see if they offer anything else that tickles my curiosity! This is my first time shopping jewellery stuff with Nihao. The quality is really good. It doesn't look cheap at all. The fitting are exactly as i measured it on myself. Really impressive. I cant wait to try more products from their site and maybe their handbags too!
