Recently I started my jewerly online boutique, I did my firsts orders to Nihao. The overall service, the quality of the products and the customer service are excellent. Orders arrive even early than expected. Im very happy with them.

I liked the product quite a lot, the quality is fine, only as an opinion I would like the products that are not in stock to be removed from the list of products or not be shown so that one does not get illusioned with the purchase. Otherwise everything is fine.

First time we are trying the app, must say they where very fast with delivery. Another bonus is that they contact us on WhatsApp to make sure we can get in touch with them, which relieves lot of worries as other sites you never get hold of any one. Truly excellent customer service, as they respond emidiatly not letting you wait 24 hr later.

Products are exactly like images, which we are very happy about, as sometimes you don't know what you're going to get, but with nihoa you know what you see is what you get. Love that about them.

When I purchased my first order I was a little nervous buying from a site I have never used. When my order arrived it was beyond my expectations in both quality and delivery! Not only was all the jewelry exactly (if not better) than it looked on the site but my delivery arrived in less than two weeks! Their costumer service is also great, very easy fast and helpful! I've been purchasing about 1 year, I like all the products that have nihao and the prices are very cheap... The only problem is that the stock is not updated in real time and beacause of that sometimes don't sent all the products that you bought

This company does not respond to most comments they told me their supplier was closed but they are the supplier. They told me before I ordered if I ordered before the timer then they would ship before their holiday and didn't, then they said it would go our on the 4th and still my order hasn't been picked now its the 5th and they tell me the supplier was closed until the 7th, it seems nothing they say is true

I will be ordering from here again. Everything in the fine jewelry section is beautiful and the same as the pictures. Everything it's Ok, arribe early than the date estimated and the all products are the same than the photos.

The best supplier of high quality accessories the most precious jewels on the internet All they need is to improve customer service In clothes they have medium quality and a high price although I do not know if it is because of the shipping rate to my country, but in jewelry I highly recommend it.

Okay company with some good products. Takes a little while to wait for products and depending on the amount purchased sometimes there is an additional charge on delivery.
