After some good dealings with this company, I thought I had found a reliable supplier. Then an order didn't turn up and it was deemed lost in the post. It took weeks of haggling before they finally sent out a replacement order. But items were missing. Items that I'd paid for. I've messaged them 5 times now, through various ways, and they have completely ignored me. I can see they have no intention of fixing this problem, so I won't be using them again.

First and only order I will ever make. The clothes were really badly made I didn't get one of them because it was out of stock, a set of pj's was sent part of it. I have left several messages on their chat and nothing.

I placed and order on December 1st that should have gotten here on December 12th. I reached out to the company several times the account manager have yet to answer my emails or messages. I reached out to FedEx they says the label has been made but they have not received any items. This is my 3rd time ordering from them but it seems they are becoming crooks. I've been talking to the account manager Alice and she promised me the packages are now shipped out but then turn around to some of the items are out of stock. (Images of conversation down below) They are compulsive liars. I'll be taking my business elsewhere and I need a full refund.

I've bought a lot of stuff from this store and I've always received it. The quality is decent, not the best, but not the worst, so it's pretty good for the prices they offer. In addition, their customer service is quick and very useful to solve everything that could happen.

The goods are shipped out within a short time frame after order placement. Stocks have been received promptly and all items are accurate. Goods that has been shipped are same as shown on the web store. Service staff is very helpful and prompt when replying to queries via watsapp.

My favorite minorist online shopping, perfect for start your own business like I did. I like that they get fast shipping after the order is processed, but consider that the shipping is kinda pricey. All the products I've ordered were amazing! I have almost like a year with them and I'm very happy. Also consider that if the product is out of stock (after you payed for it), you get the money back as credit to use it again on the store, not on your account.

Unbelievably, I received my shipment today (within 10 days of ordering the items online) …. AMAZING! Each item is as described and as pictured. I'm ecstatic on the quality of each jewelry piece. I'm pleased with the customer service. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

Our order kept showing processing. The contact numbers given do not reply back to your queries. We had done payment through pay pal that's why we were saved. They email us to provide our bank details for payment. Please do not trust this website.

Great service! I ordered my package with the cheapest shipping and it arrived in only 3 weeks, which is great. The earrings look super good quality and feel very tight, so they dont fall out. I would continue buying in this website. Also, customer service is very friendly and always answers my questions, they take a little to answer but they do.

I love their products. Everything was fine until a few weeks ago when the shipping cost skyrocketed. They're trying to charge me $585 to ship 5 pieces of jewelry. I'm getting zero help from customer service. I would give customer service a 0 out of 5.

I had have a good experience with this site, most of the products are of good quality and just as shown on the images. The delivery time is accurate, but you have to check carefully your products since it's quite common tu find products exchanged or missing. I totally recommend to use it to start your business

If you choose sea shipping it will not update until after it's off the boat and going on the truck be patient and trust your advisor!

So let's just say that I had two orders be shipped out together it was over $2000 spent and to this day I have never received it and never had tracking update they constantly lie and keep telling you wait five days wait 5 to 7 days. Ups has told me they don't have my package because tracking only shows that a label was made.

Nihao Jewelry apparently mixed up my order and shipped the wrong items. After creating a customer support case they acknowledged their fault, but offered only 30% refund for something that I neither wanted nor ordered.
Update 1: After a negative review and a couple of months, they provided about 90% of the initial order value as credit for my next purchase.
Update 2: When I placed a new order with the provided credit, Nihao refused to process and ship the items, saying that this is because I rightfully filed a PayPal chargeback case against them.
Since then, they harass me on whatsapp from 3 different numbers.

I found this website and was curious how my experience would be ordering from another continent but the whole process was seamless. There was customer service reps online to help you (sometimes they weren't due to the time difference but you can leave your contact details and they email you back). The shipment arrived quicker than I expected and 99% of the items were in excellent condition. The few that were faulty I got credit for my next order. Good quality products. Will order again.

Every time that I have a question / inquiry, the respond very fast and help with. Customer service has surprised me, and balance is fixed when materials are out of stock. I placed an order from Nihao Jewelry on April 18,2022. The company swiftly collected payment for my order from PayPal. However, nearly a full month later… low and behold, I have yet to receive even an email communication from Nihao jewelry. I never received tracking information for my order or any form of confirmation email. The customer service from the company fails to respond to emails inquiring about the status of my order. In my limited experience, this company appears to be a complete scam.
